So far, my experience with EcoShield has been top notch. Daniel Paz came out and did our second treatment today. He arrived well within the scheduled appointment window and provided excellent service with a smile. He took extra steps to make sure I was completely satisfied and even made it a point to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Good job Daniel. Hopefully, Ill see you when our next treatment is due!

I had reached out to them for Pest Control Services. I scheduled an appointment, to which the rep never showed up for. I never heard from them at all. I then contacted them to reschedule. I was then told the rep did show up, and i owed them money. I refused to pay for a service not rendered. Thus began 2 months of contacting them to get this resolved. Multiple reps continued to state that they were not going to remove the oustanding bill and I needed to pay for something i did not get. They have since sent the bill to collections, which i am disputing. I would not recommend this company to ANY ONE. For existing customers, i hope you document when your rep comes, and if they just decide to not come, be prepared for a bill. Horrible business model.

* FOLLOW UP *Follow up from my original review below. I followed the instructions from response from owner posted to this review stating that they are committed to resolving this for me. Well, over a week later I still have yet to hear from them to help with this matter. Its pretty clear that they have no intention of helping out and the response was only an attempt to look good on a Google review with no intention of helping fix an issue they created. TERRIBLE company and not professional at all.I was set up with EcoShield on a contract basis for preventative measures. When I decided to cancel the contract I was informed of the cancelation fee, which I was fine with and I was told they will charge the card on file. I agreed and thought nothing of it. 9 months later I get a call from a collections agency for not paying the fee and was turned over to collections! This company NEVER had any follow up - call, letter, email or anything. For all I knew, they got their money. Now Im fighting with collections to prevent any negative items on my credit report. I cant believe a company would send to collections and not even inform the customer that there is an outstanding balance. I was on the fence of signing back up for their service, but Ill be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors about this experience.

Horrible service . They came to my house more than 3 times . Not once did they remove spiders from my welcome sign in my front porch . They came the first day not even 5 mins were gone . Ive been waiting for over 5 months for someone to call me back regarding my account . A manager messaged me saying they were going to call me . No one ever did . I have on going messages with him . Extremely unprofessional. Surprised they have 4.4 stars . Ill have my neighbors know about my mishap .

Customer Service Review: I have registered with them today. So far I am pleased with the service. The scout representative, Jeff, was attentive and professional. The technicians, were on time, quickly informed us of how the process works, and did their thing. Thank you all for your time and for a job well done.Product Review: I will update as we go, since we had our first session today, I will have to wait until the next two at least, to see what the improvement is. I do have many house spiders, mini centipedes, silverfishes, red ants, crane flies, etc... Mostly outside in the patio and Inside of my garage. To include some plaster bagworm inside my home.So far 5/5 as of June 1,2021.

Be careful sign up to the service they get you into a contract and then if you don’t like the service they charge you a cancellation fee businesses that use tactics like this rely on contracts other than giving good customer service and doing the right job for keeping customers. Also you can never get someone on the phone there but they’re really good sending out emails with your bill. This place is a joke!!

These guys are a joke ! Don’t even waste your time or money with them.They consider nothing of customer satisfaction .I signed up after one of their sales showed up at our door.He never mentioned anything to do with cancellation fee.Months later, I needed to end their services.I sent email informing them of my decision of which they acknowledged but I was never informed of a cancellation fee.I paid up for the last bi Monthly service that was upcoming.Now several months have passed, I receive a letter from a recollection service for Usd 225 due for cancellation fee.This is bad service. Don’t sign them up.When companies claim to put high consideration into their customer satisfaction, they ought to do so.!

Angel signed me up. He was very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly to me and answered all my questions! Tyrece and Caleb serviced my house. They were punctual and also friendly and professional. They worked quickly throughout the entire interior/exterior of my house and also took their time to answer my questions. (BUYER BEWARE)I wish I could give the Pembroke Pines ecoshield 0 (ZERO) stars. They DO NOT pick up their phone so it is difficult to arrange an appointment. They say they will do visits when something is wrong but if you dont pick up the phone how will they ever know!!!Also, I asked them to not do a treatment for a particular day and they still went ahead and did the treatment and stuck me with the bill. When I asked to cancel because the treatments were not effective and there were spiders repeatedly popping up, they said I had to pay a cancellation fee of $225. I did not pay and they sent it to collection and now it might affect my credit score and all because they are incompetent at their service! When I signed up Ricky with Ecoshield told me I was able to cancel whenever but conveniently left out that there is a price tag to cancel!

I had my lawn treated and my ficus hedge is treated for white flies. I didn’t see any difference in the lawn and for my ficus hedges they had got eaten alive. I had the management come out to look at the situation I had and we discussed about it. And never heard or saw the management again. So then I had to dismiss the company from the services. Then eight months later they sent me a bill. For services they never had done. My feelings about the company there’s a lot of fraud within them. I do not recommend anybody to be using This company which is called Ecoshield Pest Control solution. I would be very careful with this company to other clients or want to be customers.

How do you spell SCAM ?Their trick is to move your service forward so that it’s within two weeks of the next scheduled appointment so that they can charge you for another service call.When you call them you have to sit and wait on hold for someone in the Philippines to answer and tell you they’re sorry but the next time they will come out for freeEco shield came to my home and asked if they could do the pest control. They promised that all the bugs and bees inside and outside of my house would be gone and they would clean the soffits the first day and keep them clean.There were three wasp nest on my soffits that they did not clean off.. I called them back six times over the next six weeks. They charged me the second time they came out to finish the job they didn’t complete the first time.I have also had a problem with the ants and spiders inside my garage that has never been corrected.

Since we started using EchoShield Pest Solutions we have seen a significant decrease in spiders, wasps and ants as promised. The spider problem had gotten so bad here after new homes were built in our area. So much so that the dish mounted onto the house became a major spider condo and all of our pool patio furniture had spiders living underneath to the point of being unusable. It was such a mission to have to clean everything before we could enjoy our outside area and it even became a safety issue. Danny Paz has been our technician since we started their pest services and he is very proficient in treating our house and property exterior. He makes sure to inquire as to any new issues we may be experiencing and continues to maintain great results. Its nice to be able to just go out and enjoy ourselves without worrying about being bitten or attacked before the fun and relaxation begins. We highly recommend EcoShield Pest Solutions.

Unfortunately, I do not utilize this service anymore, I felt that I was provided false advertisement from sales vs what was done by technicians. Nothing against EcoShield, Im sure that their solution works, but just was given a bad first impression.The one good thing though was Epiphany, one of the customer service reps over at Ecoshield Pest Solutions, had listened and was empathetic to my problems. This provided an amazing experience for me, and honestly, the only reason I think about giving another shot with EcoShield down the line is that they do have a great customer/technical support for their customers.

I ended up having to cancel my appointment, but I appreciate good customer service and that is exactly what Ecoshield offered. I talked with Shelby on the phone and she helped me with all of the questions I had. I appreciate that.

This company is running a scam. Do not contract their services. I have used EcoShield since summer 2020. Their business model is designed to not provide customer service their existing customers in any way so you can’t cancel your account. Two months ago I called to cancel service. I selected every existing customer option and waited for about 45 minutes on each line. I did this several times over a course of 3 days. I decided to try the new customer line and finally connected with a person named Eric. If you call their office as anything other than a new customer they will not answer the phone. Eric said my contract required 1 more service before I would be able to cancel. So I let them provide 1 more service last month and tried to contact the company again. No answer. Ever. Today I received an auto reminder call for service and pressed option 3 to connect with their office, waited for another 45 minutes on the existing customer service line, then I selected the new customer option and was connected with a person named Holt, who said he can’t help me with my account, only put me into the pool for the existing customer department. I told Holt he has to help me because he is the only person in the company I have been able to reach today. He couldn’t help me. I asked Holt to transfer me to a supervisor. He couldn’t help me. I told Holt I’m canceling my credit card. He couldn’t help me. I told Holt I’m contacting the BBB. He couldn’t help me. I told Holt he needs to work for a company that doesn’t scam and manipulate his customers. He can’t help himself either, apparently. This company is also a customer poacher. No other pest control company sends their techs out to knock on doors to solicite their services. Not Orkin. Not Truly Nolen. I would be pleasantly surprised if EcoShield calls me after reading this review but I’m not doing to get my hopes up.

Owner drops off sales reps to canvass for new customers door to door in a gated neighborhood community with CLEARLY posted signs at the entrance - NO SOLICITING ALLOWED. What part of that sign do you not understand? I explained it to the young college-age kid hired to do this job. If homeowners called PD to report this nuisance, PD will come out & give him & everyone else a police escort off the premises. Its been done before. If potential customers want your services, theyll find you on their own by using Google & by word-of-mouth from neighbors & friends. After reading many reviews, your company sounds like a nightmare to work with. Im staying with our current company. Recommend to my neighbors to ALWAYS research companies first & dont fall for door to door sales pitches.

I canceled my service with ecoshield after the service guy left after 5 mins and did NOT complete the job. The company begged me to stay aand offered me a discount and I agreed as they promised it wouldnt happen again. IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I called and canceled a second time and told them not to send tech for next visit. They billed me for the service which I did NOT pay and sent me to collection. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The turn over on techs is ridiculous and its all unprofessional kids that work there. YPU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great place, never had a fish Reuben before. Portion was way too much and I am not complaining because I was able to eat the rest the following day. Price was great for what we ordered. They assisted me with all my questions and took the time to take that extra step in helping my wife and I with a major concern of ours regarding spiders. Sean helped us with our decision to hire Ecoshield as our pest services provider. Showing us the value and merit of their services. Trevor and Tyrese were most knowledgeable and presentable when it came to pest control. Showing their “kindness” to us and willingness to help. I have used several other companies to try to deal with a specific pest problem and spent a lot of money on nothing until I found EcoShield. We’ve been through a handful of pest control companies over the years of homeownership. I’ve found Ecoshield to be effective. Have there been times when we find bugs in our house? Yes, but we just call and they are extremely responsive and will come out within a day or so to retreat (no additional cost). That additional treatment has always been helpful. The techs have all been very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Brandon. He takes the time to walk the property and discuss any areas of concern Also, they have a host of different services that they offer but it’s never been any sort of pressure sales tactic. They just share what they do that may help or be of interest and then let you decide. Overall we are very happy with them.

We had a few bad experiences since we signed up in June. Today Daniel came out and his service was excellent. He answered all our questions and was very informative. His wonderful service retained us as customers because we were ready to cancel. I HIGHLY recommend him!

EcoShield started out strong but quickly cut down on the time they spent performing the service each time. When I went to cancel the service with an agreement that I could cancel anytime for any reason, they continue to send me invoices for work they did not perform. There is very poor communication between the office and those who come to your house to provide the service. Every time someone comes out to the house it is a new person who does not know anything about the property and what they should be doing. They do try to upsell you on services every chance they get.

A fraud. They spray water or just blow air into corners. AFTER they started taking my money they said they would come regularly for “touch up” but they never came. They never came into the house. Bugs are everywhere if anything it’s gotten worse! Prior to them I had some problems with pest but not like this. Never have I had a wasp problem but now I don’t have not one or two but THREE wasp nest formed and active in all the places they “treated” the worst. They don’t let you cancel without a $200 fee and they keep insisting at not canceling the contract. It’s a joke. Disgusting business. Trust me any pest you have is better than dealing with this company.

Very upset with the company. They came for service on 08/18. The employee ring my bell and announced that he will perform service. He went back to his car and never came back to do the service. That afternoon i received and email that my service was completed. I report this issue with the rep and advise him that i should not get charge for this because the service was not done. Then, the next day my CC was charged. I havent heard from anybody to correct this irresponsible issue. I wont recommend this company to anybody. There is no management.

I signed up with this company months ago and from day one it was a disaster. 1. the first tech didnt want to do what was on the contract. once that was cleared up with a manager, I expressed to him that I have cameras and would be watching. He only did 1/2 the job and left. 2nd visit the tech was excellent but he was never sent back. Which brings me to the nightmare. All appointments afterwards have been scheduled on the wrong days and times. After the 4th time of dealing with this the manager Khendra cancelled my contract without charging penalties. I later get a call from John who gave me the impression he was using angle to blame me for the cancellation. I informed him it was their own doing, not showing up when scheduled and just showing up when no one was home, scheduling on the wrong dates, time, etc. The next day I call and speak to an assistant supervisor in Chicago who was very kind and was looking into the granule issues. He was going to send me in info and I was going to discuss with my husband to possibly go back to Ecoshield. He never sent his info. But instead I received a text and email that they are servicing a bimonthly on the upcoming weekend. The same supervisor that closed my account has now reopened it and taken it up herself to schedule us. They went as far are say they confirmed with the customer. I have text and emailed, NO! HAVE SUPERVISOR CALL ME ASAP! this is not a confirmation. I call and they just hang up on me. I finally call and speak to a nice supervisor in AZ who cancelled my contract once again. I told him to have Khendra call me because shes now unavailable to speak to me. The only way I was able to get someone on the phone was to block my number. I was willing to give them another chance but seeing how sneaky and lying about confirming appointments, RUN! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHED. Months of trying to schedule and now days to resolve this issue even after the account was closed. I still cant wrap my brain around them reopening the account and blindly scheduling me. VERY DIRTY PRACTICE.

This is a terrible company . I unfortunately fell for one of their talks after they had guys going around the neighborhood knocking on doors . They are absolutely horrible and try to scam you out of money when you decide to cancel due to their bad service . Buyer beware …. Don’t fall for their scams !

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called in to cancel my contract for A SECOND TIME. The first time was because they scheduled an initial appt for 4pm and didnt show up until 7pm. Then started calling me asking where am I. After a supervisor Ricky came to my door asking for another opportunity stating he would discount my services for another opportunity to service my home. I agreed and allowed them to come. After two services I noticed an INCREASE in my any activity. I called in to cancel again is when I get a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL girl on the phone who NEVER gave her name. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me to chill out and apparently Im not a good listener. I told her I dont know WHO she thinks shes talking to, i am the customer LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR! BOTTOM LINE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I was pressured into a 2 year contract while walking my dog at 8:30 p.m. Came to my senses and called the company the next morning, 3 times, on hold for a total of 58 minutes before someone answered the phone. Canceled all services and they still showed up to do the pest control. When I told him I canceled, he was nice about it.I get that pushiness is your job as a salesperson, but when someone says Do you have a card so I can call when I have a problem?, please just give them the card instead of talking them into something they may not need, especially at $160 a pop 4 times a year.

We received an email that our technician was out and sprayed baseboards, treated the yard and none of this was true. We have cameras and he never came out and definitely didn’t come inside. I was charged for a service I never received. I called costumer service and they apologized and said they would send someone different which I agreed to because mistakes happen. Well 3 weeks later nothing. I’m starting to think they just like to scam people. Left messages and no call back I’m on hold now waiting for someone to pick up for 20min. Totally unacceptable. They don’t even answer the phone.Horrible company! My account number is 628440

Very Dishonest. Lies about other businesses saying they bought them out and they did not to steal other Pest Control companies.

So Far, So Great! Awesome First Experience!! They happened to knock on my door on a Friday afternoon, when by total coincidence, I was planning to call a pest control service for help with spiders and ants in my back yard that same day! The rep, Zeke, was awesome and offered a competitive package, much better than a larger competitor I’ve used in the past. We were having a party the next day and I didn’t think they would get someone in time. Guess again, Gavin was here around 7:00pm that same night, on a Friday! Talk about customer service! Gavin was professional and very thorough. He really took his time and did not rush at all. Excellent First Experience!! Thank You!! I highly recommend them!!!

Not a good company. Had them for a year before canceling. They barely spray and are at your house for only a few minutes. For the price you should get better service. When you cancel they charge you a fee and are nasty on the phone. They hung up on me when I refused to not cancel. Buyer beware.

Eric F was very nice and friendly and explained all why he was doing today and even stopped and looked at our lawn and told us about the lawns service that EcoShield offers and we are think about it
