I contacted this company shortly after I witnessed a small number of termites flying in my kitchen. The company was very flexible in their scheduling and contacted me to ensure that I had all the materials needed to make the tenting process go smoothly. They were professional but also friendly during the inspection and gave great advice/information. It has only been a few days since the job was completed but so far, Im satisfied.

We needed a last minute termite inspection and Hitman was able to come out a couple hours after I called them on the same day. On time, thorough and professional - highly recommend!

The team from Hitman are all top notch and professional. Scheduling with the office was clear and concise. John came out and gave me a fair estimate for tenting services and bee removal. They came out the next day to do the bee removal in a shed it was a problem area and the men worked very hard removing the bees. I found an additional hive in the shed and John and his guy honored their word and came out and removed the remaining bees promptly and efficiently. It is uncommon in the society we live in to find honest hardworking contractors. John and his team are one of these rarities.

I rarely come across a company that is as professional and through as Hitman. I had drywood terminates swarm in 1 bedroom in my house. I called several pest control companies and every one just walked around the house and looked in the 1 bedroom and pronounced that I must be tented. But not Hitman they would not make any assumptions until after a through inspection. They also wanted to confirm if we even had termites to begin with. So I texted pictures and received confirmation from John a few minutes later, and this was on the weekend!The rest of my conversation with John at Hitman was not just we will come out and take a look. After 15 minutes I learned more than I ever could in that amount of time on the internet. When Ed came out to my house for the inspection he was the only vendor who completely inspected my entire home including both attics. I could tell immediately that Ed was an expert in his trade and not a sales person. After explaining the situation Ed came out next week and thoroughly treated the effected and both inside and out.Before contracting with another vendor call Hitman for excellent service from experts.

Such great service. We had an emergency after-hours on a Friday, and the owner personally came over and helped out because he had already sent his employees home. It took a few visits, but they completely fixed the issues that we had.

Owner of company came out to my apartment and used several harmless chemicals and made sure i understood everything he was using and how it will work. Amazing service and he did everything within 30 minutes! Reasonable price for doing a through extermination and he was very personable! Finally!!! After using several companies that seemed to attract bugs with their spraying, Hitman came out and took care of it with the first service call. Now I have been using them for years and this is now my 4th home that they have kept pest free. Hitman is an awesome company. Not only is John the owner a great guy, but so is his team. They came out to my house for roaches, ants and advice on termites. Once they sprayed, the gentleman also educated us on prevention for the future. He took us all around the outside of the house and showed us areas to fix to avoid the insects coming in again in the future. He also walked us through the inside and showed us problem areas where potential bugs might lay eggs or hide. Most pest control services do not offer that level of care. Make the call and get it done right the first time!
