I wanted to take the time to update this review. I am still using JP Miller and they are phenomenal! The service is reliable, friendly and affordable. I am on a bimonthly schedule and I also used them for termite tenting treatment a few years back. Ive recommended them to local friends and will continue to do so every chance I get.

My wife and I were desperately trying to resolve a cockroach issue and called JP Miller looking for help. Within 10 minutes of giving our info to them; John White called us back and as soon as I started explaining the situation he figured out the source of the issue before he even arrived at our property! He came as soon as possible and put our minds at ease by explaining his plan of attack and walking us through the process. We loved how patient, kind, and knowledgeable he was and hired him and JP Miller immediately. We feel we can count on them to show up as soon as we need them and theyll find a way to solve the problem effectively. Hire John and JP Miller without another thought!

Firstly, got pretty detailed information on a call from the ladies. They were not hiding details and even gave me the name of the system they use. But to have an idea for pricing they had to come and assess.Luis was friendly and cordial from the get go.. ohhh he was very punctual as well. Which is very respectful in Florida!Not sure how to compare any prices as this is very unusual service for mosquitos. Not many offer it. Having 4 dogs and cats at the house its very important not to have anything sprayed...Will know more in 3 months after this starts working. We are in FL after all.. :)Thank you guys !

Mr. Luis Valle was very informed and responsive. I believe he did an excellent job and he will be back after 90 days to follow up. He was very familiar with our neighborhood and houses of the type that I own.JP Miller came highly recommended and I found that reputation to be well deserved. The service was charged for perhaps in the higher end, but when termites are involved one must think of the preserving the value of the real estate.

Bruce performed my monthly pest control services today. He always lets me know a day in advance when he will arrive and always arrives on time. He keeps the pesky critters consistently at bay even though I have a parrot who loves to drop food pellets to attract them. John White, who oversees my account and Robert my lawn guy respond quickly if I have an issue and are cooperative in my desire to maintain a safe, supportive environment for wildlife. I have tried other pest control services over the years trying to get a better price, but if quality people and quality services are what you seek, I have found no other company which can compare. I highly recommend JP Miller Pest control.

He did a great job. He was pleasant, worked to come at a time convenient to me. He was absolutely great.

Always very professional and knowledgeable. The office texts the day before a treatment to let us know they are coming and the tech always asks if there any issues that need special attention. They focus on the outside perimeter of the house instead of spraying chemicals in the house.

I called Miller & Sons Pest Control after my former Pest Control had completely destroyed my Ficus hedge without even mentioning anything to me. I found everyone I spoke with to be very friendly and courteous, first with Jenna, who patiently understood my dilemma, and then John, who explained the service to me in a very professional and caring manner, and quickly provided the treatment the hedge needed, to Robert, the technician, who was again professional, courteously and very knowledgeable about the treatment of my Ficus Hedge.He also observed my garden and freely gave me tips on how to improve the quality of my lawn. It was their refreshing attitude and overall nice quality about them that encouraged me to hire the company for all my pest control needs. These qualities, which I appreciate, somehow seem to have lost their way out of our society. It was a pleasure to deal with people like them again and I look forward to many years of servicing my property with this company.

My technician Justin followed up with me and we set the date of today, March 1 at 2-2:30 pm. To be exact at 2 pm he arrived with his mask on to inspect my home as I had my home previously treated. First treatment was done on 9-24 by Bob who was also very professional. These guys were both very experienced and had been with the company for many years. Great experience. Arrived on time- clean, neat, thorough. This was an annual check after they tented three years ago for us when we had active termites. They are great and always follow up.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with JP Miller & Sons. My online query, which was entered after business hours, was answered to promptly Monday morning. Someone was able to visit the property the same day and confirm evidence of termites. I was immediately contacted and told the steps and cost to treat the affected area. The next day JP Miller & Sons visited the property and completed treatment in under an hour. Everyone I spoke with was professional and explained the steps they were taking very clearly. Service agreements and invoicing were able to be completed online. This was a major plus since my parents home is located in Deerfield Beach, but I am located in north Florida. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs efficient and professional pest control services.

Re-Whitefly Spraying.Technician was very Profesional and knowledgeable however the product used by JP Miller has not been effective in Eliminating Whitefly & showing any Ficus growth.

My great experience with JP Miller started with Jenna who answered the phone when I called in. Jenna was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. She had a representative name John come out to my house and assess the situation with my lawn and hedge. John was clearly an extremely knowledgeable individual who talked to me about all of the issue he saw and then put together a very fair estimate for service. At this point I already like these guys for how they do business but the best is yet to come. Two days later they sent out their technician to perform the service and I was again blown away by their professionalism. Robert, their tech came out and spent time with me making recommendations on watering, mowing and general care of my lawn that went way beyond his job. We have used JP Miller for more than 6 years and have been very satisfied.Bob is the technician assigned us and I have developed a very good relationship with him. I contacted the company when we had an infestation of sugar ants in several rooms in our house. Bob traced their trails and laid down bait and got rid of them. Later Bob worked persistently to eradicate sugar ants that had developed a nest in the front box of our intercom system. He consulted with one of the companys scientists, who advised him to use a more powerful chemical,. He dismantled the intercom box, applied the chemical and then reassembled the box. We have not seen any ants since then. Bob comes every other month, always calling me in advance with day and time and treats the entire perimeter of the house. He gave me his cell phone number and responds very quickly if I have a problem or a question. He cares about his job and his customers.

We have been using JP Miller for our home pest control for over 25 years. They have done a great job. We have found the exterior perimeter spraying really helps with keeping the bugs out. Its also nice to have stability with who sprays our home. Scott has been doing it for many years. He is very dependable and courteous.

A termite inspection was done and I was advised that no terminus were found. He did find some small areas that needed repainting to stop termites from boring into the raw wood. I appreciated that advise.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Their personal touch has made me feel like I am their only customer. They are reliable, honest, and consistent. I have had the pleasure of working with Luis since I have been using the company, and he has been such a joy to work with. They are very thorough with their work. Although I never have had any issues after the treatment, they have been great about double checking after the job to make sure. I rarely write reviews (I know I should, but I always seem forget), but they are worth making time to write about. Save yourself the headaches I have experienced with other exterminator companies and just go with JP Miller from the start.

When it comes to pests (at least getting rid of them) JP Miller is the BEST!Seriously, these days its difficult to find a service company that is timely, efficient, responsive and gets results. This was a rather difficult call as Louis had to climb scaffolding to reach the termites. He did this with little effort and it was done in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Luis to help you out in any off spot you might have. He really had the can do attitude we all admire.

Have a fungus gnat infestation. Spoke to Luis. He hooked me up with a bug light. The people that I spoke to were very nice. When they say they will call back, they do I will start using the light today to help control my problem. I have never used Miller Services before but I had a good feeling with the people that I spoke with. I would call them again if needed.

Robert the Tech was absolutely impeccable when it came to Customer Service. He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about his industry. JP and Luis were great from the beginning to the end. They made sure the job was done swiftly and so I could meet the deadline to close on a property. They did a termite treatment for me and general pest control treatment. Will be doing business with them again in the near future.

From the very beginning they were very courteous and friendly. They came when they said they would come and in fact, they were early. Not the standard in Florida for service people. Their staff, when you call in, were friendly and very courteous and did everything they could to help you. Call backs were quick which was appreciated. The day of service could not have gone better. As I said they came when they were supposed to and were early. They clearly were experts in what they were doing and provided excellent service. I will use them again and cannot make any higher recommendation than them. If looking for pest control call them and use their expertise and experience.

After calling a few other companies and not getting a call back JP Miller & Son’s not only called back but they were able to come out the same day diagnose the termite problem and begin treatment not long after that. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business!!
