Ive been a member of MOVE for 11 years. The only thing Ive committed to longer than that, is my marriage.The programming is top notch, the coaches are all experts and can coach anyone from the newest member to athletes vying for AGOQ - and the members span the whole range as well.Not only is it a safe, fun place to workout, its the base of an amazing community. The MOVE community is an enormous part of my life, and my familys life. Kids of members babysit our kids, and everyone is caring, loving, and quick to help in any way you need.Theres not a better gym community anywhere.

Move is a great community dedicated to helping members live a healthier life. They offer individual training, group workout sessions and nutrition education. They have an amazing teen weightlifting class. Everyone is so welcoming and ready to help.

The staff at Move Functional are great. Coach is a fantastic personal trainer! He has a lot of knowledge, dedication, and passion. He makes the sessions fun and challenging.

When you have this much fun doing it, can it really be called working out? Love this place, this lifestyle, and mostly, these people.

Great gym. I wasnt looking for a CrossFit gym at all, but was drawn in by the great functional workouts, personalised attention, and lovely community that I did find here. My best friends over the years Ive met at MOVE! Thrilled to see my fellow members each day, its definitely the highlight of my afternoons. Love the new space, too!

This place has been my gym home for nearly 9 years. Great coaching, awesome space (new location is beautiful), and the best community. My kids grew up in this gym - truly my home away from home. Even with COVID forcing virtual coaching for awhile, the community stayed connected thanks to Jonathan, Matt, and our dedicated coaches. Even had some Zoom Trivia nights! Love this place and it is a huge part of my life.

I have one on one lessons at 5:30 am twice a week. Jonathan challenges me every time. Its a great environment and welcoming. If you are looking for the next level of fitness in your wellness journey, this is a great place to check out

Love the community and the support I’ve always received from the coaches. I joined right after having a baby and was able to adapt the workouts to my needs. The new space looks amazing! The attention to safety specially now has been outstanding.
