I have thick coarse hair and was searching for a stylist who could cut thick hair, and it would be even and easy to style.. So glad I walked into SuperCuts today, and was able to have Lori do my hair! I am so happy with how she cut and styled my hair. Also, without heat, since my hair needed a break from hot irons. I will be going back to Lori!

I went in for haircut tonight. The staff was friendly and Rachel did a great job with my hair. She made sure the cut was going the way I wanted several times throughout the process. It was obvious she wanted me to get a great haircut, and I did!

Showed her pics of Jodie Fosters feathered hair from the 1980s. She says she has lots of clients with feathered hair. NOT!!! There isnt any real layers. Yeah its tapered to the back like I want but not layered to feather like the 80s.

Melissa was great! She was very personable, organized, professional, and answered several questions I had. Melissa has over 11 years of styling experience and was able to look at the picture I had and give me the cut I wanted. I definitely will be going back to see Melissa again!!

Never again! Tried to get a service. Called ahead to make sure they would have time. Waited so long I left. They wouldnt have had time to do my hair after my wait anyway. Didnt look like they cared when I left

Clean, VERY friendly staff. They give you attention as soon as you walk in the door. You’re not standing there waiting for someone to notice you’re there, as has happened elsewhere. I got my hair done yesterday by DIANE....again. My husband said she did a GREAT job. He doesn’t even like my hair short. He wants it down to my bottom again like when we were teens. (Been together 48 yrs) But I’m just too old for that. He says I look like a boy with it this short. So, it was good getting a compliment from him. THANKS DIANE 🤗

As with all hair salons, it really depends on who your stylist is. Ive had very disappointing cuts, as well as excellent cuts. Once I found Dawna, I never used anyone else. I highly recommend her. She is as obsessive about detail as I am, and she pays attention to what she is doing, and keeps working until it is exactly what you asked for. That is hard to find! Ive been going to her for years now. My kids go to a couple of the other stylists, and have also had great results. There are some talented stylists there!

The worst customer service ever. Find a salon that is owned by a person that cares about your business.

I only came in for a trim, but I was IMMEDIATELY sat down for the cut and she was so polite, asked lots of questions to make sure it was everything I wanted, and even suggested a few tips that might make it look great! I made sure to tip her for her great service. I dont recall her name but she had black hair and a cute smile.
