I absolutely love Cost Cutters in Decatur, Indiana. Karen (my hair stylist from now on) did such a beautiful job on my hair. The ladies are so friendly and the salon is very clean. I will definitely be back!

I have had nothing but great service here. They helped me back in August with a last minute color for my daughters wedding. And I have been driving the half hour ever since to have Vicky do my hair.

Very happy every time I go to get my hair cut or colored!!

Called and made appointment, told to be there in one hour. Showed up in one hour driving from an hour away. Was told it would be at least an hour and 45 minutes till they can get us in. Told them “but we made an appointment”. I was told “oh yes you did we will try to get you in in a little while. “ left and went to a place with better service. Will not return.

Vicky Jackson is a miracle worker! She is very personable, and cares about her work. She takes the time to understand what you want, and delivers every time! I love getting my cut and color from Vicky. Long, short, natural color & vivids.. she rocks it!!

This place was awful. They had no idea what they were doing and i’ve never had a worse experience getting my hair done. She just slipped some color on and said there was a treatment but it did absolutely nothing to my hair and the treatment wasn’t washed out all the way. She also took a comb and went through it about 4times and cut and was done. I didn’t take pictures as i should have but I do have one. I wish I wouldn’t have spent my money on this place.

Great place Vickie was the best. They were supper busy but she didnt rush or anything through getting my hair done will definitely go back.

Overpriced and the haircut was not what was asked. The lady that cut my hair cut my bangs in a very jagged uneven line.

I love famous hair!!! I have been to countless salons and am always disappointed with the way they do my hair. Any time I go to famous hair I am given the best service there is!! And on top of good service, I am always impressed with the outcome!

Unfortunately my haircut is not what I asked for. I was very clear and showed her a picture of the back and front of the cut I wanted ..its at least a months worth of growth before its even close to the right length. Im visiting from out of state so I just went by the reviews. I only gave it 3 stars because it was clean, upbeat and the stylist really was a sweetheart .

Took my daughter to get her very long hair cut. I made it clear they weren’t to go above her chest area! It’s at her chin! And so uneven! When I told the manager I wasn’t happy with her hair she rolled her eyes! I called the cops and was told it’s a civil matter! They called the cops and I was told to leave! I wasn’t given my money and my daughters hair is still not fixed! PICTURES IF I CANT GRT TO LOAD! Before and after!
