I’ve taken my 2001 Town car here twice and every time they are fantastic. The first time was to get the heater core repaired and the second time was to fix the 5th cylinder from misfiring. The price is reasonable and the service is fast. I took my car in today (Friday). They said the earliest the would probably be able to look at it would be Monday but they called me a few hours later and everything was fixed!

Donnie and Jeff are great! The repairs to car were prompt and affordable. I will be referring all my friends to them.

They did my emissions test in less than 15 mins. Friendly people but short on conversation, which is how I like it. I highly recommend it.

The guy at the desk was nice.I came here to get my a/c compressor inspected and paid $108 to have things looked at and possibly diagnosed if there was anything wrong. Absolutely wasted my money! Not only did I have the same issue I described prior to getting things looked at but my a/c compressor LOCKED UP right after I left! This could have all been avoided if they literally just did the service I paid for. Maybe it was the mechanics this day in particular? Im not sure. Either way, this is unacceptable and I will say use this place at your own risk.

Pretty straight foward guys. Had a muffler rattle due to shotty work from another muffler shop. The guys at Nation Wide Discount Mufflers took a look at my issue, qouted me, and got me up on the rack and got me right on out of there fairly quickly. Thanks NDM for the great work!!! This place is absolutely amazing. Great customer service, and honest mechanics. What else can you ask for. On one occasion I brought my car in for some major repairs. My struts had went out. Not only did they fix my struts, the mechanics also fixed my windshield wiper cleaner line, it had not been working for a few years. And they fixed it with out even be told about it. Did not even charge me for it. I send everyone I know to this place.

Walk to the shop after catching a flat tire on the highway they help me get a tow so I could have my tire changed at the tire shop next door the shop never open. Nationwide discount muffler employee took the tire off and drove me to the next tire shop and brought me back to put it back on at no charge.

This shop is getting a well earned one star review for doing crazy talk to me like a Halloween horror story and quoting me a 200 percent or more price on a part. Heres the story. I need a clutch on a truck. A stranger recommends this shop to me. I go there without the truck, well and good and I say, I need a clutch in my truck, I have $1000. to spend. Fellow is nice and says, We can probably do that. Labor is $80./hour, whatever it costs. Bring it by. I think, okay $80. an hour sounds reasonable. A couple of weeks go by and in the evening I drive the truck to this shop, Uber home, and in the morning I come back and give them the key. All good so far. All smiles and Good to see you.Later I get a phone call from the shop and man tells me, Well to replace that clutch is $1400. but then if it needs a flywheel... We do not know how much it costs. They dont make that flywheel any more and it is really hard to find, and if it needs a new flywheel, that hard to find part costs $1700. for one of the few that are left.It is pretty evident that he does not want the job. So I tell him, no problem Ill come get it. Were done. How much do I owe you? Part of it, too, is he said he had to turn off the motor each time to shift it when moving it, that it would not shift. Well thats odd since I have no problem driving it over there, no problem driving it back, and the guy I just sold the truck to as-is drove it home 100 miles and had no trouble driving it. But the manager at Nationwide tells me he could not shift it and had to shut off the motor each time in order to change gears.Well the hardly available $1700. flywheel. does not line up with reality. You can buy a clutch kit with a new flywheel included for $250. all day long, order a hundred of them today. And if you want the deluxe industrial top-grade clutch kit with new flywheel included, the cost is $1100. from ten different sources on the internet for the whole kit. as it is a well known item. But Nationwide tells me the flywheel by itself costs $1700. if you can find one. I call that lying. I do not like it. It tells me that when this shop gets a little itch or something to deal with, or something goes wrong that they just make up anything they like and then gas up the customer with an impassioned dramatic story instead of being down to earth, realistic, and truthful.Ive got no problem that they do not want the job. I do have a problem that they top it off by trying to gas up my head with a bunch of nonsense and scary prices on what is a pretty standard job.I will not return to this business and my advice to them to come down to earth and keep it real. I dont know where you guys came from, but youre not going to come into this area and gas people up with untrue scary stories because you just happen to be in a mood to tell a big scary story that day instead of working out in the bay and getting your hands dirty and using wrenches. It looks like you have plenty to do replacing water pumps and doing brake jobs. Well good for you. Learn to tell the truth and know that some people are not willing targets for big scary stories.As usual, Thank God for Google Reviews.

They cross threaded the bolts on our exhaust manifold and we had to take it and get the head replaced. Almost blew the engine from oil loss

I never write reviews, but the service I received today was 5 stars! I called to get an estimate on the connector to my muffler, and the team was able to squeeze me in immediately. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable and had a great attitude! I was able to get in and out with the pipe replaced within 30 minutes!
