If I could give this guy a negative star I would. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. My wife had full coverage with this agent. I had full coverage with another company. I was going to move my two motorcycles, my two vehicles and my house to him and his company. He even gave me a quote. My wife and I are looking at a vehicle to purchase. We walk into his office and get a quote for this new vehicle we were going to purchase together. We knew we were going to purchase it but he told us to call him after the deal with the dealership had been done. After work we make the purchase of the vehicle. His office is closed. On our way home we get T boned by an uninsured motorist. We call him to start a claim and there was nothing he could do. I doubt he even tried. Luckily, my insurance company said I had 30 days from the purchase and it was covered. It was a relief especially after what we had been through. Mark Ekiss and American family will never get another dime from my wife or myself. Unfortunately I can’t move my life insurance or that would be gone as well. My wife moved her house and vehicle to my existing company. This is my only claim in 15 years and it wasn’t even my fault.

100% recommend this office. Ive been with them for almost 20 years and they greet me by name and know my family. Best service ever!
