Susan is always so friendly and helpful. I called Infinity and they told me my policy was going to non-renew on May 7th because I have a business. I panic thinking I wouldnt have any insurance. Susan was in her car she said. I will call you when I get home. She explained that I just needed to send in the vehicle registration for all cars. I gathered the info and emailed her after hours. She immediately respond and said, I will get the information to Infinity in the morning. I have remained with Focus for close to 10 years because Susan is always available to help me with any concerns.
