I would not recommend geico to anyone. Im sure all insurance companies are the same but I just really got screwed by them this time. They didnt explain anything to me until it was time to pay on my claim and wouldnt work with me. I was paying 400 a month, mind you- 0 points on my license no tickets and no accidents. Im 30 years old so I have definitely crossed the threshold. I switched to progressive and saved over 200 a month for double the coverage and they explained everything from a to z. Hope this helps

I got a quote online (which was a lot higher than other places, by the way) and ever since they have NOT STOPPED trying to contact me! I KEEP unsubscribing and blocking their numbers and emails but they KEEP sending stuff! I get that youre trying to sell me something, but this is OVER THE TOP!STOP!!! I went with another company because 1) youre more expensive and 2) youve beyond annoyed me with contacting me! Its like youre a psychotic ex of mine that wont leave me alone! 😐Update: they KEEP GOING!! Over a week later, after emailing them to stop, and blocking/reporting their emails as spam.... I STILL keep getting them!

Marcus did and amazing job with helping me. He was so kind and he was very knowledgeable.

I bought my insurance from this branch, and I am paying in auto pay. But when I was trying to renew my tag, the tag machine told me I dont have insurance and I immediately called GEICO and they asked apology for the inconveniences (they didnt transfer my insurance) and I am told to go after 2hrs. I go to the machine after 4 hrs, nothing changed. I called them again, but same thing. I called for third times and the representative confirmed me I can renew. For the third time, the Georgia motor vehicles registration doesnt get my insurance, and come back home with out renewing my tag. I am very confused on what is happening. I am still paying.

I arrived at 1:25 pm on Saturday (March 22) and the doors were locked. The sign outside states they are open until 2:00 Pm on Saturday. The ladies inside just ignored me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
