State farm is a quality insurance company that I have been with for over 10 years. So in 2014, I moved back home from FL and got so lucky I found Trevor Butchers office.Jena is absolutely AMAZING at her job. In fact, Trevor, Patrick and everyone I have come in contact with in this office has the best customer service. They all go ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep their customers happy and paying the lowest premiums possible.No one can beat their prices and we have 2 brand new cars, a motorcycle, boat insurance and 2 life insurance policies. So recently we bought our 1st house 80 miles away but I will not change agencies because we will not find better service anywhere. Thank you Trevor, for having an amazing staff and always going above and beyond what is expected. We may just be customers but I feel like we are family!!!

Nobody is ever there. Trevor will not answer his phone, and Patrick is ALWAYS out to lunch or unavailable. Smooth talker though, but smooth talking will only get you so far. Will be switching policies somewhere else only because I am sick and tired of not being called back. No, I do not want to talk to your secretary. I want to talk to Trevor. Since my business is obviously not important I will take it somewhere else. I cannot keep taking personal time out of my day and not have anything to show for it.1/10

I was referred to Trent for the amazing service he gave to a friend during a claim. Not only was he able to save me money, but he went over all my coverages and I actually understand what Im covered for now! The entire office was extremely nice both coming and leaving. This office is AWESOME! I just went through a claim with them and they made the process so smooth and stress free. I am so glad that I swapped over to them a year ago. Katie was fantastic. She was able to DOUBLE my auto coverage. AND add life insurance for 125k in coverage and actually save me $14 a month from what I was paying Progressive JUST for auto coverage...I was beyond pleased. And the receptionist at the office was very friendly when I called to finalize everything.

I am thankful for Brandy helping us to make the transition smooth from our previous representative that retired. She noticed that our coverage was missing out on a few things and got us the proper coverage we needed. She answered all of our questions and the office was very helpful in helping us achieve some savings on our policies.

Trent was able to save me a lot of money and personalized my coverages to what I needed. Also gave me his personal cell if I ever have a claim. If your looking to save money give him a call!

I have tried to cancel my policy for little over a month now and they are still charging me even though they was notified that the vehicle was not even running and was even charged more than what my policy was normally this last time by almost 40 dollars very unprofessional and unorganized now Im going to have to fight to get this refund and have already been told I wont get it all back so there just stealing my money because they didnt do what they was supposed to over a month ago

Trevor Butcher team will lie to you, and tell you whatever they need to get you information, so they can charge you the 1st month, never mind what their underwriter says. youll get cancelled after they take your money.
