I am so disappointed and upset with the events leading to this review. I found out yesterday that I did not have coverage for my home. I called State Farm customer service, the rep got in touch with underwriting and discovered they requested documentation from DeAndre and he did not provide it. It has been over 30 days without coverage, now State Farm wants to charge me $3K more to be covered because of the lapse.

DeAndre Mathis State Farm provided me with excellent and professional service today. I Went online to do a much needed quote for renters insurance and was called by the Agent for follow up almost immediately. Prompt and courteous service is always a plus. This location is highly recommended!

Terrible agent! We experienced a full loss of our house due to floodingand a downed tree. The estimated value only covered %70 of the actual costs to re-build back to the condition prior to the flooding and the downed tree. We had to pay an additional $45k out of pocket to get the home back into the same condition. Deandre undervalued the house which caused the undervalue of the estimate. I dont think the real life knowledge and experience is there.

They were polite and very helpful. She was very fun to talk to and made you feel like you were part of the family.

Deandre Mathis at Mathis State Farm Agency was a tremendous help with the obstacles that I faced obtaining insurance at a reasonable rate. Mr. Mathis personally took the time to assist me and made sure I was satisfied with the services that were rendered to me. I would definitely recommend this agency to all of my family and friends.

After three loyal years I will be cancelling my auto insurance with State Farm. Ive literally been dropped from auto-draft 4 times. Mr Mathis blamed my bank and/or my lack of funds in the bank as the issue. I was extremely insulted because I am extremely responsible with my bills. I drove thirty minutes out of my way to re-sign a draft authorization form, only to be told that I couldnt sign the paper until 48 hours later. And this was after I paid over $300 to him. Take your money somewhere else. Ill overpay someone else for better customer service.

I don’t like the fact that your rate goes up every month to me it is sad how they keep telling u one thing to another honestly I hate this insurance company I would not recommend this agency to nobody...
