I love my agency that I work with. Everyone in this office is always so pleasant and keeps me in the know. They get things done quickly!And Mr. Enfinger does a Referral Tuesday where he sends out an email list highlighting local businesses that he personally knows and would recommend for anything. I dont know any other agency that does that.They truly make me feel like they care about their customers! So glad I chose to go with this agency. Would recommend them to everyone!

I dont need to contnact the company for things at this point, and had not in the past. I will say Rob really helped when I got my home insurance because the company I was going with did not respond in a timely manner and Rob did what he had to within less than a day (or some other really short time). But on a day by day basis - this to me is just something there in the background. It is there and if I need, I can call.

I was referred to Rob by a co-worker after State Farm quoted me about 30% more than Rob. I switched all of my accounts over and haven’t looked back since. His team is very responsive when I’m needing to prove updated policies and they politely recommend other policies that I would benefit from. Recently had a water pipe break in our home. Allstate was a dream to work with through a mess of a situation. Our agent (Rob Enfinger) was always available, had answers to all our questions and good advice. The claims representative was easy to work with and we got every penny we needed/asked for with no hassle. We got an initial payment the day after the pipe break to help get us started with damage control/repairs. The rest of the money was in our account before the contractor sent the final bill. We could not be more pleased with this service.Allstate is the best!Plus (even before the pipe break) Robs service is always phenomenal. Hes easy to reach, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

We have had a very bad experience with this agent from day one. You have to remember that these agents are sales men first. They take care of themselves. If you have worked hard for your investments do not trust them with Allstate or with Rob Enfinger because in the end ....you will lose and he will reap the benefits of low payouts. Buyer Beware!

Allstate is very prompt to answer concernswith issues regarding my acct.

Rob Efinger assigned a A.C.V. on our rental house.Given the option of course we would have chosen replacement value coverage. We are not ones to gamble with our investments. After a fire we have lost at least 200k on our property.Sounds like Rob is trying to say that since house was built in 1953 it was assigned an A.C.V. in underwriting. Should not have trusted Allstate or Rob Efinger with what we had hoped would be our retirement. Now I know that Allstate is one of the worst rated ins.companies and that you cannot trust a person that works for a company with such a poor reputation.

Rob is an incredible agent. My wife has been a long time customer of his and she referred me to him. I am a relatively new customer and I simply couldnt be happier with the quality of service we get from Rob. Hes honest, reliable, responsive, friendly, and an all around good guy. Im no big fan of insurance, generally speaking, but Rob makes it all so much more bearable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.

Weve been long-time customers of Allstate, and have generally had good agents -- one of whom (our first in Atlanta) was admirable and the best ever. That said, I want to say that Rob has and continues to provide the excellent service we experienced with our first Atlanta area agent. Rob clearly cares about his clients, and is ready to go the extra mile to provide top notch service!

I found that car insurance in Georgia is much more expensive than in Pennsylvania, from where we moved. But Rob Enfinger really works to find every possible savings. A good man who knows his stuff and a very thorough Agent. We are glad he was recommended to us. Try him!

After I paid in full for a six-months coverage, this office has cancelled my policy and will not communicate with me about why this has happened. Horrible service, not recommended.UPDATE: has finally contacted me, offered a poor apology with no explanation. They claim that they will restart my policy. Still not recommended.UPDATE 2: has reinstated my policy (with less than 36 hours until the cancellation horizon). Now providing adequate customer service. Still not recommended.
