I have worked here for a year effective this week. I love being here. Casey has been patient understanding and allows me to grow within this office. Getting to know our clients and helping them is a blast. If you have a good work ethic and try hard Casey Mosley will have your back! ..and if you need any type of insurance call this office. You will be glad you did.
My experience with Casey Mosley was as a client; but also as a licensed Agent Team Member in the office – This complaint is coming from the point of view of a client who is taken aback knowing that this type of behavior is possible from Casey as a representative of State Farm. This morning, I met with Casey and gave my notice resignation to the office; Casey asked me to leave – which is something I expected. I’ll gloss over the other arguments as far as compensation, and jump right to where it became clear to me that Casey’s behavior was decidedly unethical and became concerning to me as a current client in her office.Casey began by making slanderous claims about misuse of company workstations and office time; claiming that I had found my new position while in her office on the State Farm workstation. All of which are untrue. She then continued with an effort to degrade my performance in the office over the last four months, claiming I did not deserve a salary. Her demeanor at this point was a total 180 from the meetings encouraging me to try different selling styles and hold more in-office meetings. Her attacks quickly became personal, and she made the jump to degrade my physical appearance, saying that it had looked like I had not showered before coming into work. I had never been formally admonished about my personal appearance in the office, and any issues pertaining to my workplace attire were never addressed to me. This jump to insult my physical appearance were totally unprofessional and unethical on her behalf – and frankly just outright rude. I left this morning at 9:45am, saying that her personal attacks were offensive – to which she replied “I don’t care.”I have since filed a formal complaint with State Farm Corporate Compliance and Ethics against her. This review isn’t about me having a bad experience in this office as an employee – most of the experiences were fine, and I admired Casey as a go-getter self-starting agent for the short time I worked there. I’ll continue to be a loyal client of State Farm because I pride them as being a company that does not insult their clientele, but operates as an inclusive and diverse environment that supports the needs of their clients. But from a client’s point of view - knowing this behavior is possible from an agent behind the scenes – it’s unacceptable.
Great personal attention, and professional service
To be frank, insurance has always confused me. I never know how much to get, and found that with other companies I was consistently being pushed to buy policies that would not be beneficial to me. I was paying too much, and confused about my coverage.Casey helped me understand my policies, combined several to save me a considerable amount of money, and is always willing to answer my questions. I feel like an informed consumer and for that, I am grateful. Shes the one agent I always recommend.
Casey has been extraordinarily helpful in getting me settled in a new city. She took the time to meet with me personally to go over the details of my insurance plan and give me recommendations for the city. I am confident that Im in good hands.
Couldnt ask for a better agent. Casey and her team went out of their way to help me. I combined multiple policies and she saved me alot of money. Highly recommend!
Great agent and team!
Great place!
