We are relocating from out of state and are transferring our business to this agents office from a previous State farm office. If you do your homework...Ben Collinger comes highly recommended. And now I can see why...His account manager, Bailey, was professional, polite, and had some excellent recommendations for change in coverage that would be of the most benefit to us in our new home and area of residence. Jackie in the State Farm team with Ben Collinger made an extremely stressful, total loss car situation get resolutions and results immediately when I was getting very confused by the “Claims Team” managing my case! There was so much going on with my claim that when I got just beyond understanding I gave her a call and she immediately investigated and made sure everything was in order. She found an error and resolved it in less than a day!!! And continued to check in on me through the whole ordeal. Always attentive. Always caring. And always had an ear ready to hear my drama. Interestingly, I received a response very promptly here from the owner with a half-hearted attempt to chat but no offer to resolve the situation or even to offer a way to contact him directly. Not spending any more time on this just know that there are other amazing State Farm offices with wonderful, friendly staff members! unfortunately the staff was similarly unfriendly and unhelpful when I went to your office..I had to find a different agent.. The office staff was not helpful. Thankfully I went to a different state farm agent who was helpful and took my business there....

His staff continues to communicate with me (unsolicited) by phone or email regarding any opportunities for additional savings or any upcoming changes that we would see.They are truly treating us like their customer, which cant be proclaimed as often as it should be in this fast-paced world. My experience with this agency has been the worst in history. They are inresponsive, slow and never get it right! I cancelled my policies with State Farm due to their ineptitude. That still was not done correctly. They failed to cancel my homeowners policy that was requested on August 5th and it is now August 17th. They should have cancelled my auto policy effective August 9th but it was cancelled effective August 10th.

Our Agent and his staff go above and beyond their scope of work to ensure prompt responses and positive outcomes to questions and concerns that I may have.

Statefarm should be proud of having an office such as this one in their network. Recently I had an issue with a tire that was flying at my vehicle on the highway. Thats right......tires can fly. Especially in Atlanta. Needless to say, my vehicle got a black eye, and needed a medic. I called and spoke with Katie, who went above and beyond to explain in a courteous manner my options. After a comprehensive claim was determined, I received a call from Statefarms claim office, and I was on my way to recovery. A week later, Katie called to follow through about my progress. Well, it just so happens, that same day I planned to take my car to the collision center, THE DANG THING WOUNDNT START! As luck would have it, I just needed a new battery because the life was ending. Now within two weeks, I had a black eye and a bad-heart. I felt like Rodney Dangerfield, geez. Two entirely separate, unrelated issues were now bestowed upon me as a car owner. Marta was looking good at this point, and I thought about calling for a yearly Breeze Card membership. But Katie, came through and pulled me from the trenches! She explained that I had 24-hour roadside assistance on my plan, and that I could also get towed to a shop that may be able to solve BOTH my needs in one. AND as part of my plan that was originally set-up by the amazing Jana Earnhardt six-years ago, Katie reminded me that I could also receive a rental vehicle in the meantime until my car was ready! She was thorough about answering all my questions and I was relieved to know that I had some support. But the biggest thing was (and this is HUGE) I actually could tell that Katie GENUINELY cared for my unluckiness and that she wanted to help me on a human level. It was something in her voice, i dunno. But, I could tell. A really good human being. Theyre rare in customer service. Its like finding a hundred-dollar bill..... you dont want to tell anybody because theyll think youre lying.Genuine human-care is a key ingredient lacking in most customer service areas these days, not to mention, car insurance providers! Argggg!In the end, I was arranged for full and complete coverage of my vehicle with repairs and transport. There was no hidden additional cost. 24- hour roadside assistance. A rental vehicle. And some stellar customer service to boot. So much care, that I was inspired to write this review. Also....hopefully the vehicle-gods will favor me next time.Thank you Ben and Katie at Statefarm. You guys are awesome.
