Tech was prompt and came back when the initial fix did not work. Called to make an appointment to replace heat pump. Left message. Nothing. Called back the next day. Left another message. Nothing. Called a third day. Was sent to another person. Line went dead after 20 rings. Went with Valley. They showed up and provided an educated estimate the same day. Installed the next day. Guess which one I recommend?

We are very pleased with the services rendered by Integrity. Knowledgeable staff followed by great customer service. Brian was wonderful to deal with and the response time installing our new unit was super quick. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be more thrilled with my service. Andy was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew I couldn’t afford to replace my HVAC unit even though I could tell it wasn’t running efficiently. He really put the work in to figure out what was wrong and managed to fix it without even having to order a new part! He explained everything in detail and I’ve never felt better about working with a technician.
