Due to the recent pandemic, I was forced to start working remotely. Technology challenges came with that change. My home internet began giving me trouble. I called our internet vendor to see if they could help me troubleshoot the problem. They gave me very little support. They were dismissive and and blamed the trouble I was experiencing to do with everyone working from home. Then I remembered TDT and Chris Toews. I reached out to Chris, who returned my call within an hour and even apologized for not responding sooner. He worked around the clock with me until my situation was fixed. He went above and beyond and called local vendors to see who had what I needed in stock so that I did not have to start driving around aimlessly. Chris was patient and kind. During a very stressful and difficult time, Chris helped decrease my work disruption and even provided tricks to help alleviate the overload that systems were experiencing. He followed up for several days afterwards to make sure my problem was truly resolved. Chris is professional, empathetic, speaks in terms you will understand and follows through.

Chris has so much patience for his IT challenged clients! At the same time we installed our phone system unbeknownst to us our router stopped supporting our internet - we had issues several times daily for upwards of 2 months - beyond frustrating - and of course we always blame the newest component of a system.
