I was skeptical of checking them out for mobile phone service especially after reading terrible reviews on Google however I believe theyre for telephone service.Juan, at this location, is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!I have not yet switched from Sprint (after finding out they have been padding my bill for the last 2 years for products I never ordered or used) but I definitely will switch to Spectrum.
The people working at the store, the techs that came to my house and the people manning the phones are friendly and desirous of helping me get service...its just very apparent that the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I got so much conflicting information that I got a little upset. I made unneeded, unwanted trips back and forth to the store because the tech gave me bad information. Then the store rep gave me bizarrely wrong info. The kind people on the phone were absolutely baffled by the information given to me by those folks. Nobody is on the same page. Took 2 days to get internet service and nobody seemed to have a correct answer for me. Once I got it going I discovered that the advertised internet speed was nowhere near the actual speed. Bummer. The only positive is we no longer have to deal with the ATT thieves.
Amazing customer service!!! Everyone is very helpful. If you need help trust me…go to this location. I am not a person to write a lot of reviews but for this location I am writing because the customer service is so good.
Kind of tired of everybody increasing prices every year. Doesnt really help you unless you bundle. Always have issues with my internet going in and out. Took over a half a year to fix that. Now having more issues and theyre only recommending upping my service which is not okay.
I went there today to return a cable box & equipment, everything went great. 2 other customers became irate & loud with the employees assisting them HOWEVER in BOTH cases the manager & employee were both very professional. My transaction went smoothly & although I was merely a witness to 2 very miserable people I can honestly say the employees at this particular Spectrum are very friendly & keep it real professionally. I had to drive from Palm Coast & I must say it was worth it so if ever I need your assistance again I’ll gladly make the trek from Flagler County, thanks!

Im a customer, go in for spectrum mobile phone replacement, was going to purchase it out right. This store denied my outright purchase due to my credit been locked, in which I did to protect myself from fraudulent credit purchases. They even scanned my ID without permission. BAD customer service.

I could pay a Spectrum bill there. Their Customer Service is terrible. Ive had to deal with Spectrum and their Customer Service five times over the past four months. Their Customer Service sucks. This is why I personally dont have their service. I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone.

I had to exchange my DVR box for a new one. Luckily it wasnt very busy, so i was in and out in 5 minutes. The only negative thing is the location is a little tricky. I used my GPS to find it.

I have been a customer of Spectrum ever since I moved to Florida some 7 years ago.Spectrum used to be the best and very reliable service but now in the last 60 days I have had troubles like u cant believe and they continue to do nothing to resolve my issues. Everything i call in the response is we are experiencing outages in your area, sorry for any inconvenience this causes.Totally unreliable is how I describe our current level of service.I have called multiples of times with absolutely no results!Looking to change to a more reliable company that will do something about taking care of their customers.
Your service as far as being able to speak to someone on the phone is the worst service I have ever experienced. Also your techs that come to your home were sent by your phone techs are also the worst I have ever dealt with,but your prices are always going up but your service is going down. I have been a customer of yours for over 7 yrs. And since you went from Brighthouse to Spectrum your service has been worse both tech and prices.
Awful internet service. My wifi constantly goes in and out throughout the day and being in a house with other college students, reliable wifi is a necessity.Customer service should actually be called customer disservice because Ive never once had any of my issues resolved.Our monthly plan increased in price during this pandemic as if thats what we needed right now.Worst internet service Ive ever had.
I have had a very good experience with this location. Yes, you have to wait in line, but they were friendly and not rude at all. Just dont go at their busiest time. Go when they open. They hooked me up with no problems. like other services, my internet went out so I called and they walked me thru to reset. Nice service overall.
This store does the absolute bare minimum of service and convenience so they can push you along to service the next customer and when you deliberately go into the store to resolve an issue they just refer you to call customer service anyways. Save your time and go to Verizon, its right next door.
The salesman was rude and did not give me my HDM1 cable that I needed. Told the customer service rep what I was told to do. He asked me what do you want me to do? I switch out a old box for a newer one. Got home could not connect my box. Got tech on the phone and he was great.

Seriously overcharging for internet and cable, doesnt use fiber thats been available for at least a decade. Had to pull teeth to get them to replace a wire that was who knows how old and was affecting my internet speeds. No long term customer discounts, no new customer discounts. Unfortunately a bit monopolized, they could use some competition. The last tech I had was fantastic.
Switched from Sprint to Spectrum phone service. Went to Nova rd location, Robert & Rob went above & beyond to help us. Didnt have our Sprint Account # pin, Called Sprint, they would not give us the info. 15 minutes on the phone, just a hustle. So ROB stayed late & helped us.5 stars Rob & Robert. My experience setting up my account for cable and internet was exceptional. I had absolutely no problems whatsoever, even was able to get cable and internet for free without even knowing it. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable, had a sense of humor (which you dont get usually), efficient, and was personable. Despite any negativity, I highly recommend checking Spectrum out!

Absolute worst company to do business with. Have been on hold with various departments since 8PM and it is now 11PM and we still have reached any resolution. Our service has been off for 2 hours. Phone tree after phone tree, no one can help, no one is willing to issue any sort of credit. Find a different provider at all costs, this is not a provider you ever want to do business with.
The front lobby personnel deal with a lot of angry customers and do their best to maintain professionalism with everyone. Can get crowded especially during major issues and outages. Full disclaimer: I am an employee in the back-end of the office.
Absolutely the worst service in star Ive ever dealt with. Over an hour to return a Modem. Horrible... absolutely horrible. 4 service members out front 2 in back and only 3 of them helping someone.
Customer Service Representative was Awesome. The customer before me had quite the complicated situation, the CSR handled it professionally and explain it to the customer in a friendly informative manner, and resolved it for the customer. I was impressed. I received the same courteous and friendly service.
Moved took my equipment with me they made me get a new box. No clock on box and is much slower. They sent tech to my house with only half the work order. Had to schedule. Also moved told them I moved yet I was listed for two active accounts. I kept calling on this matter.each time I was told it was taken care of yet each time I called I was asked which account did I need help with. Very frustrating!
As usual, the customer service representatives were very helpful. However, the line to see them is extremely long. It would be extremely helpful if there were more representatives on duty.
If zero stars were an option, Spectrum would receive it. Ive made a complaint through the BBB. Even though Spectrum is not BBB certified, others deserve the right to know what theyre getting into.Spectrum was the only provider in the area when I moved 11 months ago. Ive experienced outages, some lasting almost 30 hours, regularly. Ive called several times about it, without billing credits or refunds for any of these outages. More than once, I was placed on hold until the called dropped. Upon trying to cancel my service, I was informed that I would be billed for the entire cycle and there was no recourse for that. This policy was instilled months after I became a Spectrum customer. Had this policy been in place before I moved, I would simply have forgone services until I had another option. Supervisor Kelly in Debt Solutions informed me that because my outages were not over 1 week in length, no credit would be applied for the outages. She also stated that no proration would occur, as Spectrum informed customers on each bill that proration was no longer available at service termination.
Right now I am not happy at all with this company. I dropped my service down last month to get it cheaper and got rid of a bid and the bill is still the same. Now trying to call and the lines are busy that they can’t take any more calls. Probably other people are having g issues with their bill. They need to sort this out. I dropped my package because of the crisis and not working as much. Can they show a little respect to their customer and charge them what they agreed upon instead of me now spending my day trying to get a hold of them.
Im trying to work so I can maybe keep my job while the whole Corona mess is going on but of course just like bright house you cant actually consider this reliable wifi. Oh and dont even think about calling in all youll get is an automated recording saying you cant speak to a representative. I work at a call center I get it when you dont really have any updates or answers its annoying to get those calls but you should also understand from a customers perspective its nice to actually talk to a person and hear from them. Its not even just with outages its a pain to get a representative I had to call the other day because of a billing error and even that was painful.

I am extremely disappointed with this company who outsourced a call to meoffering a free trial of some sort of streaming service I said I was not I interested and they continued to say it was no charge to me I could try it blah blah blah so finally I asked do I nee d to do anything? They stated no it was a free 7 day trial I again asked do I need to cancel it she said no have been paying $39 a month for months. I never tried anything of the streaming and they can see that. They basically said oh well

I wish I could give zero stars!!!! We just switched back to Spectrum and I had a very busy time at work with the holidays so my dad took care of setting everything up. He knows nothing about electronics, computers, etc..He told them he wanted the regular cable boxes like we had the first time we were with Spectrum. The technician comes and doesnt have the cable boxes. We went thru the entire week of Thanksgiving with a whole house full of company with only 1 working T.V. He said the boxes were on order. The boxes came in after we opened the box we realized they were not the correct boxes. They sent us Apple T.V. and we dont even have smart T.Vs. We called Spectrum customer service and was told by Kaitlin that we could take the Apple boxes to our local Spectrum store and get the regular boxes. They did give us the regular boxes which still didnt work because Spectrum did activate the cable lines to the bedrooms. They refused to take the Apple boxes said we had to call and get a label and send them back to Apple. Now Spectrum is telling my 70+ year old dad that he ordered these boxes and since we opened the box we are stuck paying an extra $14.95 a month for two boxes we cant even use. SPECTRUM IS NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY!!! WISH SOMEONE WOULD COME TO DAYTONA BEACH TO GIVE THEM SOME COMPETITION. We have been signed back up with Spectrum since 11/22/19 and didnt get our regular boxes working until 12/1/19 plus we are stuck paying for boxes we cant even use.
You pay 200 a month to have to unplug everything 3 times a day so it will work

I needed to switch modems. The address given was not in the GPS of my phone. I was driving around not having a clue where the place was. I was told on the phone that its open until 8 pm. Finally, I drove farther away to a Spectrum store that I knew about. When I got there the time was 7:15 & the place closed at 7. So, I had to drive home to New Smyrna Beach, & go back to that one the next day. I asked where was the other one & was told that its in a shopping center that I was near the day before. I wish I had been given the correct address & that the address was in my GPS.

1 star is too much credit. I paid for an installation and they never showed up I took time off work on the most busy night of the week. On hold for 3 hours hung up on 5 times 2 more hours on the phons giving my same account info over and over again. I lost over 50$ on top of the money I wasted on this service. They have still yet to show up or refund me. I think I need to contact my attorney.
First of all Xfinity in Jacksonville and Miami is $39 a month and much faster. $75 with Spectrum monthly ONLY pays for WiFi, slower WiFi than xfinity at that!! The Technician who installed my WiFi router told me to add phone service to my package to save $15 off my monthly bill of $75 for WiFi only to bring it to $60, because I’m unemployed from covid as well as a full time college student I can use any discount I can get, I didn’t believe this and don’t even own a home phone so I was reluctant to begin with and even had him call his manager to verify this deal was accurate. They both agreed as obviously are in cahoots together on this scam and it actually added $15 to my bill. He also told me I had no cable as it wasn’t on his “invoice to install it” after I was supposed to have it free for 30 days with the promotional plan... so the past 3 months I think I have no cable, (also keep in mind as a student during covid I’m supposed to get free internet until June) when I check my bill it’s $300 I was being billed for internet, phone services and cable I didn’t even have!! Currently disputing these charges and will not be paying for services I didn’t use, wasn’t aware I had, and was told false prices on. I agreed to $76 a month not $126. I’d rather have no WiFi than do business with these scammers. To scam a 23 year old college student during COVID?? I’m unemployed right now, honestly?? Seriously go pick on someone your own age or who can afford to take hundreds of dollars losses every month because I won’t be able to do that until I get my degree. Maybe they do this because they know they’re the only provider for WiFi in many areas, but I’d rather buy my own modem and will be paying Verizon for WiFi in home instead, at least they’re company values honesty and does not trick you. Also keep in mind apparently “streaming services” and cable are different, I had no clue the difference or that I apparently had either (because he never installed it like he was supposed to) but they will make sure to bill you for services you don’t even use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A LAWYER ON SPEEDDIAL.

The worst experience I have had with a cable company. Did you know if you are moving on Nov 5 and you disconnect your service you still have to pay until the end of November. I didnt know that and Spectrum increased my bill on top of that by $30 and said I still have to pay or they will sent to collection.
I love Spectrum. They are always nice, polite well informed. I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day to install another DVR for another room in the house.
Terrible ethics. I was an employee and was paying $20/month for service. That was wonderful. After I resigned, they defaulted me to a $300/month plan. When I noticed the change I called in to cancel/downgrade and they said as of two days prior to that day they were no longer issuing prorated refunds on service and I was stuck with paying $300. I called a half dozen times to try and express my discontent, was hung up on, hours of waiting, and no one could do anything about it. So I went from $20/mo to $300/mo and couldn’t cancel the service until the next billing cycle. below average work environment, extremely below average products compared to Comcast, and extremely poor customer service.
Although the staff was very nice. I felt like I was at the unemployment office were, people waited for very long time while they chatted and talk to other people that possibly was there. I felt it was not the right place for people to do that in a place it expects to make money off of people. customer service with the most important counterpoint that you need when you have a business that requires people to pay you. ratings needs to be a lot higher in order to keep those customer service people happy. I was not impressed
I was able to return the equipment quickly. There was only one person in line in front of me. Im going to be very friendly and helpful whole transaction was accomplished with minimal effort

My only zero star rating for any company. Was a customer of Bright House for close to 20 years and never had a problem. The billing situation at Spectrum is a mess...the automated phone system never works properly and I always have to speak to a live person which is a waste of my time and theirs. Prices keep going up with fewer choices. Next month I will be saying goodbye to cable like most of my friends are also doing. Had to go to 3 different places today after an hour on the phone to straighten out a billing error made by Spectrum. Never got an apology for the mess from a single employee of the company.

When I got there, there was about 15 people ahead of me so its was a long wait however when it finally was my turn the man that worked with me made me forget all about my frustration. Ive had a cable for a year I went through three boxes about 47 on plugs and reboots DVR box in always escapes it stops it goes out and freezes you know who paying 200 something dollars and the new box of that all of them is the worst one I brought it back they wouldnt even come here to fix it. I had to bring it back and then its I dont know if this is not worth it I got to worry about it but you know I love of course is always in middle of a nice already know the beginning of a NASCAR race or something

Hour long wait just to return a modem. Staff very nice but only two staff to help more than 10 customers. I was 2nd in line and still waited an hour. They do not care that you have to stand in line this long.

Multiple calls to co re: some reason told our phone number is not valid. They assure us they fixed. DID NOT. They are in the dark ages. Only record one thing at a time! A remote that looks like it could launch a rocket but try to change a channel! So I guess that means we dont have to pay. No valid account. They are so behind in there technology and install. They ran a black cable up a wall across the wall and down to box. Are you kidding me. This is dark ages. Oh Comcast I miss you.

Way over priced. Got the $44.95 basic cable and wifi. initial cost was $84. a week later I got an additional bill for another $13. I never got the internet to work, even hooking my computer directly to the modem without a router. I lost several channels I used to get for less money. When they wanted an up charge for a channel I get with my antenna for free (H&I). I cancelled. Oh, and on-demand kept saying, unavailable. Called support twice, got through once.
Very dedicated and helpful. I still have an outstanding issue that may be resolved tomorrow. So far. Im hopeful Spectrum will be the solution to my overpriced mobile quandary.

It was very busy when I got there to return an unused cable box. The line wrapped back on itself and was almost out the door. The service windows were not fully staffed. After more than a 30 minute wait, I got to a window. The encounter was polite and courteous but I was still encouraged to bundle services even with a long line. If I had been interested, I antiicpate another 10 minutes could have gone by while the line got longer. Sensitivity to the situation could reduce lines quicker.
Customer service is never great with Spectrum over the phone, why would you think it would be good face to face? Never thought I would miss Brighthouse service, Spectrum is actually worse. If only they didnt have a monopoly in the area.

They first charged 40 a month out of nowhere. Then there customer service had me ont the phone 30 minutes to tell me sorry then hang up. Garbage.
Warning! Take names, dates, times and detailed notes when speaking with this company. Question every charge. They will try to pad your bill with all kinds of fees and extra charges that you do not approve and then make it nearly impossible to view your billing statement. I called for the 29.99 ea package internet/phone/cable....$90 a month right?! With some taxes thrown in of course I expected that. ..but first I was told it would be $186 a month WHAT?! And no one could explain how they arrived at that number. I was transferred multiple times when I asked for an explanation of the charges. Finally got a customer service representative to go over all the charges and arrived at $126.87/mo....this after being transferred multiple times and on hold for hours, said it included everything...all the taxes, hidden fees etc. I agreed to this only because I was trying to establish the service for an elderly friend who lost her home to hurricane Irma and had moved in with me. She lives for her calls from her family and her favorite TV shows. Otherwise I would never have done business with this company. When my bill came it was over $300!! Partial month charges, a charge for upgrading my service 😱, a charge for setting up my service ( which took 3 visits by the way because they never knew what they were doing when they arrived and they never brought the equipment they needed. At one point they said all they could do is ship the equipment to me and I would have to install it myself or they would have to charge me extra!!) Been on the phone/ computer/live chat all morning trying to resolve this and still no help from Spectrum accept to threaten me on my billing page with disconnecting my service. Never sent a single paper bill to me and you need numbers from your paper statement to access and view your online statement.
Not upfront about terms of service and raising of rates without proper notice. Quality of product is only mediocre, for both TV and internet. In store service is worst of all, and technicians are not honest about what you are being billed for. Crooks. Will be looking at other providers at end of agreement, not worth the stress.
June 19 2021 More of the same issues. Service slows down or drops out while watching a movie or show. Added pictures. With phone carriers offering unlimited plans thinking of trying my luck with them. Spectrum service and support is poor at best.Feb 2021 Still having problems. Getting a dialog box of service unavailable but its working in the back ground. They said try it again later. Terrible service, terrible customer support.Dec 2019 Spectrum is the worst company for service and reliability. The cable service always goes out for extended periods of time. Calling has never resolved the problem. They reply with the same scripted response but nothing to resolve the terrible level of service. I feel sorry for anyone that works customer service for them. If anyone can remember they took over brighthouse. I thought brighthouse fell short of delivering promised internet speed but at least they kept the connection going.April 2020 still dealing with service interruptions. When I lose internet I lose the cloud for my security system. I wish there was another competitor I could switch to.Watching TV and service just goes out. See photos.
