I’ve been trying to reach someone constantly about the job, I did everything I was supposed to do and I still get no answer from anyone. No one replies to the email. I left my job just to come work here and no one has given me any call and not even an email. I do NOT recommend working here.

This is seriously not the place to work. Yes the money looks good, but its a trap.Employee services is a Joke.They dont know if theyre coming or going. Stay away.

Honestly if this place could get NO stars, I would. Absolutely horrible management ALL AROUND. The HR office staff sucks as well. I worked here for 2 years and while they pay good its literally not even worth the headache. WAY too many students coming in and out, the turnover rate is out of this world. They will fire you if you call off more than 1 day.

I wish I could give this company zero stars I have never worked for a company that I hated more than this one I literally got up and walked off the job in the middle of my shift they do not like to pay their workers there’s always an issue there and you can’t even contact a human being when you call their phone number. Don’t waste your time working here if you like to be paid especially for mandatory overtime

Bridgette McLeod is the worst! She doesnt know what she is doing. Unorganized. She needs to retire or get trained again. She is very rude! Her helper Nicholas is terrible as well. I went in and he was on the phone checking on another job he applied for. So if someone working in talent acquisition is openly trying to leave in front of possible new employees that says something. They show favoritism. I hope yall fail the next time your clients come in. I see people on their phones all the time! But they claim to be big on privacy! This place is a joke! Dont work here.

I wouldnt recommend working at TTEC. I worked here for a year and they dont care about employees at all. They just care about hitting numbers. Its so many people that get fired from TTEC its ridiculous. The best thing about this job was the pay.. but they will cut hours without warning and your hours will stay cut for months on end. My coworkers and the pay were the best thing about this job but workers have to keep looking over their shoulder worrying about being fired because TTEC will hire too many people that they wont need.. so they will fire people to make room

I wish I could give them a sliver of a star, they cheat on their parking places by using a static cling sticker that they can use when they want or hide it. Our Owl Inc. Employees have to park a long ways away due to them taking our dedicated parking, we are not the only business that suffers from this. The Nail Shop and Honey Baked Ham and Carreer Source have to put up with Teletech Employees parking illegally and have to walk a football field distance to work from their vehicle. It is a shame they get away with this. You see many of our employees are women and I worry about their safety in the dark hours. Which would improve if they played fair with the parking! I am very glad to see the ones that forget about their sticker getting towed.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This company is unprofessional and will harm your life if you are not careful!!! I received paperwork after following all of their pre-employment procedures, that cleared me to begin work on December 3, 2018. I even was given a schedule for AFTER training! I arrived at 7am to training and was told I was not on the list. The TA (Talent Acquisition) dropped her head in her hands and after revealing that she knew how the error occured, it was out of her hands. I had no job. This company gave me paperwork in October to begin work first training available ( so they said) in December. I show up and I have no job. I have beem in contact with a name and number given to me for the manager. My first call was answered and I was supposed tl receive response from personnel, yet, never did. BE CAREFUL!!!! DO NOT believe them when they say you have a job!!!! When I arrived to training, I was one of 4 people, each with paperwork from the company confirming we were hired, yet we were turned away abruptly with no remorse nor compassion. Be careful, All!!!!!!$Names involved: Anne C; Nicholas and Tony Sutherland. Thanks for hanging me out to dry! I am a woman of Faith so I will RISE!!!!!!! # ToGodBeGlory

This is the absolute WORST company, there is no working phone number for this company . All of the phone numbers that are listed on the internet, or on any of the business cards do not work .When I went to apply I did my assessments . I did not pass the typing the first time because there computer froze, when I brought this to their attention they told me that I had to come back in a month to Re do it, they did not let me Re do it that day.The next month I went back to do the typing assessment and passed . Then I get a phone call from a women asking me which training class I wanted to sign up for . The number on this womens business card who goes by the name of Bridgette did not work, which was the same number she told me to call her on the voicemail she left me. I had to send several emails to her for her to get back to me . In the email, she tried to tell me that she would contact me a month from the day she sent me an email . I guess expecting me to just wait around for her to contact me which obviously wasnt going to happen . Then I finally get a phone call from her back and she tried telling me over the phone that I didnt pass my assesmebts and I had to wait 60 days to retake it I told her THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN and she told me that when the comouter frize they had tocoubt that one as a fail and the mist recent one I took didnt coubt. I demanded that I speak to someone that actually had logical sence and another women called me back and tried telling ke the same thing and this was so because it was company policy I personally have never heard of a company policy that says when a computer malfunction it counts as a fail and tge most recent test I took THAT I PASSED dID NOT COUNT . I proceeded to ask her what she expected ke to do for the next 60 days, because if their company I was a month behind my rent as well as my electric bill and the stupid lady tried telling me that I should go work at wallnart or target which I found extremely insulting.I would advise ANYOJE TO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APPLY TO THIS COMOANY . They have no company standards and clearly do not know how to run a company

This company is very unprofessional as far as the optum side, I am not aware of the insurance side. They have people in charge who doesn’t know how to handle power. They speak in an unprofessional manner to you and about you. Even the higher ups are/was terrible all the way down to the team leads. They feel like you need them and if you have a problem they aren’t understanding at all they only care if you come to work and be on time. This company lies, they will promise you a shift and as soon as you are in production they force you to do another one you didn’t agree to. Also they hire anyone because people stay quitting they so damn thirsty to have someone on the lines . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this is a warning. It will be the biggest mistake you ever made and the most time you ever wasted.

I am employed I am n9w missing 3 pay checks I have finally called tge labor board. Believe me I am not alone. Others are also getting duked from pay. Tge trainers dont know what they are doing you do not learn anything until you get thrown to the wolves.
