I wish 0 starts was an option. We were a long term customer (15 years) and they jumped our rates to over double a month (almost S3,000). Customer service refused to help with the insanely increased rate. Only option was to sign a long term contract at a slightly reduced rate. We save 90% by switching to another company. The new companies customer service already out shines Windstream and the app and hardware is lightyears better. This company is going through a bankruptcy and trying to fast grab cash at any expense. Stay away!!!!

This review Is for Windstream In Dalton, GAI was lied to about getting fiber optics by a Windstream representativeNeedless to say fiber optics wasnt installed but their slow DSL was installed.I cancelled what they told me was a trial and sent back there router and now they want to bill me for service that I never received.BAD DOG!!!!!!
Hands down the worst internet provider in the state of Florida. Customer service is a joke. As soon as another option becomes available in my area I will be canceling Windstream.
If ANYTHING else is available go there... beware these people have no clue NONE... customer service is worse than you could possibly imagine and the app is terrible cant even make a payment without issues.
They are thrives. Do not hire them. They stole from my company. They went from $1700 monthly to $3400. I am reporting them to the State. They should be shut down.
