I am visiting from out of state and I needed an oil change, new tires and some other maintenance. My service advisor, Robert Rodriguez, went above and beyond for me. I am in town to help care for my father while he is in Home Hospice. Its difficult to leave him alone with my mother, in case they need me for something. Robert made very special arrangements to deliver my car to me when work was completed so I could remain at home. During this difficult time, the extra effort really is appreciated. He also kept me advised as to the progress of the work completed. I was actually nervous to go to a dealership other than my own. But, my experience was more than terrific. I went for an oil change, this was my first time, and I gotta say they made me feel like I was a regular customer. During the oil change I had to leave for an emergency and they made sure that I got out of there quickly. I was happy to see how clean my car was upon finishing. I will DEFINITELY RETURN. Classic on line bait!!! I like transparency and honesty!!!My call for the info and purchase of a vehicle was answered by a female that insisted in providing me assistance once I requested to be transferred to the sales department. I explained that I was interested in a NEW 2020 CADILLAC XT4 in Black I had seen on line and was calling for availability. She responded they had it on lot. I wanted to confirm price. She stated she did not want to provide me inaccurate information that she would transfer me to sales department. What I originally requested. Sales rep answers and I provide same info and I share they have the vehicle on line for a bit over 33k ($33,475 to be exact). That if they were to honer that price, I would purchase on the spot over the phone. Sales rep scrambles a bit, confirmed once again price I mentioned, and shares he must speak to manager bc continuing forward. Provided name and number for a call back and off he went to speak to his manager but when we get in touch again (minutes later. Not a problem), he states they no longer have that model on the lot. I certainly do not blame the sales rep. He seemed clueless of this classic bait and even requested for me to send him screen shot of such advertisement!!! This classic bait shows dishonesty!! No longer interested in ever doing business with then.

Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone....They spent over an hour coming up with the quote for the repair. $1,100. I agreed and gave them the go ahead. After they got the brakes apart, 4 hours later they said they missed something in their inspection and there would be an additional cost of $500.00. The vehicle is apart.....I had no choice but to agree to the added cost. My vehicle was being held hostage.... Then, they called back and said they didnt have the parts. It would be the next day....Well, on and on and on.Oh yeah... the final blow. They had all four wheels off and laying on the floor. I ask if they could roll the front tires to the back and vice versa. (Tire rotation ). They said sure but would have to pay for a tire rotation....additional $$$$.I will never go back to Ritchey Cadillac again..... I would never recommend that place to anyone. If you do use their Service Department, leave a signed blank check with them and they will be happy to fill out the amount for you.

Would not recommend. Bought a vehicle online late spring, saw a few minor red flags and had my own reservations about moving forward but was assured by multiple employees here that the vehicle was fine. Once I got the vehicle and drove it around (less than 30 miles) the engine light came on and was given the old runaround. Almost all phone calls I’ve recorded devolved into them just getting louder and louder when seeking answers, like a childish screaming match. After I had time to drop it off, all they did was cover the diagnostics because the issue is “aftermarket” that was not advertised on the original sale. Now after 1,000 miles I’m stuck paying on repairs after being assured they were “trustworthy” and “will stand by the vehicle”. Buyers beware I guess.*Edit 07/22/20: It’s crazy that you’d try to discredit my review with a lie that I did not purchase from your dealership. I guess the name “Ritchey Cadillac” on the upper right of my buyers order means nothing.*Update 09/07/20: Ive reached out to Casey as suggested and it seems this matter is of little importance because I have not heard back from him for well over a month now. Ive even reached out to him last week before submitting this, so Im confident Ive been more than patient. My opinion still stands; be very careful with your purchase here.

I was very disappointed with my service. I was told my car was washed but when I got home, I realized it was not washed. My tires were rotated and now the car runs rough at about 45 miles per hour. I wont go there anymore as this isnt the first time Ive had a problem with the service.

Caleb in sales actually delivered my new used car to Orlando from there dealership. He even chased down the previous owner to get another spare key for my fj cruiser. Bought car from them over a year ago (Great experience) now here we are my mass air flow sensor is bad which isnt there fault I might add BUT I have called 3 different times transferred to an advisor I was told (No answer obviously) left 3 different voicemails and no call back no contact with me. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

We recently moved to Daytona Beach. We used to bring our Cadillac to a dealership in Maryland for service and they were excellent. If they kept your car for more than two days they would give you a courtesy car. We moved to Daytona Beach we found this Cadillac dealership and called ahead to let them know we need some service and some installation on the Cadillac. We asked to make an appointment and they said that it was not necessary to schedule an appointment. I thought it odd, but OK. Brought the car in early first thing Monday morning and they said they would call later to let said they would call later to let us knowUs know what they found. No phone calls so at 4PM we called and the man who answered in the service department said he didn’t know anything yet he would check and call us right back. No call back. This morning we called and left a message. again, no return phone call. We had to drive up there at 4:39 pm to speak to them only to find out that our car had not even been looked at yet. Two full days and nothing? They explained to us that they are short of mechanics. Nothing like that was said when we brought the car in. We asked about a courtesy car and they said they did not have any available. Dropped my husband off at enterprise to rent a car. This is a five star rated Cadillac sales and service dealership. That’s why we were comfortable coming here. Communication is key to any business. I will update my review once the work is completed. Stay tuned. I’m hoping I can change this to five stars.

Awesome! Tire on the car blew out while driving over the weekend about 7 at night. During the process of getting a tow to the dealership and a lyft home for myself, they were truly amazing to me. The tire was fixed and the car was back on the road first thing the next morning. Every person - Dispatch, tow truck driver, the staff in the morning, the customer service on the phone and even down to the security man who stayed with me until my lyft arrived and made sure they were who they said they were so i was safe that night. All good. Found a car I liked at a price I thought was fair and got the service I expected from a luxury car dealer. Car (CT6) has way too much electronics but has that head turning factor I wanted and is a very comfortable and sleek ride. Contacts in sales, service and finance all did their jobs beautifully. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Just took it on its real first road trip and found out why some of those electronics were on the car. Worked well and lessened driving fatigue. Got between 30-31 mpg on highway at mostly 70-75 which I thought was good. Brett Zucker in sales did a great job coordinating what I needed to be done by dealership.

We were driving from Massachusetts to Miami for a cruise and stopped in Daytona to visit family and as we were pulling in our trucks tie rod let go, it was 2:50 on a Saturday and service closed at 3 but they waited for us. Not only did they wait for us to get there they gave us one of the last rentals on the lot for it to sit in a garage in Miami all week. Don Webb took it one step further and made sure we had our truck waiting for us on Easter Sunday when the dealership is closed on his own personal time. So appreciative of everything they did for us !
Well when they say car dealerships are crooks I can see why. My car was taken to Ritchie Cadillac Daytona for the alternator. I could have taken it anyplace else but I choose to take it to the dealer to make certain it was done correctly. The job was completed after paying over $800 for an alternator but that isn’t the bad part. When I got my ATS back the entire lining in the trunk was still ripped out and nothing put back into place. Also none of the lights on my steering wheel were on or CUE system either. I told the service advisor my findings and he stated it was like that when they brought it into the shop, that it was already damaged. It was not like that as I used it the very day before when my car went dead. He took the car back for an hour to see if they could figure out what was wrong, said to give his tech some time to look it over. He took the car for about 45 minutes and said his tech looked over everything and couldn’t find why all the lights are out, that I would have to bring the car back as the entire dash would have to be taken out so they can find what module is bad. Also that the cost could be in the thousands to complete as just taking the dashboard out to search for the problem would run me over $1300. He told me to come back on December 17th to get a loaner car as they would need to keep my car for an extended amount of time. I was highly upset as here we a week before Christmas and I’m looking at spending thousands on something I didn’t mess up, so of I went not in the best of moods. Over the weekend I look on google and YouTube for people that have had the same problems or issues. Apparently there is such a thing called a “data lock”, in which static electricity gets trapped in the line and won’t allow power to get to certain electrical components of the vehicle. The fix was very simple “TAKE THE NEGATIVE OFF THE BATTERY FOR 60 SECONDS”. I did this as recommended with the car off and when I got back into the car to start it “bingo” it worked. So Ritchie Cadillac tried to charge me thousands to rip out my dash, find the faulty module or possibly replace the entire CUE system as the advisor said, when all it took was removing the negative battery cable for 60 seconds. If I was an elder individual with no idea how to search for this issue on the web I would have been taken for thousands, and the advisor took my car for nearly an hour and still came back with no resolve. I would never use Ritchie Cadillac or recommend them to any friends or family. I’m also an insurance agent in the Daytona area with a huge book of business that if I hear one of my clients mention Ritchie Cadillac I will surely tell them my story.
We were coming in the last hour of their business on a pouring rain day when everyone would have liked to go home early. The salesman and finance manager were prepared for us. The papers and pre-owned car that had been discussed were ready. The car was as described. They were friendly. Answered all questions patiently. A pleasant experience.

Reno was my salesperson and he was fantastic-made sure he took care of me and everything went smoothly. Shawn worked on my financing and he also did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. However, I had to visit the service department the day after I bought my car, as there was a sticky film left on one of the door handles. When I went in to the service department they were rude. The serviceman looked at the handle, scraped on it with his fingernail, and then walked away without saying a word. I had no idea what was going on . He finally came back about 10 minutes later and told me to go across the street and they would clean it up for me. The detail man went out of his way to clean the handle-took him almost 15 minutes to get the leftover film and adhesive off and he worked until it was perfect. I will be taking my car to my mechanic for service, as he knows how to treat a customer.

Joan asked if I could reschedule because your new computer system was screwed up.Paula my sales girl got involved and rescheduled me for Thursday. When I got there, the girls were waiting for me, apologized again and took care of me immediately......I was out of there in 45 minutes. I know stuff happens and sometimes your have to abort the landing and go around...….The girls were great!......I understand business well.
