They saved our vacation! Our Winnibago Spinter had issues with the throttle computer on our way back to New York. No other dealerships would take us in for immediate service, except for Mercedes of Daytona. Their service manager Gabby really made sure my family was comfortable during the wait. My kids started getting anxious so they drove us to the outlets nearby. What dealership does that?!?! Unfortunately the part needed wasnt going to be available until the next day, so Gabby put us in a brand new Mercedes SUV loaner so we wouldnt miss our hotel and sightseeing reservations in Saint Augustine. They truly cared about us beyond the service of our vehicle. They even gave my boys fresh baked cookies for the ride back home. Amazing. Were seriously considering purchasing our next Mercedes from this dealership even though we live 1000 miles away. Thank you again Gabby, and the rest of the Mercedes Daytona team.
