Wow, only nice things to say!! Some staff called out, there were only TWO people working. One was off the clock, he came over (on his time off) to communicate what happened and got us setup. We did have to wait, only because two people were working and there were cars in front of us. But wow, when we got up there they were so QUICK! They got everything taken care of quickly and they were so kind. I know it can be frustrating with only two staff members but wow, they were so friendly and quick. I love going to this Take 5, they’re always so friendly and take pride in their work.

I pulled up to a very short line and was immediately welcomed with a fresh cold water. I didn’t have to wait long to be serviced. When I got serviced I was greeted by another smiling employee that showed me the menu. They helped me out so much and are the friendliest group around. The fact that they top off your oil for free in between oil changed has made me switch from valvoline!

I went at a busy time of the day. I had a small wait. They immediately came to my car and asked me what they could do for me today and then they gave me a bottle of water. They were friendly they knew I was there they were attentive to my needs and made sure that I was kept cool. They checked everything on my car that was necessary and changed my oil oil filter air filter. Very friendly professional. Steve handled most of my business with me and he was very professional nice courteous as well as the rest of the crew. And I gave him a honk when I left

I arrived here at 4:30pm August 28th and nothing has been done yet to service my vehicle been sitting here for now 2 hours+ it is now 6:12pm I really needed an oil change or else I wouldnt have waited this long all the other ones are already closed for today their are 3 guys working here and it shouldnt take this long all 3 guys are working on 1 car at a time Ive been to take5 plenty of times with multiple of my vehicles but never this location till now Im really disappointed in the service I received 😔 never again. Please dont waste your time here they need some better employees to be honest professionalism isnt there....💯

The guys at Take 5 were awesome today! Mason & Austin were only guys I caught names of sadly but there were 2 others & they were all amazing! Sara who answered phone when I called was extremely nice as well. 5 stars easily! I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance & if things go as well as they did for our 3 vehicles we brought in then you will not be disappointed in the least!

I had my 17 year old daughter bring her car there for an oil change and air filter in a very low mile newer car. After starting the oil and waiting in the car a while was then told they ran out of the cheaper oil and all they had was premium. Ended up spending over $115. Will not return

Best customer service I have ever received from a business that deals in car maintenance. I have now had 4 oil changes at the location in Daytona Beach, and the first time i was blown away by how helpful and professional the staff was, and each visit thereafter had that great first impression met or exceeded. So refreshing to get your car serviced and drive away feeling great about it.Pulled up to a friendly greeting and a complimentary water bottle, and stayed in the comfort of my own car throughout the whole process while they serviced my vehicle. Oil change was very reasonable in price and they check tire pressure, wiper fluid, brake fluid, etc. and fill them for free, and even offer to do so for free if you come back between oil changes.Not gonna be getting an oil change anywhere else again if I dont have to.

While it was very busy on the day I went, it was a Friday, during a time I thought wouldn’t be busy as it was after lunch hours, the wait was long...however the staff has always been amazing and efficient given the amount of pressure they were under.They were short handed because there were job interviews being conducted during this time so they were down some help.Other than that, the staff was extremely nice (as always!) and made sure I had water. I just love these guys and will never go anywhere else as long as the high standard of excellence, quality & customer service always stays top notch.Couple thing I thought were very neat. They had Capri Suns available for children as a cold treat and there was a kid who went to the bathroom escorted by one of the mechanics and the mechanic came back to the customer to see if he returned yet. The Mother said now and the mechanic went to go locate him.These employees go above and beyond their job and always do more than required. I can’t say enough good about them!

They were so kind, handing out water to waiting customers. Everyone was efficient and quick. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need (they gave me the best deal). It seems like they genuinely care about their customers. Will be coming here from now on.

I traveled from CT to FL and knew it was time for an oil Change. They greeting me, with a smile and a bottle of water- (Never happens in CT!😊)After I was pulled into the bay, they proceeded to check me in, and get the grade of oil I wanted.It was shortly after, that they regretfully informed me that since I had a uncommon drain plug- they could not perform the service. Although I was disappointed- they checked & filled all of the fluids, filled my tires with air! No charge!!I was sincerely impressed. It restores my faith that there are business that do the right thing, even though it doesn’t monetarily benefit them. Nicely done gentlemen!

Extremely high priced Very convenient but when you ask for a cheaper oil change they say they’re all out and you end up spending $75-$85 for an oil change yes it’s very convenient but it’s very expensive

They are very professional and efficient. Their prices are a little higher than the competition but I think its okay considering how quickly they get you in and out. Its a nice touch that they greet you with a bottle of ice cold water. All in all I give them 5 stars.

I take my car there regularly to get my oil changed. Thought I might be leaking oil, so stopped in to have them check it. Jacob assisted me and was friendly and helpful. Checked for oil leak, topped off my fluids all for no charge. Awesome experience!

Was great to go here. Love the concept of not having to get out of my vehicle to get an oil change. The were fast, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Also found a oil leak we were not aware of. Hope to get one of these up home. Price was a bit steaper that I planned but worth every cent. Total bill was $107

This place is amazing. The service is just the best. If you are reading this, it is worth every penny over going to somewhere like Walmart. These people know what they’re doing and even offered us bottles of water for free while we were waiting. Where else do you get that kind of service? Really think about that... where else are you offered an entire bottle of water while you are waiting in line?

Told me I would have to wait two and a half hours. That doesnt sound like Take 5 to me. Thats more like take 150. Also posted that a regular oil change would be around $40 and they want to charge me $72. No thank you.

Great service always a pleasure going there for an oil change

I’ve been to this location twice. I’m a student in Daytona and live in Tampa when not in school. The service is always unbeatable. You sit in your car and have a full oil change done in 10 minutes or less every time. Very convenient. However, when the work is sloppy, the service does not matter.Following my first visit, I noticed an oil leak from my car. I took my car to my mechanic in Tampa and he found the oil drain plug had not been tightened all the way and there was no other source of a leak. Easy fix. I figured that it was just a simple mistake, so I had them do another oil change last week since I’m back in school. This time the result is worse.I had ANOTHER oil leak following my visit here. So I took my car back to my mechanic expecting another tightening of the oil drain plug, but wanted to be sure it wasn’t something else. Sure enough, the oil drain plug wasn’t tightened all the way-but not due to lack of effort. Instead, my oil pan had been bent and the oil drain plug could not be tightened all the way. Ten quarts of oil, an oil filter and a new oil pan later, my oil change has been accomplished. I don’t know how this could happen, but call it a coincidence-two visits, two oil leaks immediately after. Love the customer service, hate the sloppy work. Will not recommend and will not go back.

Get Jenny her own shop! She deserves it! I have never been here before nor have I ever used a quick oil change service before, but Jenny and her staff was incredibly nice and professional. She took the time to educate me and inform me on all my questions. This whole team is working in 90+ degree heat and in face masks, and still everyone was in good spirits. Jennys customer service is the reason for why Ill keep coming here.

I bought a newish mercedes sprinter van in orlando that a dealership had taken in on a trade and was driving it to a relatives house in jacksonville as a stop off on my way home to Virginia and the oil light came on which indicated according to google that it was overfilled. I got out and checked the dipstick and sure enough it was, they are very specific about the amount of oil and if it was filled from a giant drum they would not be able to get it right on the dot and seeing it was a diesel it could be a big problem because the extra oil could aspirate and ignite according to google again shoutout to sergey brin, so it was around 5:30 pm and its daytona bike week I m far from home but called around and take 5 to the rescue, was able to take a little oil out and not even a charge but I was able to tip them and am very grateful for the excellent customer service.

I went there after buying a truck. I waited in the garage over a bay for 48 minutes before service even began. They never checked anything except change my oil. Then they informed me I had an oil leak and I stated ok I just bought the truck. The bay manager with the redish hair states you should take it back. Tires never checked in cab filter never checked. Never had such poor service ever before.

Very professional. Manager Jenny is quite a gold nugget. She knows her job and is probably not being paid what shes worth. Her team members are great too.

Having never been to a quick oil change place like this before, I was very impressed. Alex and Josephine were the texts who changed my oil, they were very friendly and knowledgeable.They explained every detail to me along the way, and were very helpful overall.If I ever go back to another oil change place again, (because I usually just change my own oil), this particular Take five will be at the top of my list.

They are friendly and fast with oil changes, but like another reviewer stated, The most expensive oil change Ive ever gottenI had mine done on black Friday, their site and Google said they had a 50% off Black Friday special. I paid $45 plus tax for their cheapest selection, I didnt get any discount or special, despite it saying otherwise online. I regret that I didnt just go to Firestone or any other shop.

Do yourself a BIG favor and save time too! When the time comes for your next oil change, stop by at 115 South Nova rd. (just south of International Speedway Blvd.) at the Take5 shop. These employees at this store are UNBELIEVABLE!! Changing oil and filter is something a lot of folks dread doing this as it takes time and money, both are precious to us all. When you finally realize the oil is the life blood of you engine and the engine is what keeps us from having to walk, get your vehicle there ASAP. The efficiency in the way these folks works cuts your time to the minimum. They couldnt be friendlier and more helpful. My wife and I stopped here two Fridays in a row (her vehicle then mine) as we were on the way to a job and were in and out so fast we still made or appointment ON TIME both days. I have bee getting cars serviced for many years (in my 60s) and by far this is the greatest experience I have encountered ….EVER! Their prices are fair also. I will continue to be a repeat customer for a long time and I will encourage friends and family to do the same. (as a comparison my daughter gets free oil changes with her new vehicle, she spent almost 2 hours getting hers serviced. Thank You to Take5 and their great employees! Mike

Alex was very professional and very caring. Showed me the new air filter he was putting in versus the old. Jenny also showed me the oil stick so I could see the oil was clean afterwards. Christofer did the oil change quick. All around great customer service, and very quick. 5 stars all day.
