Not sure if this unit is the best. Wondering if anyone knows whether this company actually has access to every other storage companys information on availability in the state of Florida. My mom is paying four hundred a month for a unit in this facility and I can see daylight through the back wall and ceiling. They told her it was the only unit available in Volusia county except in Sanford from any storage provider.

Just wanted to say how great I have always been welcomed when I come to this location when I need merchandise. Deborah has always helped give me the best deals when I need boxes and always a great conversation when my husband and I come in. She went above and beyond when we had to ship a package and was so helpful with helping us package it up and making sure it was well protected when it got shipped. Needing to locate a storage unit quickly(same-day), Deborah was extremely prompt, helpful, and patient answering my questions re: rental details. Was able to get keys quickly, and unit, upon inspection, looked in great condition....most noted was it was clean/had been swept out prior to me taking possession. I won’t hesitate to utilize the Beville location again, if needed.

She didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I was fully aware of charges and fees before I made my payment. The property manager is extremely rude and cuts you off when talking she has a idgaf attitude, she never wants to help she only tells you what she can’t do, she blames corporate for everything, like take ownership gain control and assist me with my concerns. Definitely calling corporate I see why it’s such a high turnover at the front desk

Poor management I have been trying to receive my money from them it has been 5 months now I was trying to be nice and I have waited too long to write my opinion about this place I go there almost every week for the past five months asking for (my money) and every week they say next week and blame the main company in CA for the delay, I have never been treated in such a poor way from any place as I have with public storage,👎

Ive used Public Storage in the past for many years. This is a nice facility although they could use more carts. Lil Debbie was terrific at orientation. This facility is different from any of the others I have used, its one central building. Its clean and suits my needs perfectly. Price is fair for what you get.

Our appointment was for 10:00 am. We toured the unit, agreed to the rental terms, had the contract written up, and by 10:45 am we were back in our car headed out. This Public Storage is conveniently located for our needs. The office, property, and storage building are very clean and well-lit, and, we feel, very secure. Mary gave us the tour and wrote up the contract, but the other employee, Debra, was also very friendly and helpful.

I was at this property yesterday and needed to ship something. I explained what I was shipping and Anne and Debbie were both very helpful and knowledgeable! They are box pros! They took me to exactly what I needed and made sure I had everything I needed and got me on my way! I appreciate their time and patience with me as it was right before closing.

They tell you everything upfront. Even if you sign up online they let you see the unit you selected in case you need to upgrade or downgrade on the spot so theres no aggressive salesmen tactics. They break down everything you are paying for so you know where each amount is coming from. Overall a super helpful and friendly staff that is really trying to help you out for your needs. Love the video surveillance of the facility too. Definitely a plus!

I am wheel chair bound and just got a power chair. I had not been to my Public Storage unit since renting it months before. As a test of my ability to run the chair, a rehab tech accompanied me to my unit. Not familiar with exactly where the unit was inside the complex we stopped at the office and were greeted courteously by Debbie (an outgoing and personable addition for your Daytona Beach facility).I asked if there was a map showing how to get to the units and she said there was none but she brought out a hand-drawn map that a previous manager had drawn and with exacting directions showed us where to turn from the office and how many doors to go down and on which side the unit was on.The directions were easy to follow but when we got to the unit, while the key fit in the lock and turned it would not open the unit. My companion went back to the office and immediately Debbie was at our side showing us how to get into the unit.The lock would back out and the door opened under her skillful hands, but then would not go back into the slot. We all tried without luck. To solve the problem Debbie proposed installing a little piece of metal that allowed the slide to open and the door to rise but required a padlock (which I said I had).Debbie then took us back over to the office, showed us the contraption, told us what days she was on duty and that she would make a notation on my file of what had transpired and the fix for it.We couldnt have been more satisfied with her pleasing personality and willingness to go out of her way to help us. Your facility is immaculately maintained and near to my nursing home which is now an easy trip with the power chair. And if your other personnel are as courteous and friendly as Debbie, I rate you highly on my list of excellent places.I am so happy that I chose Public and discovered your gem of an associate who was so helpful and professional. I will certainly mention this to others in our 138 resident facility, many of whom have extra storage as well as power chairs.Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I just make moved in today and had the pleasure of working with Anne and Tracey. They were super nice and helpful. Anne gave me a tour of the facility, and even gave me some tips on how to remember my gate code and how to NOT lose my lock key! There are so many storage options available and I couldn’t be more glad that I chose this location. Thanks ladies for the excellent service!

I rented a unit this morning. Rachel was so knowledgeable. She even sold me merchandise I never what have thought to bu to protect my belongings. Even though I came in the office before it opened. Rachel greeted me with a smile and seemed vwry eager to help get a storage space for my belongings. Could not have asked for greater customer service.

A district manager for Public Storage called and asked me why I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 so I figured I should elaborate. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because there isnt 24 hour access to my storage unit. Other than that this is a great facility with very friendly staff.

Hands down the best place to store things at! I have used them 4 years now for my storage for my college items. The staff is helpful and are willing to help whenever asked. The climate controlled building is very secure and i have no problems moving in or out of the units! The only thing i wish was different is if they gave a discount to members or people that have used their facility more than once.

I did an online reservation and it was a wonderful experience and took very little time, the girls in the office, Kkaala and Nicole were very helpful!!! Ive been using this company for years it is a very good company to deal with for keeping your personal items stored.

Im only giving four stars because of the ridiculous price jump while we had our stuff there. It jumped $60. Other than that the staff was always helpful, it was a very secure place, and nice and clean. It had a pleasant neutral smell in the storage facility itself.

What a great experience! Relocated here and building house and needed a certain size storage unit which thought was impossible, but Travis the manager was nothing short of phenomenal! I was helping my dad clean out his unit and a young lady named Malika was so nice and very friendly. I may be back to this location just to rent a storage for myself in the future.

Travis gave me amazing service, I went in just to check prices, he asked me what I was storing and showed me 2 different units to see which one would fit my needs, he was very polite and welcoming he greeted me as I walked in the door and thanked me as I was leaving. Id recommend him to anyone that needs to store. This storage facility was the cleanest I have ever seen, so organized. A 5 star experience.

Update: after have used them to move and having the few issues that I did the district manager called me to address my concerns and was very nice and offered to correct anything that he could. The issues that I did have were taken care of and addressed.

I came in to rent a sorage Rachel went through the rental process with me. At the end she took me to the gate to make sure my code worked. She even convinced me to buy a damp check she was very knowledgeable and Professional.

I never had to put anything in storage before in my life, until the loss of my husband last year November and I had to move. I decided to get a strorage until I found a place for me and my kids, so I went to this public storage. Upon arrival I saw how clean and well kept everything was, outside around the property, as you walk down the halls of the building it has always been swept and kept clean. Morgan, his manager, (Jim) and another co-worker was so pleasant, professional and humble. I recently forgot my gate code and when I went in to retrieve it, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel at home and relaxed by these gentleman. We laughed and had good conversation, I would recommend this location among all the rest to everyone I know

Spent 2 years renting a 30x10 external storage unit, had bugs, mice damage when we moved out, so beware, costed $289/mo and went up annually.Apparently not a quality storage location currently, maybe just needs pest control services more often.
