I wouldnt go any other storage facility. because its the cleanest facility I have ever seen. Where others facility dont even pick up around there facility, not to mention inside the storage unit. The hours work out great for me. The people who run the facility greet you like their family and are very easy to talk to. The whole process of moving in and out was great. I would recommend this facility to my friends any time.

The customer service is awesome the prices are right no better place to storage your stuff.

Its this 1 lady that works there, this #itch is rude a/f. Its sad because its 2 with the same name, 1 is a wonderful person, and then theres her.

I’ve used U-Store for a couple of moves in and out of Daytona. The location is convenient and the units are solid. The prices are excellent. I’ve rented both large and smaller sized units. I have not noticed any bug issues on the property either. Kathleen is awesome!

Great place to store your things. Management is wonderfull, they literally remember your name even though they dont have to care. Honestly I believe the owners are the management but I never have asked and Im trying not to assume here. Anyhow they have so many units of all sizes for different prices and Ive had my unit for over 2 years and still no one has been able to beat their price for the size of my unit, that included lock, insurance, lightning, you can get a/c I believe however I dont have it. Also once or twice every year they let the owners of the units habe almost a garage sale inside of the walls, so it can be useful and help you sell your unwanted things at that time, they get a food truck, a bouncy castle for the kids etc, so honestly Im very happy I have my unit here. Theyve been very fair, kind, helpful and generally great people.

I have been a customer for 10 years on and off. I live in Palm Coast, and choose to travel to Daytona UStore, because of the excellent customer service I receive. The units and property is spotless. I highly recommend this storage company. I would also like to thank Kathleen and Gary for always taking great care of me over the years.

It was a pleasure to work with Kathleen. She was informative and helpful and got our storage unit set up the same day as I made my inquiry. Absolutely wonderful customer service!

The staff were very friendly, the unit was clean and our stuff fit perfectly. The property had good security methods in place via cameras and such. The only negative thing is that when moving our stuff out some of our things smelled like dog and we dont have a dog, so that made us wonder a bit. (The property keepers have a dog)

Try to contact them with their web page TWICE... after 6 days still no answer!! Whats the point of a (Contact US) if you dont answer them. Like a bathroom cleanliness in a restaurant, this tells me a lot about how they treat their customer.

My Unit was Safe, Secure, Dry, and available when needed for 4 years. Good Service, and very affordable. Thanks U-Store.

Being an out-of-towner, these folks went out of their way to help. It was a need for only a few nights, and they pro rated it for me. Very friendly individuals, who set my mind at ease, storing a very precious cargo.When Im in Daytona, Ill look you up.

Bad idea, if youre going to keep your things there for only 2 or 3 months ok, but otherwise forget about it have a garage sale. I kept my things there for almost a year and I could have bought everything brand new for what I had to pay in rent, insurance and late fees absolutely clobbered me. If you cant afford the rent easily it ends up being like a pawn shop they take your stuff.

We had our belongings in storage for over a year and a half, very happy with the management, never had any problems
