After a long day of calling every storage facility in town. I came across Cube Smart Self Storage. Moments after making an online reservation I received a phone call. The guy I was speaking with answered all my questions and was very polite. Once I arrived to facility, I was greeted with smiles and a few jokes. The owner is always on site and made me feel safe to store my stuff there. Was very honest, inexpensive and didnt hurt my wallet any. Was quick and painless when it came to the paperwork. Knowing my items are safe and secure with good people watching over it is a sense of relief. After all the places I looked at Cube Safe Self Storage is the place for me. Before you go anywhere else give these guys a call. You will not regret it. I would give a 10 star rating if allowed. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome and knowing my items are safe.

I was received fairly satisfactory service in that the pricing was not clear on the web site which didnt include or give proper notice of additional fees attached to the monthly rate which should be explained beforehand in the web site.

Reasonable price and had just the size unit I needed. Very good experience glad we found them.

Since Cube Smart took over, I did not get broke into NOT ONCE!! Multiple times previous, and by the previous manager and assistant manager that lived on sight.

I did not like the service, the high price it was overall a very horrible experience. I would NEVER EVER use their services again. Each month that I was there they added a late fee when I tried repeatedly to pay my bill. They would wait until the day after the 5 days grace period and then call me regarding my account. I travel for work & they arent in Mexico so I would have to pay that extra $20. I am done with this company they are shady😠😠🤬 this small space $70 a month ridiculous.

My unit was broken into twice. The lock was replaced by someone twice and the storage facility had no idea who was in the unit or who had broken into the unit. I’ve yet to know if things are missing. I do not recommend keeping your things at this facility

It Was A Very Easy,Very Fast Process,All Buisness No Extra questions.If You Need A Unit For A Short Period Like 2-3 Months They Have A First Month Free Deal Where All You Pay Is Your Insurance $12 And Your Move In Fee,Now If You Choose First Month Free They Do Charge A Little More On Your Month To Month But It Averages Out In Your Favor If Your Gonna Be There No Longer Than 4 Months,For Long Term I Would Not Suggest You Do First Month Free.The Staff Is Not Nosy Or All In Your Buisness Maybe Not The Friendliest But Neither Am I So I Think They Will Treat You According To The Attitude Your Putting Out Which Is Great In My Book.

I chose this location to store my stuff after moving because they had a great price, 35% off. Then came the part they never tell you about. It is a ploy to lure you in. You have to pay a 1 time fee of $24 and monthly insurance for your stuff, lowest rate $12. Then I got there and the one I reserved only 20 mins earlier wasnt available, it had a lock on it. I agreed to another unit they had. After loading it up and buying a lock at Home Depot to lock it for $7.00, I found out this had a special clasp that needed a special lock that they sold for another $20. They said it is a maximum security lock that cant be cut. If I have a maximum security lock, why do I need insurance. Not to mention the smell of urine outside the unit and the smell of someone smoking weed from another.... What a Rip-off.

I am undecided if I want to recommend this storage. They need to paint and landscaping, and lower their prices. The staff were very pleasant and professional

Surprised about a sum things... A couple good but a couple not so....+Really nice that there are lights and light switches in in the storage unit+Also really nice that the are electric outlets in the storage unit-Not so nice that the doors are Super flimsy plywood and the Verrry Low Security latches barely fit a standard storage unit round lock. It took me at least 10 minutes and a lot of straining & bending to force the lock back on today.-If you have a trailer but dont know how to back it up ur in trouble cuz there is nowhere 2 turn around or go around. (thankful for my husband!!😘)

Good place if you need something in a hurry...have had problems with a general manager that comes time to time..Dominic is as nice as ever..the problem is there are people living in the units and the smell urine is terrible!..we witnessed people climbing the fence back by a broke down camper thats taking up space for the people that need to get to inits...the people climbing the fence are living in the units and they seem not to know this..the only reason I rented this place is because of the price being the lowest in town..if I could find another unit that was cheaper I would leave...I know the problems were not all their fault but treat all people with respect and treat everyone the same...get the low lifespan out of living in the units and peeing everwhere

Easy drive up gate access and well monitored. Great experience to date and would recommend their services to family and friends!

I have been a customer of cube smart for almost a year come July.My son and daughter-in-law are in the process of transition,So I got this storage unit for their belongings however 2 weeks ago Dominic the general manager and I noticed the unit I rent had a roof leak due to a rain storm, I am very blessed that Dominic Alascio the general manager of N Nova in Daytona helped me by offering me another unit next to mine. Which he inspected. I moved the belongings with no problems. Thanks

I stored my belongings at this location for 5 yrs and never had a problem when this place was Mr. Gs. After he sold it to CubeSmart, things really went downhill. This CubeSmart location is horrible. They leave the gate open at times during the day, allowing homeless people and other non tenants to roam around the storage area. There is a man living in one of the storage units. I was approached by a strange man wandering around the storage area and he approached other tenants as well. My storage unit was broken into. Their surveillance cameras do not record onsite. They record at their corporate office. This place is not safe and if you value your belongings you will not store them at this location. I moved all of my belongings out of this place.

This was our first year of college for my daughter and I had the absolute best time in Daytona upon losing my wife. The two managers were so amazing. The woman could be a comedian she genuinely brought laughter back to my life. My daughter will be back for years to come, I may find something I need to store just to see those two wonderful faces. Thank you Bob and Dawn for the care you give behind the hard work you do. I wish there were 10 stars because 5 seems to small

I was really caught off guard today when I heard the young lady had quit. She seemed to be the ONLY person who cared enough about the facility to make positive changes and to hear she JUST became property manager yet seemed to be the most knowledgeable person I have met there. I had numerous issues with the last guy and she was able to assist me and have had no problems since dealing ONLY with her. Either way I am terribly disappointed to see someone who wore her job on her sleeve to go. I genuinely hope someone of her mold will come in and continue to make this a better place. She got rid of most the drifters and man was I happy. She did it graciously and I hope she went on to better opportunities. Thanks Mike and let her know we all will miss her!

They are friendly, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and work hard to ensure youre satisfied with your storage needs. The grounds are kept very well, and any issues are addressed are handled immediately. The units are priced very competitively, which has allowed me to rent there for many years.The spaces are of various sizes to accommodate your needs.Having an onsight Manager, has given me an extra sense of security, even though Ive never experienced any problems. I appreciate the care the management takes with the facility, ensuring their clients have the best service possible. In my opinion, you feel like family is taking care of your belongings. Cube Smart Storage raised the price to my unit without informing me, by text, email or a simple phone call. I will be removing my belongings as soon as possible.

Have been quite pleased in our experience with Mr. Gs Storage, Mr. Cliff was professional, kind and made sure our unit was top-notch before we stored anything inside. The only disappointment we had was when we inquired about the first month discount that U-Haul stated we were going to receive when we turned our truck in @ Mr. Gs (we rented it out-of-state). He informed us that they dont participate in that program. The price for the unit seemed reasonable, however, so it wasnt too big of an issue. Have been happy with the condition inside our unit, no insects/spiders/water damage. Access has been ideal, I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends!

When I first needed to find a storage unit they were very helpful. However, the unit provided to me was not what I expected. The doors were old and broken and it smelled like mold/mildew. I have been waiting for the manager to call me and issue a refund, but no one has. Very unprofessional.

I feel like this is a shady business. I think that employees are trained to manipulate the rules to seize peoples belongings. My wife was assaulted by an employee and needless to say as far as I know the man still works there.

Just recently moved in and everything is going well. The staff is awesome and theyre doing a great job of keeping the grounds and units cleaned and also no pest. I hope it stays that way.

We have done business with Mr Gs a few times over the years. Our most recent experience was the longest time. We decided to put our belongings in storage prior to moving to Colorado Springs in November 2016. Considering the fact that the area that Mr Gs is located in is known to flood due to heavy rain or hurricanes (survived 3 storms) we were very fortunate to have no damage to our stuff. We just emptied our unit out last month. The prices for their units are VERY inexpensive compared to most everyone else in town. I recommend that you go ahead and pay a little extra for the insurance just for your peace of mind.

It will do in a pinch, but really its not for anything of real value. If your on a limited income this is a great place, but you get what you pay for. There are holes in the units walls and gaps in the drywall partitions to the point that I can grab my neighbors belongings. What I am saying is the smaller units arent private or very secure behind an 1/8th in. thick piece of plywood. They do have larger units, l like the ones with garage doors & a few have regular doors, and they lock up nicely. The secretary, Donna, is wonderful, however, Cliff the Manager and Chuck the maintenance man have been extremely rude on several occasions. I dont feel like a valued customer at all. When I have shared a complaint about negative actions toward me by other tenants, damages, etc.I have been made to feel like I was to blame, almost like Im not wanted there as a customer. I have had my unit locked 4 times wrongfully, once leaving stranded in a broke down car in 35 degree weather due to the title being locked in the unit. It was also Thanksgiving, so I not only was locked out of my unit stranded in a broke down car but I missed my family as well who live a long distance away. Simple review, IF YOU CAN AFFORD THE EXTRA MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH ALL THE HEADACHES.

If i could give the place 0 stars i would. I had a free month reservation because i rented a uhaul truck. Showed up at 2pm and there was only 2 people ahead of me. I patiently waited for a little over an hour as the receptionist struggled to rent out a uhaul truck. When she finally attended to me i had to fill out a form. She could have asked me to do that while i was waiting. There was a problem with the unit that was originally reserved for me so i had to change to one that cost more money. I agreed with no problem as i was in a rush. Then she realized what size uhaul i had and told me it would not be able to make the turns needed to get to the unit because it was so big. So i wasted 2 hours of my time and had to pay extra on my uhaul and pay for another storage place. A lot of u expecter expenses as of tho moving isnt already expensive enough.

Mr Gs offers great low prices and a huge variety of storage sizes to choose from. They have USPS delivery mailboxes and storage up to 20x40. If you need storage they are the ones to do it with here in Daytona Beach.

They are never available when needed. If they put a lock on your unit for being late they forget to remove it when you pay your bill!! I mean two months later they still haven’t!

I needed a place for my things to sit while in transition to another state after graduation so I used Mr. Gs for 3 months, worst decision ever! Donna is one of the rudest people I have ever come across, not only did she yell and hang up on me several times, but charged my storage account to collections months after I closed my account with Mr. Gs. She failed to give me receipts after my transactions, then would claim the money had not been paid. I only happened to find out I was still being charged thru a collection call. Mice and roaches were all in my things; I cried as I threw out almost 75 percent of the things I had worked for and collected throughout college. Cliff was a sweetheart, and prevented me taking things much further than I could have. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Needs some work, not happy to find my things infested with roachs. They should better seal each unit.
