Mercedes Daytona has an excellent crew that does not let one down. My vehicle is a 1999 E-300 Turbo-diesel (~285K or so?) and I come in and leave without worry. The service and treatment is excellent at that location, they even have an experienced mechanic who knows classic Mercedes Benz cars very well. I would like to thank Joe Drews (my Service Advisor) for keeping me on the road and safe. And even more, leaving and knowing my car is well taken care of. Thanks again Joe, the experienced mechanic and Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach!!!
They have earned my respect simply because, they were able to make right the issues I had in my third purchase of a vehicle at this dealership. The finance manager was very informative and sought to restore my confidence in his dealership. I truly appreciate that and I would recommend this to dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
My name is Zhuo, I have been a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer from 2019. I really want to complaint a staff that related to my today’s experience. His name is GEOFF MARTIN, pre-owned sales manager at Mercedes-Benz Daytona Beach. He is extreme rude to me. I purchased a used G63 at Daytona beach in August 2021, with trading two cars. One of cars is Toyota Supra. When I trade the car, I told two sales (they both nice) that I will ship the factory wheel to your store address, and please leave the modified wheels (value $4,000) to me and I will pick up. They agree and they said they will. But after I sent them the factory wheels, (I need to fly to Boston from Orlando to ship these 4 factory wheels), they sold the Supra without telling me that they didn’t leave my modified wheels. And today, I went to the Daytona beach store again, because I sold my G63 to them. And I asked about my modified wheels, my sales helped me to talked their manager and my sales tried to help me.Then, Geoff Martin showed up, without introducing who he is and spoke with me with a extreme rude attitude. No any apology but only questioning. And he also threat me that I should go others dealer to sell my G63. Besides, he shouted me that he should get two set wheels for Supra (like I owe him one set). I was shocked by his attitude, I’ve bought a lot of luxury cars and dealing with many dealer, even When I purchased my GT in the Mercedes-Benz Boston store, their manager was very nice and polite, no one like him. You should more polite and more good attitude if you in this high level position. He should learn how to communicate with their customers. I don’t think he is qualify to be a “manager”. If Geoff don’t know how to communicate in a good way, do not show up with customer. BE A GENTLEMANIf this guy never showed up today, I really like to give more stars, but he ruined everything, It’s such an horrible experience today.Best regardsZhuo
Mike was my service manager and did a great job assisting me. He even let me into the mechanic bay to show me what was wrong. When he saw someone slaking off on the job he would call it out. He would make sure everyone was doing their job. He needs a raise!
With Mercedes you expect excellent service and Mercedes of Daytona Beach surpassed my expectations. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready for pickup within 2 hours. Not only was the work done completely, they took the time to educate me about some features of the car I wasn’t aware of.Today there are so many businesses that underwhelm with their lack of service and professionalism, but Mercedes of Daytona Beach isn’t one of them. I highly recommend hem.
Very pleasant buying experience! John Jenkins was knowledgeable and consultative in sales approach. Finance manager shared all the mandatory options (extended warranty, protection plans, etc.) but was gracious when we declined. Ray came over to house and set up the garage door opener & offered his assistance if I had further questions. No complaints & look forward to working with the dealership going forward.
Great service and good people to work with. I am waiting patiently fir my other FOB though. Didn’t know they only had one for the car until I had one foot out the door. Other than that great experience.
Buying our car here was an amazing experience. David is a fantastic, patient and knowledgeable sales representative for Mercedes Benz of Daytime Beach. Thank you for working with us. We will be back and let everyone know about our experience.
First time I visit Mercedes of Daytona. Very positive experience. All work done professionally and complete. Will definitely be going back
I always have a great experience there. I wouldn’t let anyone else service my car. Everyone is pleasant and customer service is great.
Had a great experience and our sales professional Stephen was fantastic. Put my wife in a low mileage E350 Cabriolet and we love it. Car was immaculate. Will definitely make this our go to Mercedes dealership for service, too.
Stephen went out of his way to make my dream car mine! Jim worked his magic and in less than 2 hours I drove off the lot in my dream car! Stephen made sure my widows were tinted, explained everything in the car to me and how they worked and made sure I left the dealership with a smile on my face. Thank you! If you want a Mercedes please ask for Stephen! The best!
Wonderful experience, dealing with David Joseph! He is very thorough and explains things very well. Very knowledgeable about the Mercedes products. Very patient in showing me, how to operate special features on my vehicle.Stands behind his word and very efficient in rectifying issues of concern. It’s important that I feel comfortable and pleased with the services, provided.David treats me with respect and addresses my concerns, truthfully.I’m enjoy my experience with my E-350!Thank you, David Joseph and the team at Mercedes-Benz Daytona!
David Joseph (DJ) was great! Friendly, helpful. Pleasure to deal with
Basic service done. No walk through after service completed to ensure it was done right with me the customer. I was interested in new tires. No one addressed this.
Most helpful in a time of necessity. Thank you
I brought my car in for a recall and extended warranty work. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to check everything they recommended before doing the work. They also towed my car to another facility under their recommendation, free of charge. Everyone was informative and really professional. Cheers guys!
Really a terrible experience I had today. Inexperienced workers and staff!!After doing my wheel alignment my car was still being pulled sideways, and when I informed them, they now tell me that I have suspension problem. In fact, they should have not done a wheel alignment in the first place if there was a suspension problem! Now I have wasted a ton of money on a worthless service! Rally unprofessional staff!!Totally disappointed with the service!!
After completion of a Mercedes recall, I was advised it would be a few minutes, while they washed the vehicle. Unfortunately after finding my vehicle, it was not washed as promised.
I had a great experience with the whole team at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach. Big shout out to David and Gerald for all of their assistance! I love my vehicle and couldnt be happier with my purchase! Thank you for all of your help:-)
The BEST Mercedes service department I have experienced in my 10 years as a Mercedes owner, having lived in multiple cities and states. Absolutely top notch!
The entire experience was amazing, from start to finish Gerald worked with me and my husband and was very understanding about how we wanted to do things we wanted to be approved first before we even got to the dealership and they honored that request. Once we got to the dealership we met Stephen and he was also Amazing and knowledgeable. I am so happy to be apart of the Mercedes Benz family. They really take care of you.
Excellent experience buying online from the dealer. Mo was outstanding in every way. Would definitely do business with them again.
Joe Drewes and Service Technician “Mike” have maintained my classic convertible for many years, keeping it in “straight off the assembly line” performance condition. They are thorough and have only provided excellent care at each maintenance period and for replacement of wearable items. This annual service included a minor faulty sensor that was replaced timely and affordably during the annual maintenance service. It is very reassuring to have complete faith and confidence in the service department that maintains my MB vehicles and Joe and Mike earn that loyalty every visit. Thank you gentlemen!
Mercedes Daytona is top notch. Joe Drewes and Shannon Tse made my experience the best, even though I was without my car for two weeks. Excellent communication all around. My only issue is was with the suggestion from an unknown member of the service department to “drag” my non responsive A Class onto the tow truck, since they couldn’t get it into neutral, which would have damaged the car. With newer models having an electric shifter, guidance should be better on how to transport the car via dollies to avoid damage.
Typical Mercedes dealership. Working hard to be notable. Must add it is the best Mercedes Sprinter service compared to 4 others weve used in our travels. They are smaller than alot.
Great dealer for my Mercedes maintenance. Everyone working there was very polite and friendly. Fast service while I waited. Highly recommend this dealership. Ron B.
Absolutely great people! The best service anywhere.
Sales Rep DJ of Daytona was exceptionally great during the car buying process. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I can’t wait to do future business with the company! If you’re searching for a great company with the best luxury vehicles, look no further, and find DJ!
Jay Jamieson my sales consultant, was very thorough in asking what I was looking for, showing me all the features of the ore owned E350 and accompanying me on an extensive test drive. With his help I was sure that was the car for me. Excellent treatment throughout the process. The team earned 10 stars but I can only give 5 max on this site.
The dealerships website indicates that they have highly qualified specialists and perform very high quality service work. My experience suggests otherwise. On my GLS 450, which is only 3 months old and has run only 3.5 thousand miles, the right front window stopped opening. The next day they called me and said that the car was not ready yet and that the cost would be ready. On 7/16/2020 they zoned me, said that the car was ready and I arrived at about 11:30. After checking that the window opens, I left the service. As soon as I drove out, a message appeared on the control panel stating that the backup battery was not working. I immediately returned to the service. They took the car again and asked me to wait while they replaced the battery. At 3:30, I asked how long it would take for them to replace the battery. I was told that two more hours were needed. At 5:00, after I lost a full day, I was informed that they did not make it until the end of the working day and again offered to rent the car, expressing complete indifference and indifference. After that, I went to my car and saw that the front part of the cabin was completely disassembled and the details were very carelessly scattered throughout the cabin. I was terrified of such work! When I arrived the next day and took the car, I saw that there were deep scratches and dents on the front sills. I was again shocked by this work and reported this to the service advisor. I got such a sad experience from this service! Try to find other specialists.
Daytona Mercedes is a always great . Mo is always helpful and guides you like family. And Mike any time I need service is always there for me. Great experience !!
Stephen was a delight to work with on the purchase of my Mercedes AMG GT. He didn’t waste my time, was very thorough and efficient in handling the sale and even delivered the car to my residence. I’d buy from this dealership again and highly recommend them.
We have confidence in Metry Shallop to take excellent care for us consistently for several years. The car wash area does fall short of attention to detail. It is the second time I needed to send it back to the wash and vacuum area to attend to details that were not performed. Granted I do have high expectations but that should be expected with Mercedes. They do take care of it immediately but it is a further delay. Do it right the first time.
Always a great experience with the service department here. They take exceptional care of my AMG Mercedes
We were able to get a next day appointment, the customer service agent was very helpful. In & out in about 2 hours with our concern addresses. We look forward to going back for future service.
Very knowledgeable salesman who was direct and honest. Helped me as a first time car buyer to get what I need and get through the car buying process easily.
I had the opportunity to work with Megen at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona. She was awesome! I bought a pre-owned F150 from her. I had some concern as the dealership did not have the code to the keypad on the door, however she bent over backwards and made a few calls to make sure I go the code for the door. She was great! I highly recommend requesting her for any of your future car purchases!
We are from out of town and were driving through daytona on the way to the keys 🔑 . Our M class started throwing codes, and mike in the service department took great care of us. Didnt try and sell us up or take advantage. Great experience, clear answers and great peace of mind. Thanks MB of DB!And they washed our vehicle for free
Can’t say enough good things about Geoff Martin and TL Kays. Very professional, quick on getting a deal done without the dog and pony show. It’s why I keep going back. Highly recommend them for your quality car needs.
Ive the best service advisor! Mike Iafanti!Always provides great service. Kind and caring!
Slow, inaccurate service. Communications is poor and inaccurate. Upsales are a pushed and often unnecessary. Service manager eventually made things right but service writer (Nick) failed at customer service. Likely will not visit again.
They talk the talk, but dont walk the walk.Bought a used 2015 BMW X6M. Everything was done over the internet/phone, I live ~1200 miles away from the dealership. I figured its a reputable Mercedes dealership, not a Bobs Cars & Tackle type of place. Sales guy (DJ/David) was great to talk to (we communicated many times before/during/after work) and seemed very sincere/trusworthy. Lot of verbal promises were made about the great condition of the car and the fact that the car came with 1 month/1000 mile powertrain warranty. If there was a problem I had to show them a shops invoice and they would take care of it.Car finally arrived at my house (in a one car enclosed transport). Its a beautiful car, interior and exterior. Unfortunately the honeymoon ended a few minutes later. Both batteries were drained, constant error messages on the dash. Both rear air shocks were bad, would not hold air for long, sometimes both inflated after starting the car, sometimes only one did, sometimes neither. Mechanic showed me they were very worn and leaking air badly. Additionally he showed me that one of the oil pan seals was leaking, the pan was covered in dirt and oil. 2 days after car arrived the head unit (that controls all in car audio/navigation/etc) just up and died. I presume due to the bad batteries which I did not have a chance to replace in time (I recharged them until the mechanic could find the two in town). They (eventually) covered the two batteries, which I appreciated, but didnt care about any of the other problems, especially the one thing that shouldve been applicable to the powertrain warranty they claimed I had; the leaking oil pan seal. Basically ignored every request I made to have that fixed. Also they changed their tune about the 1month/1000 mile warranty to all of a sudden only be applicable if I took the car into their dealership shop (1200 miles away). Now to top it off, apparently the cars valve seals are leaking oil. I have to add a quart of oil every 800 or so miles. Theres apparently some smoke coming out of the exhaust (on acceleration, once the engine is fully warmed up), not anything visible in the rear view, but visible to someone standing behind and looking. Not sure at this point whether David just outright lied to me, or whether their mechanics just kicked the tires a bit and called it in great condition and lied to David/management, or if the management was the typical corner lot used car sales type of crew that simply didnt care and just wanted to move inventory and collect their bonus.I replaced the batteries, the air shocks, even the head unit (by myself), but the oil pan seal and valve seals are big ticket items that will take serious money and time...Bottom line: Dont buy any car from them over the internet and dont trust andything coming out of their mouths. If you buy from them locally, take it to a reputable independent mechanic to tell you the truth about the car before you hand over a single dollar, otherwise theyll just leave you out to dry.
Bought a truck a week ago from this dealership. I was working with Donnie and he was amazing. Not pushy, funny as could be, save extremely helpful. The staff was great too! Will definitely come back when its time to get another vehicle as they can get us what we are looking for.
Hardly ever leave bad reviews, but after my experience today I thought it was necessary. I am in the market to buy a S63amg coupe. I sat down with a sales rep will try to locate his name and update after he quoted me a price that was 25k over what the vehicle was worth, i explained to him very logically why it was over priced by referencing to similar vehicles with less miles that have recently sold for a considerable amount less than what they were asking. After the sales rep was not able to justify the over priced vehicle, he agreed to speak to his sales manager and see if we could reach a more realistic number. We were supposed to get back together within the next 5 minutes. He never came back. Matter of fact, i seen him get into a Mercedes and drive right past me in the parking lot. I could only assume he quit due to the over priced vehicles this location is trying to get him to sell. I would expect to be treated with a little more class and respect considering the fact that i was trying to buy a 100k automobile, but regardless of the price no one should be treated like that. This location definitely lacks professionalism.
Great job solving a difficult issue. Metry my service advisor stayed focused and delivered a solution in quick timing. He kept me informed along the way.
Too make a long story short, I bought this 2018 cla250, in March. Its the worst experiences I have ever been thru for a newer car! Sale rep TJ too busy to bother, & the service mgr. Dan is nice, but this car has had more strange odors that one could imagine! GAS being the last one, over 4th. SCARRY, but they looked & nothing. Well, I can only say, worst buy I ever made all the way around!!! EVER!
Excellent service and easy process! Located the exact Mercedes I wanted and the delivery process was fast and flawless! Highly recommend this Mercedes dealer!!
Excellent service. 4 recalls on my sprinter rv. Service update so I am set to head North to Maine. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Learned a couple things I didnt know about my rv. Done way ahead of time as they knew I was renting a vehicle so pushed to get her done. Thank you so much!!
So I made an appointment over a week ago for service and also reserved a courtesy car. Well, showed up an hour and a half from home, and was told that someone made reservations yesterday....smh....that doesn’t make sense does it? So I called another Mercedes dealership and found out that is not the process.....FYI...3 courtesy cars were sitting in their service area. When I called back after seeing the vehicles I was told that people made reservations for them yesterday. Yes, I made an appointment over a week ago. I will keep my $2,500 and take my money elsewhere.
We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler with near a $40,000 price tag from this dealership. I wish I could give this place a better review, but not including the salesman David, it’s been horrible. We are from GA so we flew in to pick out Jeep up. Waiting around for our permanent tags a week before the temps expire, we get a call that we have to get an emissions done first. Took are of it the same day and were told they would overnight us another temp tag. I received the temp tag with the EXACT same expiration date. Called and emailed them immediately and was told another would be sent overnight. Guess what? No tag and the receptionist advised that she sent it but it’s fedex fault. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I’m so sick of dam excuses from them. The finance guy mixed up the dates on the new temp tag but sure got our bank info right for the down payment. Horrible and inexcusable
Nice employees work hard to help you but way too expensive just for armrest they wanted $800
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Daytona was very pleasant. The salesman DJ was an all around gentleman. I recommend anyone looking for a car to go to them without any hesitation. Thank you for your service.
We told Don what we wanted - he stayed on top of it to insure we got exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process Don was attentive, responsive, and a great asset in the process.Id definitely buy cars from here again - A+
Love Mercedes of Daytona, the service is top notch and just the best they even took me to the outlet to do some shopping while I waited.
Best auto purchase experience ever. Thanks MO!Francis Regis
Wonderful experience here! Very knowledgeable staff walked me through each point of the service so I never felt I was out of the loop. Very good pricing and never made me feel as if I was paying for something I did not need ! I will be back !
David Joseph did a amazing job. So happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.
Purchased a used, non Mercedes from the dealership. Everything went very well and our sales person Megan Boswell made the sale painless. The car was ready upon arrival for a test drive and it was spotless. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, over the Memorial Day holiday I lost my keys on Ormond Beach and had to have my truck towed to Mercedes Benz of Daytona. Upon making it back home to McDonough, GA, I called Mercedes of Daytona asking, if I could have the required documents faxed from Mercedes of Buckhead as well as payment completed. According to Mercedes of Daytona as well as Mercedes of Buckhead, I would have to present in person with required documents and vehicle. I returned to Mercedes of Daytona (Wednesday June 8th) with required documents in hand and payment. After completing the transaction I asked the skinny white frail guy with glasses: If your policy states, I have to present required documents to be compared to the car VIN number, why havent you went outside to verify this information with the actual VIN number on the vehicle? Needless to say he didnt know the vehicle was on the premises and had been since Sunday prior. Fast forward, the key was supposed to be there on Saturday, however they couldnt guarantee it would be in on Saturday. Therefore because I had gone back home to Georgia, they would call me early Saturday morning (if the key had come in) in order I could pick up the key. They didnt happen!! After not hearing from Mercedes of Daytona on Saturday, I drove down to check on the status of the key (since it would have been the 3rd business day) Upon arriving at the dealership (parts department) I inquire about the key and the young lady, Shannon gets the same frail white guy who comes out and than retrieve the key. After handing me the key, I asked how long has the key been ready? He informs me the key had been ready since Saturday, however he doesnt know why I wasnt called because he had been off. I than asked, Youre standing here now, the key has been ready since Saturday, todays Monday and I still hadnt received a phone call letting me know the keys ready. Had I not come in inquiring about the key, when would you have called to let me know the key was ready (especially with me living in Georgia)? I went out to my truck to ensure the key worked (it did) than called back inside to speak with the General Manager. I was informed he had left for the day, therefore left my contact information. Needless to say, its June 27th I still havent heard from the General Manager of Mercedes of Daytona. Furthermore, its obvious the employees can regurgitate the policy of Mercedes Benz, but they definitely dont adhere to it!I had a Mercedes at Mercedes of Daytona and another at Mercedes of Buckhead both regurgitated the policy, neither adhered to it!!! Although Mercedes of Buckhead didnt follow policy in totality, the customer service was great!! Mercedes of Daytona could really learn the importance of customers/service from Mercedes of Buckhead. The only compliment I could bestow on this dealership: Shannon was allowed to bring her children to work with her and she was very pleasant and professional.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. Many times in life you write negative about a problem or service with a car....in this case, Geoff and Jay were absolutely the best I have experienced in30 years of buying sports cars. I bought a used Aston Martin that had a few issues, they worked with me and and assisted even AFTER I took delivery of the car !!!. Geoff and Jay, I gave you my word Ill contact you when its time to try to find me a MINT newer NSX or Porsche 911 GT3....you will hear from me. Again folks, this dealership and its professional attitude and accountability is uncommon these days. Five stars all the way from this 60 year old Marine....OUTSTANDING !!!!!
Geoff was a pleasure to do business with thank you for your professionalism I recommend this dealership
My brother walks in with a cash in hand offer, for a S65 coupe. No price listed the sales presents a price over 40k higher then the highest KBB listed value, he could not justify why it was priced so high. The sales rep then asked to talk to the sales manager he walks out of the room for an extended period of time, my brother then sees the sales rep drive away outside purposefully not making eye contact. He asked a few of the other reps what was going on, no one knew or could say anything about it, they just ghosted him. How could a company employ people like that and continue to let them do that to a good paying customer? Furthermore how brazen the reps are makes me wonder how many people they’ve price gouged and got away with it. Personally that’s complete organized disrespect I will never take my business here again nor with ever refer them to anyone!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gaby was awesome. He took care of the schedule for my car as well as the loaner. I knew upfront of the length of time it would take to service my car.Very pleasant experience.
A friend of mine visited the Mercedes dealership yesterday to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman pretty much brushed him off and had a horrible attitude from the get go and gave him a horribly overpriced value (almost 20k over Blue Book value) on a car he was very interested in purchasing. They spoke for a little longer, the salesman said that he might have a little wiggle room then went back inside to speak to his manager to see what he could do on the price. A few minutes later the salesman jumped in a car and was driving off the lot. How is this good salesmanship? Were talking about a 100,000 car here. Why would any sales person just dismiss a sale like this and drive off the lot? I will make sure that everyone I know knows about this and how the Mercedes dealership of Daytona Beach treated a potential customer wanting to purchase a 100k car. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
Very nice people fixed my Mercedes but Im on a fixed income so it was a lot of money but great job
I have been leasing vehicles for quite some time and have to say, hands down, Mercedes Benz of Daytona was the most pleasurable experience by far from start to finish. A big shout out to Marty, TL and Chris, who all made the leasing process enjoyable!
The overall purchase experience was first class. I would recommend T.L. Kays to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Mercedes. Great dealership and best service department I have seen.
Nice people, had to pick up a part for my MB, very friendly!
Me and my friend walked into the dealership today and got weird looks. The lady at the front said somebody would be with us when they can. So we asked after a few minutes of waiting could we walk the lot to see the SUV’s. She said yes. We came back in and the lady at the front said “they are busy and will be with you guys in a little bit.” After watching 3 salesmen help other customers who came in after us we decided to leave. We went to bmw and my friend bought a car there instead. It was very rude and we felt like we were being judged. We both work in the medical field and have been traveling for the last year. We could have bought 2 cars today cash but the service was not good at all and went to BMW instead. I Do not recommend going here. It was very upsetting.
Best visit to a Mercedes-Benz dealer ever! Thats because my $4400 DEF heater problem was fixed for free after I received my notice to come in and have a DEF upgrade installed. Its like a miracle to see a $0 invoice.
Had a great experience there. Im not ready to buy. A few months out. I met a sales rep, David Donals. He was very welcoming and let me browse around on my own. Answered allot of questions with no pressure. Im not quite ready, but I did come across a really nice white S550. I might go back sooner than I thought. Ill be asking for David. Thank you Daytona MB. Im a huge Mercedes fan, and Im sure we will be doing lots of business in the future.
Service was great as always!!! 10 stars thanks Robert mcnamee
The car speaks for itself. Perfect car in every way. The care and professionalism of your staff, starting with TK has been a great experience.
I never had a better experience in buying a car than the one I bought from Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. I am 70 years old and have purchased a few vehicles in my time. My salesman was a gentlemen called David Joseph. Better known there as D.J. There was no high pressure here with this guy. He was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to all my questions. We did do a lot of work before hand online prior to driving from Cocoa Beach to Daytona and got the car I wanted. Tim in finance wasnt bad to deal with at all. :) Great experience. Definitely give them a shot.
Great dealership. Just bought a ML400 online with Gerald. He as awesome and every step along the way was easy. The car is beautiful and the price was fair. Highly recommend!!!
Very easy and pleasant experience buying a car! Our salesman John Jenkins took very good care of us! Will definitely consider buying a car from Daytona Mercedes again!!!
Did a very good job. People were very nice and knowledgeable.
Professional and courteous. Donnie and Megan were helpful and responsive to my concerns. Will highly recommend them to friends!
We purchased a Sprinter cargo van in October 2020.The dealerships misclassified a Cargo Van and registered it as a regular car. As well, they refused to apply for a commercial tag for our business owed and businesses operated cargo van.Although, they charge us a commercial interest rate saying that Sprinter is a commercial vehicle!!! Well, it is? Or, it is not?Commercial ID tag is essential for our business operation!!!It has been 3 months we are going back and forth with them. Daytona MB dealership just ping pong us from one person to another!!!They wouldn’t even follow up with us just to pretend they value us a costumer. We use Sprinters since 2004! But, never ever we were so insulted by such ignorance!
Great place for service. Been going there 3 yrs. travel 150 mils round trip and pass 2 other MB dealers. Service adviser Metre is exceptional, Dan service mgr is very accommodating.. Shop Forman Bear will see your issues are resolved if u have any
My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle for her and we started our search on-line and found several vehicles we were interested in seeing, so we requested additional info from the online portals of several of the Daytona area dealerships. The next morning I received several calls from various dealerships including a call from David Joseph of Mercedes Benz of Daytona. David was very professional from the start. I set an appt with him for 3:30 that afternoon to look at the exact car we took interest in on-line, he said he would have it waiting out front for us. Once we arrived to the auto mall we were surprised to see that the complex is one way in one way out layout with multiple dealerships lined up, this caused us to start with a couple other dealerships 1st. The first dealership didnt have the car ready to see even though they had set the appt, so we journeyed to the next one logistically next in line and they had us walking around the lot looking for a vehicle for 15 mins they didnt even know they had already sold. Next we went to see David at Mercedes Benz, at this point we were an hour late, as soon as we pulled in to the lot and parked I see the car David stated would be out front waiting for us exactly where he said it would be. He greeted me by asking me if I was Tony, here to see the GLC 300. Very professional and knew how to deal with people. The whole process was fluid and efficient and David was great. We drove home in that car and greatly appreciate all the help from all the staff. Follow up has been amazing. Strongly recommend them if you are in the market for your next vehicle.
Outstanding customer care and communication. Sales and Service teams are both at highest levels. Special thanks to Mr. David Donals for superlative effort and dedication.
We had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. John and David were very helpful and knowledgeable about the various SUVs and options. The entire process was easy and pressure free. We highly recommend buying your next vehicle from this dealership!
Very clean and organized dealership! My salesman Gerald Somers was great and walk me through the entire online purchase process. He used his personal time on his off days to ensure I understood every step of the entire process due to the fact I lived 3 hours away! This was my first time purchasing online and it will be the only way from now on.THANK YOU GERALD!!!! AWESOME SALESMAN!!!!
Great service people at Daytona! Highly recommended!
Awesome experience got the vehicle i was looking for after it sat on the market for a few weeks
Funny thing is I bought a BMW from here. This Mercedes dealership is heads and shoulders above any BMW dealership Ive ever been in. Therefore I am going to buy my cars from this dealership from now on. They leveled with me, were fair with me and communicated with me. Couldnt ask for anything more then called me the next day to make sure I was enjoying the car.. the salesman was exceptional.Everything that someone would not like about a car buying experience not part of this dealership. They are first class all the way. David is my new car salesman from now on Im not going to go to anyone else.
Sales agent has not followed up regarding some issues. Paying cash, should not have taken as long as it did.Been a week and still not totally resolve.
Great Mercedes Sprinter dealer and staff. Problem solvers
John made my car purchase so easy. I had been casually browsing vehicles and happened to find the perfect car on their website. I send an online inquiry over the weekend and was contacted early monday morning. We agreed on a price pretty quickly and from there John took care of getting all the paperwork and finances in order. All the paperwork was mailed overnight with a return envelope included to send everything back. Once I got everything send back to them, they organized a shipper to deliver my new vehicle and take my trade-in back. John gave me his cell number from the start to address any questions or concerns I had and has been great through this whole process. I highly recommend this dealership and John.
TL and Gabbi are very friendly and quickly took care of an issue with my CPO AMG GLC 43. They also sent Ray to my house to setup the remote garage opener, this can save some time. I own 2 M/Bs from Daytona M/B, and have been very pleased with the service.
They don’t even deserve one star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Great Service and extremely helpful on recall and general service!! 10 Stars
Megen was a terrific sales person and followed up rapidly on any questions. The result was a wonderful GLE450! The only downside was the upselling at the end of body work protection etc that I did not want and was time consuming. Apart from that an excellent experience.
Horrible customer service. First hand experience trying to look at a amgs63 that was over priced to begin with. When I brought up kelly blue book value, salesman just left me there
Got a sudden flat..called Gabby my service mansger and was taken immediately. Watched and noticed that before my car was returned the mechanic who did my tire took it upon himself to check and top off the fluids. Sometimes its those little things that make a difference. Love Mercedez service.
