I sent her pictures of my trade in. We agreed on a price. Then I drove 2 1/2 hours in the pouring rain to get there. After all the stress I went through getting there in the rain. I purchased my first car at Bournes! Overall a good experience. It was a used Jeep Wrangler and they had priced it very reasonably. We drove 4 hours from Fort Myers, Fl to purchase the vehicle. After driving off the lot, we came across a few issues with the engine and other crucial functions of the vehicle that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold during the inspection process. I took the vehicle back to Bournes and Sean, Ricky, and the rest of the service team took care of every detail and even went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep was in to what they said bulletproof condition before they let me have it back! I cannot say enough good things about Bourne’s Auto Center. My wife and I had been looking for a nicely equipped low mileage Ram truck and found one listed at this dealership. I sent an inquiry for some additional information and Matt responded immediately with the information I requested. We live in Atlanta so we put a deposit down on the truck to hold it and made the 7 hour drive down to check the truck out. Matt met us as we arrived. He already had the truck pulled up, cleaned and ready for us to check out. Once he had a copy of our license he handed us the keys and told us to take our time, test drive it and check it out. We were able to spend adequate time driving it and making the decision that this is the one we wanted to purchase. When we came back to the dealership and told Matt we wanted to proceed, he had the manager check out our trade in, and within minutes had a very competitive offer on our trade. From there, the process went quickly, getting the paperwork filled out then handing us off to Yuri in finance to complete the process. He explained everything, presented options but there was absolutely zero pressure to take any extended warranties or additional insurance. Within a very short time the paperwork was completed, signed, and we headed off the lot in our new truck, ready to enjoy some time at the beach before heading back home to Atlanta. It was well worth the long drive to get such a nice truck at a great price and have such a pleasant experience with the purchase process. Like most people, we dread the car buying process, hours of back & forth, the pressure, etc. We experienced none of this with Bourne’s and even with the distance involved, when we are in the market for another vehicle, the first move will be to check out their site and see if they have anything that meets our needs. I drove (3) hours to this dealership and it was worth every minute. I got there around opening time and the receptionist Kathy welcomed me in. She was really nice and professional. The GM(Ben) had the truck pulled around and set me up for a test drive. He allowed plenty of time for me to fully check the truck out and gave me information like the 90 day/3,000 mile warranty. After the test drive Ben connected me to Matt the sales representative. Matt was extremely helpful and collected the information needed to process the purchase. John in the finance department found me a loan and was very knowledgeable. This dealer ran like a well oiled machine. Through the entire process there was never any pressure, which created a pleasant buying experience. Too top it off at the time I was renting a truck. Matt was nice enough to pick me up from the rental agency and drove me back to the dealership to pickup my new truck.

This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I stopped in Patrick greeted me and let me browse without bugging or pushing me. I asked to test a 2014 Fusion. Boom there it is in front on me AC running! Car was perfect so I told him I will think about it over night. An hour after I left I sent Patrick a message that it was a GO. The Next day I got off work late, He stayed opened late and had the car cleaned and gased up right out front. I parked my trade in next to my newcar, walked in signed papers and was out the door! The Finance guy Nundi hooked me up with an awesome and affordable warranty! Also have to say thank you to Ben the service manager the car was missing a minor part I asked if I could order it, and they had it the next day and he covered everything! Charlene Gordon and the team made our buying experience pleasant. The Service Manager answered all our technical questions, and everyone worked together well to speed up the process. No one pushed us to upgrade or buy a more expensive car. We were not pushed to buy long-term warranty. We drove out in Keiths new car in a few hours. Bournes family system means that sales people are not competing with each other but work together to serve the customer. We are happy not only with the car, but also with the experience

This is the 2nd high-quality, used vehicle I have purchased from Bournes of Daytona. Both times, the dealership offered me a fair and appropriate value for my trade-in, was very easy to work with, allowed me the time to test drive, review and ask as many questions as I need about the one I was researching.In addition, due to my work travel schedule, Matt drove one hour north on I95 to meet me near St. Augustine on a Friday evening to close the purchase and exchange the vehicles. It was so simple and unstressful and I already look forward to buying my next vehicle from Matt/Bournes in the future.
Phenomenal Experience! I live on Orlando so I called ahead to make sure they still had the vehicle. They offered to hold it for a refundable deposit. I dressed down in shorts, worn out flip flops and a stained T-shirt just to see how I would be greeted. When I arrived, Matt had the vehicle and the key ready. There was no hardball salesman talk, just friendly laid back chat. The vehicle looked better in person. Document signing was super easy. No hidden cost in the paperwork. Matt reviewed the carfax with me. Everything was transparent. They offer me a great price for my trade in. I was offered an extended warranty, which I declined, and want pressured into buying it. Matt had the car fueled and cleaned before I drove home. Everyone I encountered was great. I will recommend them above ALL other dealers. Most dealers offer incentives to buyers to give them good reviews, Bournes Auto does not. So the reviews are based on actual customer experience and not an incentivized bias. All the staff I encountered were great. Thanks for an easy transaction.

I read the bad reviews before going here but figured with 300+ good reviews we would be safe. Please dont make the same mistake. I called and asked about a vehicle, we live 2 hours away so I wanted to get some info on it before heading that way. I asked if the car had been smoked in and the young woman said she would walk out there and smell it and call me back. She never did. I also made it very clear that we were coming to get the car, we already had a check and we wanted it. She said it was still available and we could come look. We get there, 1 HOUR after I called, and the salesman says that vehicle isnt available. I asked why, he said it was sold the day before. So not only were we lied too, we drove 2 hours just to be told so. We drove to Jacksonville after, and spent our money at a dealership with no lies or gimmicks. We were ready to spend our money here but would not buy a soda from them after all of that.
Jake gave me a quote on 2 vehicles in 10 min....he appreciates my time like I do. First time doing business with him and after the great advice and competitive prices ive booked both vehicles to be done. Looking forward to my nightmare coming to an end. Ben the service director and the entire crew were very patient. They listened completely to what had been going on with my car. They explained everything they did for me and even had a loaner car for me when I asked so I didn’t have to sit and wait. They called me when it was good to go and everything was explained yet again. I recently bought a beautiful little 500L Fiat for my daughter from Bournes. Wow - nice little vehicle - so far so good!! Very pleased. The price was reasonable, and Pat Miner, our sales rep was very helpful, patient - and listened to our needs (refreshing experience!). He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule. The no haggle pricing was genuinely appreciated - and this dealership appears to stand by their vehicles. The Manager is very intelligent, courteous - pays great attention to detail - and provides stellar customer service. Yesterday I purchased a Dodge Challenger from Bourne Auto Center. Andrew Segadelli was my salesman and he did an amazing job. He was very personable and made the process very stress free. The service was prompt and everyone was helpful.
Went from 5 stars to 1. Be careful with this dealership. They sold me a lemon. Everything is just fine until they sold you the car, after that is just painful experience and arrogance. I wouldnt recommend to any one.
My experience at this dealership was great! The place is very clean with hundreds of cars to choose from. The process was quick unlike most other dealerships. The people were great to work with and met all my demands for the purchase of my Nissan. Justin Keable was my salesman and not only was he amazing to work with, he kept in contact with me throughout the process and even weeks later to see how I was enjoying my car. Let me start by saying even though I had a negative experience at Bourne’s I do not believe it was intentional or underhanded. Everyone was very nice and professional. I think with a different vehicle this would have been a totally different experience.I worked with Matt on the phone, he was very helpful he even offered to take additional pictures for me. I drove four hours and took a trailer with every intention of purchasing. Unfortunately the pictures did not portray the car’s actual condition. When I made an offer for what I felt the car was worth the General Manager informed me their “No Hassle” pricing means they DO NOT negotiate their listed prices. It would have been nice to have known that before I made the trip.Update 12/30/19 - Today is Monday following my visit Saturday and I just got an AutoTrader notice that they dropped the price! Unbelievable!
We purchased here, our Salesman was Patrick. He was very friendly and laid back. Reading some of the reviews on Google- they seem a little outrageous. We didnt experience anything negative at all. Patrick and company were friendly, informative, and honestly made this the easiest vehicle purchase we have experienced. I would give them over 5 stars. I had a really great experience buying a car from Bournes! I test drove 3 different cars and I was given Carfax’s for all of them to take home. There was no pressure for me to buy at any point. They allowed me to take my final decision for an inspection, and they allowed me to make a deposit to hold the car in my name once I had made my decision. I can’t tell you the number of dealerships that wouldn’t let me inspect, wouldn’t let me make a deposit, and constantly pushed/shoved for a sale. Not these guys! Andrew was our rep/salesman and he was great to work with as well. He explained all the paperwork and allowed me plenty of time to read and sign and ask questions. I’m happy to have had such a seamless and relatively stress free experience buying a used car. Great location as well.
After looking for a car on the web, Bournes kept being the place that had the best prices and the biggest selection of used cars. Upon arrival, I browsed all the cars without any sales people approaching me. When I was ready to start test driving I went in and Andrew was happy to bring up all the cars I was ready to try on and I test drove 3 of them before finding the perfect fit. They were all about customer satisfaction. They worked hard over the weekend to get me the best financing as my credit is not the best. They have an unheard of 3 day return for any reason (kinda like a cooling period), 3000 mile 3 month repair anything that goes wrong on every car and a no deductible policy that you can buy that covers any repair up to 100,000 miles. When I bought the car home it was night time and I was so impressed with a shininess the got it I didnt notice a scuff on the front bumper and then I also noticed that the navigation module was missing. I called them up and they made me feel like a celebrity You are our customer and they would take care of this-no negotiation necessary. They gave me a loaner car and then had one of the guys drive my car to my home when it was ready. I have been so pleased with my car. Andrew explained to me that when they price cars they check and see what they are selling for in a certain radius and mark it down considerably from that ( cant remember the %). It was the first time I bought a car that I didnt leave feeling like I was taken advantage of somehow. It really is no haggle because their prices are so reasonable. This is the place that I will get any future cars and also tell my friends and family. Thank you Bournes!!!
We called about a specific vehicle that we saw online and made sure all of the details were correct including mileage. We put a deposit on the car, arranged childcare and our schedules to drive from out of town. When we arrived the Carfax printed did not match the advertised 11k mileage, but instead it was 96k! The main reason we were interested in the vehicle was due to the low mileage. They tried to show us a few other cars, but they were extremely out of our price range. Everyone was very apologetic about the mistake, however this doesn’t make up for our lost time and effort. Just make sure if you’re coming from out of town they truly have all of the details correct.
Ben in the service department is always friendly and accommodating. I havent met the service team, but they always have my car in and out quickly which is appreciated since I have to bring my car in on lunch breaks. Awesome job guys, and thank you!!

The sales representatives and the sales manager are good people and professional but the Finance manager is RUDE. He insulted me and my girlfriend on our financial flaws and he was talking to us about our personal matters. Don’t go to this place if you don’t like being insulted. I liked a car. I wanted to buy that car for whatever reasonable offer until the financial guy started insulting me and my girlfriend.
Let me begin by saying that this dealership is NOT the kind that your used to. Not only are you going to get a beautiful preowned car, in Excellent condition, youre going to wonder why every other dealership isnt like this one! Never have my husband and I had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Patrick was nothing short of AMAZING. We instantly felt comfortable with him. It was like being with a close friend! He was very attentive and genuinely nice. Again, NOT the kind of sales person that youre used to! It was truly a terrific experience. As a former employee at Bournes auto center, you will never find a better place to work, from there owner, to the general manager, to the staff. They are a high quality dealer to work for. I made a mistake by leaving but if you would like one off best work environments to work for please check them out.

I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved on work that the dealership did. Obviously the longer they drag it out, it’s going to get worse. Incredibly upset with how things turned out towards the end.

I knew exactly what car I wanted and had been checking daily on Car Gurus. Bournes had the Cadillac ATS I had been looking for. Then the price dropped by $500 so I knew that it was time to act. I made a phone call and set up an appointment for the next day. When we arrived, the car was out front and ready to go. We were greeted by Andrei and were impressed by how modern the show room was and by the high end inventory on the lot. No junk here. During our test drive, I noticed that a license plate light was out. They brought the car in and fixed it immediately. The whole process was pleasant and went very smoothly. Are you ready to hear “YES!” from a car lot? Go to Bourne’s!We came from out-of-state to purchase a car here four months ago and have put over 10,000 miles on it. We are beyond pleased. This is the first dealership that I have ever been to that didn’t feel “gross.” Everyone is friendly and just seems to be doing their job. There are no vultures here and no web of salespeople to navigate.We let them know we were coming to check out a specific car and it was ready for us when we got there. Right away they let us test drive it ALONE, which is a huge change from so many lots that require the salesperson to tag along. This gave us the freedom to really examine at our leisure.Remember, the great price that you see on the window is the lowest price and you will not be haggling on that. That said, there were a few minor issues with the car that we asked them to fix, and to our utter amazement they said, “No problem!” When it looked like they may not be able to finish that day, they even offered to drive it to us the next day. Talk about service! We were there for longer than other reviewers, but it was well worth it.We still love the vehicle and have not had any surprises with it. Highly recommended!

I came in because I saw a listing for a Tacoma on auto trader. I wasn’t really familiar with Bourne’s I was just in the market for a particular truck but I’m really happy I ended up here. I had been looking at Tacoma’s for a few months and had been to a lot of bigger dealerships and had bad experiences. Coming to Bourne’s was a very refreshing experience. Justin Keable was super helpful and chill in the whole buying experience which is what is cool about Bourne’s “no haggle pricing” i didn’t feel pushed into anything it was pretty much like a good friend was selling me a truck and I had only met Justin that day. I dont take the time to write reviews, but dealing with Bournes Auto completely changed my Outlook on car shopping. This place is awesome! There was no haggling or games. The guys were upfront and honest from the first conversation we had with them.We called about a 2015 Honda fit and were prepared to play the game once again. They told us from the start that what we saw online was the lowest price they could offer and they could calculate an out the door price for us right over the phone. It seemed pretty reasonable so the next day we decided to drive from St. Augustine to test drive it.We pulled in and Ben, who we spoke with on the phone, was thrilled to see us. He set us up with Andrew who was their #1 sales rep, and I can see why. He was easy going, knowledgeable and quick!He pulled the car around, took a copy of my drivers license and let me and my girlfriend take it for a spin just the two of us! I loved this because we were able to talk about it with no pressure! We had a couple of questions for Andrew when we got back, one of which was the electrical system. If I turned I steering wheel too hard, the screen and lights would flash off and on. They told us it was the battery and they would replace it right away, especially if we were looking to buy it tonight. Which they did and afterward no issues. We sat down, did the paperwork and Andrew got me a way lower monthly payment than what I was expecting! He could tell that I was a bit nervous and picked up on and offered to leave his office for a sec so we could discuss the decision once more. I so appreciate this! After a few moments, we decided to go ahead, despite my own anxiety about buying any car at all.The next day, I took it to my mechanic in St. Augustine and they pointed out a bearing issue which would eventually need fixing for $500, but they told me it wasnt an immediate emergency. Other than that it was a great car at great deal. Bournes has a 90 day 3000 mile warrantee so texted Andrew to see if there was anything they could do. He referred me to Shaun, their service manager.Shaun was also amazing! He told me absolutely they would take care of me, cover the cost of it because they always want to go above and beyond for their customers. He set up an appointment for me the next week and told me I could drop it off whenever and he would call me when its done.Initially he thought it might be a next day fix, but they were actually able to get the part and fix it the same day.Now my fit drives great and there are no problems at all! They knew I lived and worked a full time and part time job in St. Augustine and that I had a crazy schedule. These guys really go above and beyond to give people the best possible car shopping experience. I would recommend this place to anybody! And as a customer who lives almost an hour away, I just have two words to summarize my experience- WORTH IT!
I always feel nervous going car shopping as a single girl, I realize my bargaining power is severely diminished. However, Bournes claim to fame is the price you see is set and not there for negotiation. The guys that work there are all very accommodating and welcoming and allowed me to take the car I was interested in to my mechanic who isnt exactly close to the dealership at all so greatly appreciated their trust. Ended up buying from them in the end after test driving several cars before I made it here.
From the first phone call in to sales..initial meeting.. finance and service we have had an amazing no nonsense experience. Everyone on this team has gone above and beyond. Brought my son here over this past weekend to buy his first car! Charlene was our salesperson and we couldnt have asked for better service. This was such a fluid experience and made my sons first car purchase a memorable one. They were pretty busy that day and short staffed, but you couldnt tell! As we were waiting in the lounge area, several salespersons and mechanics stopped in to be sure we were comfortable. We really werent even waiting that long. The lounge area is very comfortable, and even has an area for the kiddos. Very nice people, awesome customer service and just a pleasant overall experience. Thank you again Charlene for your hard work and to Matt (the finance guy) for making the paperwork end a pleasant experience as well. Great work by all involved. Should the need arise, we will be returning customers and will definitely offer recommendations.
My grandparents bought a 2015 KIA Optima from Andy Harris at Bournes Auto Center today in Daytona. The entire experience was fast, low pressure, and professional. Andy took extra care of my grandparents and treated us like family the moment we stepped in the door. It was a great experience, and fast as well. Will was extremely helpful, this was my first time buying a vehicle from a non private owner, and he was quick to answer the questions my fiance and I had. Andy, and Will, both greeted customers as soon as they came in. Will even excused himself to make sure new customers were greeted and taken care of. Since the vehicle came in last night, the detailing and inspection werent done, by the time paperwork was finished the detailing was complete and an inspection scheduled! I definitely would recommend them to friends and family, and you should too!
I would have to say it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership Patrick Miner A++ was my salesman was great, no pressure, felt comfortable. I bought a 2014 ford it did not have a manual for it Chad the GM of the dealership said no problem he printed one off for me 250 pages, that type of stuff does not happen in this day and age so A++ for that. Than had to go see the finance man Matt who was also great explained everything to us another A+. Its like a family in there I am 65 years and bought a lot of cars in my day but never had a better experience then that. I would recommend them strongly great bunch of guys

I was in the market for a newer yet affordable car and came here just to browse. I met with Patrick to talk about what I wanted and in just a few hours I left with my new car! Customer service was great and I didnt feel pressured into buying anything. Matt also helped with the paperwork which was great so I didnt have to go to the DMV at all. Both Patrick and Matt were very helpful and I love my new car!

Just bought a truck from Bournes. It was an awesome experience! I normally hate car shopping, having to deal with pushy salesmen and vehicles that are either overpriced, in poor condition, or both. Bournes was not that way at all. I went in to look at a specific vehicle that they had advertised online. It was exactly as represented online. Actually, if anything it was nicer in person. No surprise issues when I got there. There were no pushy sales tactics. The salesman (Matt) didnt rush me at all as I looked the truck over. They let me take the test drive by myself, which I liked because I was able to focus on the truck without any distractions. Ive been on test drives before where the dealer expected me to drive the car for a couple blocks and then straight back to the dealership. With Bournes I was able to test drive the vehicle for almost a half hour, going through a range of stop-and-go driving and highway driving. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. The paperwork was a breeze. From the time I told Matt that I decided to buy the truck to the time I was walking out the door was maybe a half hour. The truck was detailed and had a fresh oil change when I picked it up the following day. All in all, this was by far the best experience Ive had shopping for a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Went in to purchase a BMW M4. Everyone was great and informative. No shady sales tactics (not that you have to really sell an M4) and very courteous. Charlene, Matt, and Chad were great! Would recommend this dealership!
This was probably the best dealership experience Ive had in a long time, if not ever. I worked with Andrew to arrange a visit for a car, and ended up buying it the same night. There was zero pressure, not shady tactics, no hidden fees or unexpected surprises when we went to look at the numbers. When I met with the Finance Manager Matt, it was an equally great experience. There was no pressure to add anything extra on, and we quickly went through the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from them, and if the need arises, would happily buy from them again.

This may just have been the easiest and best car buying experience I have had…no stress, no haggling, great financing options. We bought a great used vehicle with the remaining power-train, AND were able to purchase an additional bumper-to-bumper warranty. With a baby on the way, this was a very pleasant adder to make us feel like we were covered in any circumstance. I am from out of state so I discussed purchasing a vehicle via email. They were very professional and up front. When I arrived, they were more than happy to accommodate a couple of items we wanted done to the vehicle. The most impressive part of dealing with them is that we had an issue with our tires three months after purchasing the car and Bournes stepped up to the plate and replaced the tires for us even though they did not have to do that. This tells me they are serious about making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Kudos on their part. I would highly recommend them.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Bournes Auto Center in Daytona Beach, FL treats the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern. We know that you have high expectations, and as a car dealer we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding those standards each and every time - Copied from websiteI filled out a credit app online on Sunday and when I didnt hear anything, I called Tuesday and left a voicemail. After still not receiving a phone call, I called again Friday morning and left yet another message. Finally, I called 25 minutes before closing on Friday and was connected with Charlie in finance. He then informs me that my credit score is too low for their banks. I told him about my experience trying to get in contact with someone regarding the credit application (which contains personal information) to which he told me he was too busy. Very unprofessional. I did not expect a miracle in getting a vehicle as I understand my credit is quite poor. However, I do expect to be contacted when I fill out a credit application containing extremely private/personal info. I was treated like a waste of time. My family owns a business in the area and would never treat a customer this way even if they couldnt help them with their project.
The salesman (Andreis) was helpful, friendly and honest from the very beginning. Not a car lot where you feel like prey when you pull up. They were professional, knowledgeable and expedient with the entire process. This was the easiest and best car purchase I have ever experienced, and I have experienced a few. There was no stress and no haggling. I bought a wonderful vehicle with a 90 day warranty. I noticed a slight shimmy when I used the breaks a few days later. I called them, described the problem, they made me an appointment and arranged for me a loaner car for the day. They had it fixed like new by 2pm and called me promptly.
