They Sold Us a Car A used Audi for $16,000 and drove it home. Check engine light came on. Called a number of times and got no help. Had the car diagnosed because of the check engine light and 13 error codes were noted. Still nothing from the dealership except its your problem. Lets see if they respond now. Avoid these folks as they dont stand by the products they sell. Will update when I hear from someone.
When in for service at BMW in Daytona Auto Mall. They are extremely courteous as well as high tech. Information about your vehicle and the service they are providing is sent to your phone as videos. Amenities are also provided. One if the best new car dealerships service areas. By the way, the vehicle is washed and cleaned (exterior and interior) before it is returned to you.

I went to Gary Yeomans Ford, to have my car serviced. I, bought it at their used car lot on Nova Rd. last December. I, had the oil changed tires rotated and a 52 point inspection.The service was excellent. But, I DID NOT APPRECIATE A SALESMAN, calling me that evening and asking me to trade my Camaro in on a real muscle car, a Mustang. Lol. Not sure, if I will go there for service again. Time will tell.
When next vehicle is needed we will definitely be going back it was well worked the 2hour drive everyone was so nice and helpful especially on a Sunday 🙂

These guys really know their trucks...and they have a lot of them from which to Choi’s. You want Chevy? Dodge? Ford? Take your pick. But make sure if you’re looking at Ford you ask for Josh S or Mike R. Those guys know Ford trucks inside and out. Shawn in Finance at Ford is the hardest working F&I guy I’ve met. Highly recommend.
The sales person we had was very friendly and helpful I was spending 10,000 for a used car and they took me to the 3 lot of used cars. They all seemed nice on the outside but not so great on the inside definitely not worth 10 grand.

The very best experience you could ask for with a dealership. My husband and I just purchased from the Ford department at this autoMALL (lol it’s huge) and from start to finish Travis made it a BREEZE, and although I didn’t make it a breeze for him bc of what I was in search for, he went above and beyond working and searching for me. He dealt with trying to find me similar vehicles (all no’s lol) and worked on his days off to make sure I got exactly what I was in search for. He answered every question I had and made the whole experience personable. Travis not only got me exactly what I was looking for, in great time, but even got me the best deal AROUND. If I could give a higher rating I would. The finance manager, Nello was awesome too and went over every detail tiressly explaining it to us (in more ways than one so we could understand exactly what we were signing for). The managers were great following up and making sure we were happy with the entire experience. This is definitely a place where we will be back to for many years to come and would recommend going no where other than this dealership! Bad time to be buying a vehicle. Its a sellers market and prices are at a all time high. If you can hold off on buying or leasing a new car its in your best financial interest to do so.
They do a great job, but every time I go there they always have more things that need to be done. Always $200 to $400 xtra each time. All I want is an oil change and fluids checked. Not one time that Ive gone there that I dont get asked for something extra.

I had an amazing salesperson named Becky. She worked with me on what I wanted and needed. I felt a bit a pain in her butt with everything I bombarded her with,but she was just awesome to my husband, my grandson and I! She made sure everything was complete before we left. She also told us about the car wash, and oil changes services they have along with multiple other services. Im very happy with my purchase, and Becky is the woman to see, very down to earth, straight forward, knowledgeable and very friendly. My Nissan Altima that I purchased from Daytona Nissan was in a water event. My insurance company suggested Auto Mall body shop. I had great experience previously with this shop.This time....not so much. The rep was nice enough, however the workmen ship was HORRIBLE. I had told them that water came into the vehicle via the drivers side door and A/C vents. To me the firewall had been damaged.It took over 30 days to get the repair done, and ALL that was done was change out the carpet. That work was very badly done. My car had floor mats in the trunk, and those were stolen from their shop. My gear shift button was missing and damaged. The day took the car back, there was a rain storm. YEAP I hit a puddle and water came through the AC system AGAIN. They NEVER fixed the problem, even through the repair shop stated they took it the Daytona Nissan. Yeap! NOT happy at all.I called the repair shop. Gave the rep the news, as well as the insurance company. I left a message again the next day for the Auto Body shop rep. Never received a call.Also the signage says everyone needs to wear face covering. 1/2 of the employees DO NOT wear face coverings.I get COVID has effected everyone, but really. 30 days and the quality of workmanship was HORRIBLE.
I can not complain with the service from my sales representative. First he went out of his way to make sure that I not just find the F150 truck I was looking for but also helped me with so much more for example made sure my F150 bed liner was sprayed, windows tinted, front bug deflector installed and so much more. To say the least Mr Martinez also helped with the removal of my rear truck tool box to be placed on my new F150. I am a retired military soldier with a disability and to say the least I would be glade to recommend him to fellow military brothers and have no doubt they would be in good hands. Thank you for your help and the great service you provide.

What a pleasure getting my car serviced at this wonderful dealership. Everybody was friendly and courteous and the wait time was only 5 minutes.Everything was explained to me what my car needed and I was called for any changes or added fees. Within A-day and a 1/2. I was picked up by the shuttle driver, taken to the dealership, picked up my car with ease paid a very fair price and was on my way.I would recommend them to anybody even if youre not a Mercedes owner and because the customer service is over the top.

While driving home to the Tampa area on a Sunday, I found a vehicle that I was interested in on the used car lot which is normally closed on Sundays. I called and talked to Christian and was specifically told that I could be taken to the used car lot by a salesman to view the vehicle even though the said lot is closed. Pulled over and walked into the store and was greeted by Christian and the salesman who immediately acted confused when I told her the car is at the used car lot. She had to “talk to her manager” for 15 minutes to conveniently come back and say “no sorry the lot is closed.” The biggest slap in the face was when she tried to finalize the deal today after me being lied to and my time being wasted. Don’t waste your time like me.

Have a great customer lounge with snack bar, serves breakfast and lunch. Love them. We only buy our vehicles from them!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2017 Jeep from this dealer 10 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it starting with it leaking and most recently completely breaking down, both front windows do not work as well as the AC. I called and called to try to get help but did not hear anything back. Even leaving voicemails for sales and service managers with no return call. I finally got in touch with somebody in service after days but was told all the repairs and cost was all on me! I asked to speak with a manager, the poor guy I talked to in service was forced to deal with me because the general manager and service manager would not even talk to me. I havent even had the $36,000 vehicle 3 year old vehicle a year and now have to put $1500 into it to get it running. They sold me a lemon, completely over priced and have no desire to help resolve anything. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership purchasing a vehicle...I do not recommend purchasing from this dealership unless you want to have to chase and chase after them to get zero resolution.
Not impressed. The wife traded in her car for one that was only 2 years old since hers was ten years old. It broke down within a week. Supposedly theyre taking care of it but its been in the shop for 3 days now and weve heard nothing from them. I think theyre just trying to hold the vehicle until our 2 week decision to return the car or be stuck with it has passed. Im not a fan of these people so far and doubt theyll be getting any more of our business. I hate scam artists who just want to take your money leaving people feeling like they made a bad choice.Edit- Though they took over a week to replace the motor they at least did that.

Completely disappointed at a dealership that certifies pre-owned cars but when selling them as is after presumably being looked over by their mechanics, have no idea why the check engine light is on, why it has no heat and no knowledge of the maybe 10% at best brake life left on the car. Yet they want their advertising costs back so they sell it for thousands over the fair trade value would be.

If you are in the market for a car, whether its used or new, you cannot deny the fact that the Daytona Auto Mall is an excellent choice simply because of the massive amount of dealers in available cars on this stretch of road. I bought from several dealers here and have had both good and bad experiences. some dealerships have adopted a more laid-back approach to selling cars while others are still stuck in the 1970s bombarding you at every move while youre looking at cars.

This place takes advantage of the older population they are scammers that plays the number games. They tell you they are paying an amount for your trade but throw the entire amount into a new loan so instead of trading your car for the value they will throw the entire amount of what they paid for your trade into a new loan so not only did you give them your car but now you have a high loan paying for two cars. They should be shut down. Pay attention to your contract before you sign with them period. And dont let you older love ones go to this place alone without someone being there to have eyes on the finance department when they are constructing these illegal loans. They dont deserve my 1 star but I could t rate without choosing a star!!!!

I had a guy BEN ENDLAND, does anyone know how to contact him, HE installed my aftermarket alarm, one year later his worker in less than 5mins. Now I have the by same problem but NO ONE Else Knows how to reprogram my remotes, they want to sell me another one?? I just need this good guy to do his 4minute fix..Thank you but I found him. After many GREAT 👍 WORKERS at this very big Auto Mall & word of mouth I found his Great Worker Brian & he with a few clicks on my car alarm got my alarm working again.. Thanks Guys..👍👍
The sales guy was way to pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. He wouldnt listen to what we where looking for and kept trying to sell us something we didnt want and telling us to go look at it.
Went to Daytona’s garage to get an alignment right before closing. I was on a time crunch and I explained my situation and they fit me in and got me out within an hour, best service department experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely bring my truck back when I’m back in the Daytona area.

Went to Enterprise at the auto mall to get a car to take my family on vacation they gave us a car with bald front tire I told the lady that side of the car look like it was smacked the curb she ensured us that it was okay LOL more like she said this is all I got if you dont like it you have to get something smaller that was a no-go so we decided to take the car on our vacation to find the car shakes real bad on the highway the brakes didnt work right to the point wihere I was worried about coming out of the mountains using the brakes in that car probably wont be using Enterprise anymore.
