Service at Fields BMW in Daytona was really great. It was super easy to set up the appointment online and they were there waiting for me. The garage is so high-tech and spotless, it looked like a hospital. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the issues with my car and they found solutions. My service advisor Dave kept me very well informed and was highly professional. I waited for my car and had coffee and a toasted bagel!!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Roger Carpenter actually picked me up in the BMW I was interested in and explained everything about it (and there is a lot to know). He did this 15 minutes before his shift was ending and stayed well into three hours past his shift and after they closed. Not once was I rushed and he continued to answer all of my questions given that I’d never leased before. My experience would be a 10 if google reviews went that high. Going to fields of Daytona is always a pleasant experience. Prior to going to fields of Daytona I would take my car to fields of South Orlando and it took several days just for my car to get a simple oil change. At fields of Daytona I am in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. The workers there are always so friendly and take the time to explain what’s going on with my car. I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership and will continue to take my car here in the future for all of its servicing needs!
This was our first time using this service center. Unfortunately, we had air conditioning issues while driving from NJ to Florida. BMW of Daytona was helpful in accommodating us timely with an appointment upon contacting them.The staff was both friendly and efficient! Especially, our Service Advisor, Brandon. Moreover, while waiting for the repair work, I was shuttled to local shopping by Shannon whom was very personable and made the transport enjoyable with good conversation.We would definitely recommend this location for future servicing!
With all the pressure and problems of today, having my BMW 330 series was surprisingly easy, effective, and comfortable. Absolutely flawless!. Disappointed in my local BMW dealership, receiving less than adequate attention in ordering a new BMW 440i, I decided to look for an alternative. Luckily I found Fields BMW of Daytona. I sent an email which was prompt;y responded by Christopher Rose, at Fields BMW. His response was followed up with a phone call in which we discussed what I had in mind. Chris immediately offered and prepared all the information pertaining to the car, as well as, advised the incentives that were available to me. I ordered the 440i, and followed with interest the process. Chris kept me informed as well. The day of delivery, I drove to Daytona in a rental car, (4 hours) transacted the purchase and covered all features and details of the new car with Chris, who, at the end of the delivery process, kindly offered to return my rental to the Daytona airport. Truly exceptional. I have been a BMW fanatic since 1989, purchasing, over the years, several vehicles. This, most recent experience has been by far the smoothest, and most pleasant yet! Fields is very fortunate to have Christopher Rose in their staff.When the time comes for my next BMW, I will certainly contact Chris, even if Fields of Daytona is 4 hours away.
We purchased our 2012 BMW X5 from Fields of Daytona. The first four years of service was provided as part of the purchase price. The service was exceptional we purchased an additional three-year service contract.Our recent visit to fields was as usual excellent service competent repairs at a fair price. We recently purchased a 3-year oil change contract and will continue to visit fields service whenever necessary. I highly recommend the service department.
Left car for service with agreement to pick up next morning. Called next day at 11:30am to verify pickup. Told to expect a call which never came. Called three more times over 3 hour period with no connection to Paul our service person. Finally retrieved my car in afternoon with no service done on it. Staff is overworked and at their wits end. I have two BMW’s and been a BMW driver for 40 years. Never had this kind of rude service before. Unbelievable!
Although I wasnt buying a BMW but a used Jeep Wrangler they took on trade they didnt treat me any different. All the staff was polite and there was no pressure to make the deal. I came in with a vehicle to trade and they made a fair offer. I was already approved for a loan from Vystar credit union and when the time came to finalize numbers Vystar started playing games. They were confident they could beat their rate (which wasnt bad) and did so. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend to others. Salesman Casey Wright is a straight shooter and will do what he can to make it happen.

I took my car for brake fluid service and Dave assisted me. Is my first time with a BMW so I had many questions on how the warranty and extended warranty works. Dave was very professional and patience and he even called my extended warranty insurance to see if it covers the brake fluid service and oil change. Leroy “Lee” Grasso and Anthony “Tony” Girgus were excellent. If it wasn’t for them, I would have walked away from the deal. I bought a 2020 BMW M2 Competition from Lee and drove it 1153 miles home. Travelled through 7 states, 3 National / State parks, stopped at 1 beach, saw a waterfall, did a ghost walk in Savannah, went to the BMW Zentrum (Museum) in NC and drove the HWY 129 (The Tail of the Dragon). My son and I had a blast. Great car. Great salesperson and finance manager.

When it comes to customer service in the service department, most car dealerships leave quite a lot to be desired in many areas which ultimately impacts my purchase decision. Paul Binkley is a rare find in an industry where customer service is most often overlooked at best or nonexistent at worst; Paul should be the standard for the entire automotive industry when it comes to customer service in the service department. His attention to detail is impeccable and he clearly communicates all of the needed information for me to make a decision without me needing to be a master mechanic. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with each and every time I need service on my vehicle. I write this review after more than 2 years of doing business with Paul because he has earned my trust and respect with his consistent level of service. I know without any doubt that when Paul tells me something, it’s as good as gold and I never have to follow up with him for any reason whatsoever. I have to admit on my visit yesterday, I was disappointed to find out I had to reschedule another appointment since the technicians were not able to find the leak in my soft top convertible. That all changed a short time later. After driving out of the service department, I took a detour through the lot to check out cars and ended up on the back street to exit the area. As I was driving I thought I heard a strange engine noise and stopped the car and leaned out the door to listen and did not realize my car key fell into the street. I then proceeded on to my destination. When I got out of my car and realized I could not lock it, I started looking for my key. I could not find it and began to panic. I quickly called Brandon, my service tech, and asked him if he remembers handing me the keys, as I did not remember even receiving them. He stated he did give them to me, and I asked him to look around the lot because I could not find them. I then told him about exiting the back street and asked him if could he go check that street for my keys. It was a longshot, but Brandon kindly took the time to go down that street and look for my key, and he found it on the street! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help a damsel in distress. He then secured a driver to deliver the key to me at the Pavilion in Port Orange. Christopher, the driver, was also very kind and professional to me as well. What a great team you have!! Kudos to Brandon for going the extra mile. Had he not taken the time to look on the back street, I would’ve had to stay there quite a while waiting for a neighbor to deliver my spare key from the Saint Augustine area. Not to mention the expense of having to purchase another key. Thank you Brandon and Christopher for excellent work!

Called to get Car fixed and had some recalls also. Person on the phone ( female ) failed to document my conversation and just wrote recalls. The service writer Kevin asked me about a check engine light which prompted the first $175 that I new about for a diagnostic. Paid to diagnose an issue and then was told I had to pay to get what I originally called to get worked on under the pretense that it was part of the recall. $175x2. Never coming again and this place was recommended. If someone mentions specific issues as a service department that should ring money bells. 5 hours for a 3.5 hour job promise and then another 3.5 hours because I didn’t get a “voicemail” that I’m still waiting on. Mind you I was at the outlets across the street. But they can sure text you 10 times with nonsense other than my repair all day.

The service tech was great as he could be. I bought a 2005 BMW X3. it had head light issues that are known of to the point of a recall is being looked at. So I was going to be charged 175 for the check out. I almost crapped because I thought I thought it would be a bulb or something at most. Well he got the check out price down to 99 bucks and the told me it what it was. So I got charged 99 bucks for them to tell me something that is known about. The guy was nice and everything was great, but to charge 99 for a known issue is why I am not coming back. There was no diagnostics done!!! I looked at it and knew it was serious. This was a known issue. They did not even have to open hood which is all was done. Still would not got back as this car was seen many times before I bought it at this shop. That was why I bought it to them. But the guy was nice. lol
Replacement of rear brake pads was accomplished in time estimated. Comfortable and friendly waiting area with great amenities.
I was able to bring my 2017 230i in on short notice for checkup and oil change. I was fit in later the same day and the requested work was completed in a little over 2 hours. The wait area is comfortable, clean and well lit with snacks and drinks and phone charging station. I am well-pleased.
Great Company with great employees and service. The product speaks for itself. Definitely happy that I own two from Fields which is worth the 50 mile trip.

Keith, my service advisor was great. But all I went in for was an oil change which took 3 hours!!! For an oil change 3 hours!!! Now while I appreciate the total inspection that they did I wasn’t expecting a 3 hour wait. Lastly, I think that my car was cleaner before it was washed then afterwards. Water spots were terrible!

My husband spoke to Chris Rose, sales, prior to going to Fields BMW of Daytona and told him which car we wanted to test drive. When we arrived, Chris had the car ready for us and was outside to greet us. The sales manager, Robert, also came out to meet us. Chris went through the car with us, which he was extremely knowledgeable of, and off we went on our test drive. I did not feel pressure at all to make a purchase., however I am so glad we did decided to. After the purchase was complete, KC went through the car again with us and showed us everything in great detail. Yvette in finance made the transaction easy to complete. The staff took many precautions to provide a clean/safe/comfortable environment as well, including wearing masks and spraying down the keyboard.
