Ive decided to come to this place because its always busy on the weekends, but, the customer service at this place is TERRIBLE! The employees are so rude and unprofessional, they look at the customers and start speaking in their language and laughing, just so customers wont understand what theyre talking about. Theres also no social distancing, not everyone wears a mask.My mani & pedi were horribly dinner, she filed some of my nails sort of round and some sort of squared, the gel polish was applied unevenly on all nails, she literally did my nails while standing, my fingers and toes were covered in gel polish, which I had to remove myself once I got home.I did my nails on Saturday afternoon and today ( Monday morning ) theyre already chipping.It was the first and last time I came to this place.

My sister & I are going to Disney tomorrow and we wanted a unique nail design, we came to Best Nails and they did an excellent job on what we asked for! This is the first time that I can say that I am more than satisfied with my nails :) Thank you so much!

I went in to get my mani and pedi. Both the same color. The color wasn’t applying very well. It smudged after I got them done so I went back in. When I told the guy who charged me, he said “Too bad!” Horrible service. My cuticle is also bleeding because the lady doing my pedi wasn’t delicate. Don’t waste your money here.

Best nails is definitely not the best nails...The inside was so dirty, no social distancing, half of the employees are not wearing masks and to top it off the tools are reused and not sanitized between uses. The polish was old you can tell by how tacky it was when they were applying as well as when it went into the lamp it started bubbling. I am honestly shocked a business can stay open with these conditions. If your coming for the low prices, pay $5 extra dollars and go literally anywhere else.

Got my nails done sunday, broke by tuesday night and my actual nail is coming off, i called for a refund and DAVID offered to “fix” my nail...how do you fix a nail that isn’t there? it’s literally my flesh that hes trying to fix. i asked for the owner of the store and he lied and told me he didn’t know when he would be coming or the owners number and hung up when i asked for a refund.

Very happy with my nails! I showed him a picture of what I saw on Pinterest & he did a great job recreating it.

I’m not satisfied with my pedicure. I paid $25. She don’t know how to apple the color and she took more than 1 hour for bad cleaning. I will not come back for service here.The owner talks badly 🤦🏻‍♀️

The pedicure chair they put me in didn’t work so I had the back stabbing my back. I was SUPER uncomfortable! The chair also didn’t move back or forward so I was like an accordion on the chair. Also, the hot towels they used on my feet had brown stains on them..My nails didn’t look good either. Had someone else fix the shape because they didn’t come out good the first time. I will NEVER go here again.

I arrived and was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. They even answered my questions in regard to the different types of manicures offered. I ended up getting a gel manicure and I’m very happy with the level of service as well as the finished product. Would definitely patron again.

Terrible experience. Worst customer service. They also aren’t sanitizing or wearing masks while in the salon. Manager is completely rude and they did a terrible job with my French powder dip. Asked them to remove it and they refused. And said this is how it’s “supposed to look”

My boyfriend gifted me a surprise nail appointment and because my usual place was booked he chose Best Nail. Jenny was my tech and designed them so beautifully, I never went back to my other salon. The pedicure options are great also & leave you feeling refreshed!

Pedicure was rushed. Would have paid $75 for a good pedi, rather they gave me $25 pedi to rush me out the door.

The place was not clean at all, not even the work area.Ruined my nails shape. I did gel manicure on Friday by Sunday evening four of my nails were chipped

The girl that was doing my mani pedi butchered my nails. I went in with long beautiful natural nails. She broke one of my nails and try to put crazy glue on it. She stepped on my wet toes while doing my mani. Messed up my toe and didnt even fix it right. She was so unprofessional. When I addressed her about it. She turned to her co worker and started to speak in their language, I told her to speak English so I could understand what she was saying about me. She filed some of my nails round, some squared.. #AHotMess

From the time i started coming here Jenny has been the most sincere and thorough nail tech i have had in a very long time. She listens to me....accommodates me especially when i am in a very difficult time right now. The salon is clean and quiet. Very professional and reasonable!!!!!!!!

I’ve been going to this place for a very long time now and I absolutely love it! I always get the dip powder which is $35 but it’s so worth it. It last me 3 weeks and it makes my nails grown tremendously. All the employees are super nice and also the place is very clean. I wouldn’t want to go to any other place to get my nails and eyebrows done. They also have lash extensions which I haven’t tried yet but I know friends that have a love it. I would recommend Jenny she does great nails !

To start of they reuse their tools! .. they wash them off with Only water and put it back in the pack to make it seem as if they are new when In fact it’s not. They lady that did my nails and feet had no clue what she was doing and was very rude ... My nails are already chipping and I literally got them done yesterday! Highly disappointed I Will not be going back. Plus they take an forever.

Jenny does the best nails! After going to different nail techs over the years I finally found Jenny & have been going to her for over 2 years now. They dont use ANY product as you soak your feet. They use only colored lights so you dont notice. Also they dont use any scrub on your feet. This is standard with any pedicure. Wont go again.

Jenn the owner is really good with the nextgen powder it last me 4 to 6 weeks and my hands are in the water every day. My pedicure last me 4 to 6 weeks as well no chip polish and they clean it nicely everybody in there have done my feet and no complaints I love that place..😁😀

Ive been going to this nail shop since Ive moved to the area. Today was my last day. Jenny usually do my nails but lately shes been passing me off to the other staff or not there. Shes has always done a great job however Im not returning because my nails only lasted 2 weeks and they usually last a month. Secondly when I went 2 weeks ago no one knew how to do the simple nail art that I wanted. Jenny was no where to be found. They wanted me to wait for her to return. Today I went there and I started with one lady but because a lady came in she went to do her nails while I waited for another person. I didnt like the way he was filling my nails however I was ready to go since Ive already been there a while. Before he was fully done with my nails he went to the back and started someone elses pedicure without finishing me. I nicely got up, paid and will not return.

Clean friendly excellent staff Im 50 Ive been getting my nails done since I was twelve they do them better than anywhere Ive been in many countries and several States and nowhere has done my pink and white nail set in pedicures better I also take my family and friends there I even get men to go there to get their feet done theyre very friendly very accommodating they have big screen TVs that you can watch what you want they have really good massage chairs while youre getting a pedicure they also do dip acrylic regular Medicare pedicures eyebrows and nose hair their prices are average and their quality is supreme they use only the best quality gel paints and nail polishes on the market I highly recommend anyone who needs their nails and feet and face Social Services dying to go there got most my people and my friends and family to start going there from places theyve been going to for years and once they went there they never went back anywhere else it is the best spot to get your nails and feet done and your eyebrows waxed that Ive ever been to

Best Spa Nails is the number one nail spot in Broward County. Jenny and Ken do a tremendous job as they take their time, specific and care about their work. The prices are great and dont charge you for everything like other nail places. If you want critique work this is the place!

If I could give them a -100 stars I would!The owner of the salon did my daughters nails (acrylic) and he made a joke saying; ”I’m the best doing acrylics” but you now what, “they looked terrible”, so thick and bad painted, it looked like they had been done by a kid. When I went there today to complain he said; “it wasn’t me who did this BAD WORK, you must be mistaken me”, he couldn’t said sorry.I am a cosmetologist, I know how to do nails and this work was so unprofessional. This guy was so disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He must have seen that she looked young and she doesn’t know what she is getting, by the way my daughter is 12, but he was wrong she has a mom that pays and know what she wants and what she pays for.Horrible place, horrible service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

When I visited this location this weekend I was very disappointed with lack of customer service that was present . They were okay with just saying hi and the asking me to soak in a tub of water for 15 mins while they worked on other clients that came after me and during the 15 min wait no one thought to check on me so after waiting and being ignored I requested a towel and wipe my foot off to leave and all the young lady said was sorry . Not how can I make it better let me start your service now . No but a dry sorry .... I guess this most of been a off day but I will never return

They don’t know what they’re doing

I have been going here for over a year now and even brought my mother and sister. We are all obsessed with the NextGen nails and this is one of the few places in the area that offer them. They are great and last for weeks, they stand up to everyday task without chipping or breaking!! Everyone here is so nice and I feel like family when I come in and get such great service. I cant say enough great things about them. Thank you Jenny for everything

I used to really enjoy this place. However, my last few sets of dip powder nails have been awful, just rushed. Dip and polish, no smoothing out or care of the cuticle bed. Nails grow out and have rough area that snags in everything! I actually wondered...maybe they dont like to wait on me so if the service is bad enough, they hope Id just go elsewhere. I always tip and treat them like Id expect to be treated. This last time was the last draw for me.

Good job, I just think that maybe the person working on you it would be nice if they at least tried to have a conversation with you and maybe smile and say thank you.

It was my first time there, and a friend referred me. Jenny did my nails and did an amazing job, I am very impressed. I will be returning!

Horrorible experience! Manager is so rude. Made an appointment twice and didn’t get attended to on time both times. I asked her to do my lashes and she said come back later even though I made an appointment! I recently Did gel and it started discoloring after a week. Used to love this place but definitely NOT coming back. THUMBS DOWN. Save your money and go elsewhere. HORRORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE!!!! worst service I ever had. The place was pretty, but thats it. I was rushed from my feet to my nails, and there were hardly any customers. My pedicure was ok until the guy stabbed me with the cuticle cutter. I got the nexgen nails, I thought it comes with a manicure, but boy was I wrong. The lady that did my nails rushed me, and didnt listen when I said to cut my nails down to make them all one length. When I asked about the manicure, she told me Oh, thats at the end. Since it was my first time doing nexgen maybe she knew better than me or the nexgen website. Yep manicure consisted of her cutting the sides of my nails to much that 8 out of 10 fingers were bleeding. Nothing else! no soak, so pushing the cuticle back NOTHING.. Not a way to open a business...
