Probably the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. Friendly and professional management and staff. I’m extremely picky and they did my gel manicure perfectly! (Pic say it all. I live for paint jobs that are close and clean to the cuticle)TREAT YOUR BEAUTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH RESPECT.. if it wasn’t for them you would be crusty.

Went there with my best friend and got matching nails. we are 13 so we asked them to be gentle since other places aren’t very gentle on us but the nail techs did awesome! shape, design, and length was on point and couldn’t ask for anything better! definitely coming back!

I love this place because it is clean, it’s fairly quick, and the price is great for the service you receive. The nails last a long time and they take their time not trying to get a fast dollar. The nails they do here are beautiful. Not a lot of places in Pines that can do decent nails (I’m very picky) and the nails they do are beyond decent. The people that work here are so welcoming. I normally hate to go get my nails done because of the long wait but you are in and out at this place. Will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, always excellent customer service. Because of Covid just have to buy their nail kit which will be assigned to you moving forward. I keep mine in the car or I’m sure you can bring your own but wasn’t a big deal for me everything comes in the kit.

I would never go back here. It must be in the water for terrible customer service in Florida salons.I walked in asked for a nail polish change... the price said $10.I DID NOT GET A MANICUREWhen I went to pay, she said $20...I said for a nail polish change, she said yes - with A WHOLE LOT OF SASS.I said, I got a nail polish change which says $10, are the numbers wrong on the price list. WORST PEDI EVER! I have been a customer at this place since previous ownership and had never had such a bad experience. The guy took no time on this pedicure, did not push nor cut cuticles. He barely even buffed the bottom of my feet —like for 5 seconds each maybe, so he left my feet looking the same as when I walked in. I was out of there in no time, as he did not do much, yet of course they charged full price, and they are not the cheapest! I called to complain and I was told the manager would call whenever she had time. Well, obviously, she has not had time, as she has not bothered to call! That tells you how much they care about their customers. Do not recommend this place.

They did a really amazing job. to be honest it was a bit on the pricey side. the total was $55 but i did get gel polish on top of the acrylic.

I got a full set done for 35 (5 extra for shape). I do love them but I feel like theyre not as strong as acrylics usually are for me. However, the guy who did them was so nice and sweet to me. I can be quite picky with length, and he was really patient with me! (Color is OPI- Lisbon wants moor)

Ugh. I should have gone to my usual place (Regal Nails in the Wal-Mart). But this location was convenient for a Basic Mani. $20 and I had to ask for cuticle oil as the guy jumped right into removing them. No nail soak, until I asked for it. I asked for a clear coat and was left with left over polish from my previous polish. After cuticles were pushed back and cleaned up out came the polish. But wait...what about the lotion? No lotion...no little massage because I asked for the basic...for $20. Im glad some like this place. Next time Ill drive the extra 8 mins to Walmart.;) Just trying to be honest.

I was charged for a service that I didnt know was an additional charge. My gel nail polish color didnt match the color for my pedicure. I will never come back. I paid $90.00 for poor service.

I got SHORT acrylics with gel and design on 4 nails and a pedi with regular polish. The acrylics were not shaped because i know they charge extra for that. I payed $103! These are NOT in any way worth $103. I was expecting $80-$90 the highest since I got gel. I would honestly find a place that does design and save your money! I have seen $100 nails and these are not it. I knew they were on the pricey side but this was unnecessary. My acrylics were not even shaped or long... $103?! Blows my mind. I gave this place a second chance but I will not be going there again.

Peter is awesome and so kind. He ALWAYS does my full set and i never leave disappointed. I always come in never knowing what color or what design to do but he always manages to help me out and at the end i leave happy and my hands come out looking GREAT!! They have excellent service and all workers are friendly. 10/10

50 dollars for a gel pedicure?!? Came in with my little cousin as walk ins and they were taking all of the appointments first which is fine, but we were told 10-15 minutes and waited 40 minutes. I’ve never had a gel pedicure this expensive... not worth it. Won’t be coming back.

I came into Polished on 4/12. I initially wanted a plain single color gel manicure but the owner asked if I wanted the “ombré”, I had no idea what that was but it gave me the impression they’re skilled at designs. I showed the owner a simple design and she sat me at their nail bar with one of their male techs. The tech and I talked a bit and he mentioned that I should get the “dip” manicure. The tech said it would last 4 weeks, as a new mom I figured this was the way to go since being away from my newborn baby is challenging as I’m nursing. I knew pretty early on that it was not going to be the experience I was hoping for. He was visibly struggling with what I wanted but put forth so much effort that made me feel bad for the guy. I ended up paying $55 for something I was unhappy with from the start. My nails turn 2 weeks tomorrow and one came clean off yesterday. Never again!

The service is HORRIBLE ! First off they are VERY rude. I came in for a refill on my nail set that was about 3 weeks old & was told they will NOT service me unless I did a full set. They proceeded to argue & say slick remarks about my choice on getting a refill. None of my nails were broken and only 2 were fully lifting. There work is not that great so there service should be awesome but unfortunately there lacking in all departments BEWARE they no longer will receive my hard earned money! Very Overpriced as well, WARNING: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! P.S I wanna give this place a 0 rating, but unfortunately I can’t! Please everyone, if you had/have a local nail shop, please go to that one! Horrible customer service, and Horrible nail salon !

Been wanting to try this place out, but they fell short for me from the very beginning. Although the receptionist was nice when I walked in, she failed to tell me there would be a 20-30 minute wait, so I just sat there, wondering when I’d be next. A woman told me 5 more minutes, then stuck me with a guy named Leo. He drilled my nails down so much that they were actually starting to burn by the time he went to the next finger. There was zero conversation at all. Not even a “how are you?” or “how’s your day going?” Nothing the entire time. I’m not asking for someone to entertain me, but have some personality and make a connection with your customer. I asked for French and ending up asking him to remove it from the first finger he did, because it just didn’t look right. It was a very short and thin line for the almond shape. So, I just stayed with the base he put on, because I didn’t want to make him take it all off and start over. Being my first time there, I was unaware that they didn’t allow you to tip on the card. The receptionist (a different one) directed me to the bank or publix to “get his tip”. So I went and dropped the tip back off. I could have just left because I won’t be going back here, but I have a conscience. As I look at my nails now, the tips are missing color. He actually let me leave like this and I can’t believe it. I didn’t notice inside, because the color is very light, but my tips literally have no color on them. It’s clear and I need to go somewhere else to have them repainted. For $45 (gel fills), I expect better, I’m sorry. Bad experience and an inconvenience. I won’t be returning.

I went in for the very first time yesterday for a full Gel mani and a regular pedicure (decent prices)... and I just have to say the Tech that worked on me was absolutely incredible, so detailed and clean. I loved her so much and will recommend everyone I know to go see Carolina, its been years since I have been able to find such a meticulous tech. I will definitely continue to see her and come to this wonderful location. I also was able to met the owner and she was just as fantastic. Thanks for the great experience ladies :)

I went here two times and I hated my nails both times. My nail technician couldnt speak any English at all! Its a cute and clean place but it would be helpful if my nail tech didnt take two hours on my nails. My first visit was horrible. I already had a full set done in another nail salon and all I wanted was a gel polish change. She changed the entire shapes of all my nails, all different shapes and sizes when it was perfect before she did them. She didnt even know how to take off the gel polish I was already wearing! Plus, she put on the gel polish so sloppy and nasty and took two hours also! I gave this place another chance and the nail tech drilled into my nails so bad that it burned and cut me all over the place. Stop letting so called nail techs work if they have absolutely no idea of what they are doing!! Never coming back again!

The place is cute and clean but they over charge for service. I paid $90 for both my nails which where just a over lay and chrome on 4 nails all together and my feet! The paint job is on point but my nails are big square and bulky. I could’ve went to a local Chinese spot for $50 if I wanted fake cheap looking nails. My toes are a hot mess. I just felt like my presence wasn’t wanted. Everyone i showed my nails too all said that i was over charged. Smh I don’t mind blowing a whole check on my nails. Being in the beauty industry i understand a artist charging for their work if it’s up to par. but honey they better look like what i spent...but in this case they don’t! Won’t be coming back or recommending this place. Ben was the artist. Ethan’s nail spa is now my go to spot.

This is my favorite nail salon in Pines. The nail techs are very professional and do an excellent job. The salon is very clean and well-kept. Service is exceptional but you need to schedule in advanced because they are usually booked or busy.

After requesting a specific service and told to wait for 10 minutes for someone to take care of me, I waited 30 minutes and then was told no one could help me. The girl at the front nor management did anything to rectify the situation. Have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. My best advice is find another salon who will be transparent and go the extra mile for customer service.

Absolutely would and do recommend this Nail Salon to everyone. Staff is amazing and salon is very clean. Sharlyn is completely skilled at what she does and is great. Its a must to come here!

I gave them a second chance and even though I have been to this nail salon 2 times and I have never been satisfied.I wanted to like this salon because it is conveniently located for me and really beautiful inside BUT... this place is filled with rude and inexperienced staff who rush, inconsistent pricing, and poor customer service!Both times I had gotten the same service (tips with dip powder) and the price was $15 off of what it was the last time. HmmmThe woman doing my nails was annoyed that I wanted a different shape and not just traditional square. They came out uneven and clearly not done correctly but I just wanted to leave after the awkward experienceI have had my tips on for 4 days I am missing 3 nails...This had happened to me the last time I got my nails done too where I lost 2 nails within a week and to make it worse when I had came back to ask for 2 repairs, they charged me $10!!! I can understand $3 a nail but $5 per nail? That’s nuts for them coming off not even a week later!!I will definitely be taking my business to a salon with more experienced nail technicians that don’t make me feel annoying and with guarantee that my manicure will last more than a few days.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Clean, well attended, great customer service

Got a beautiful design and was in love with my nails, however, I got them on for a week (Acrylic nails with gel topcoat and jewels), spent $90 on them, and they mess up within 3 days of me having them on! I had nice jewels on some nails, now they’re naked! And then 4 days later, a whole nail falls off. I don’t do much to require them to fall off so fast, and other salons i go to I could last to about a month! This is ridiculous. However, this place gives THE BEST pedicures and my gel toes last a good month. Wish I could say the same about my hands.

I drive all the way from Miami to come here. Clean, professional, and talented nail technicians! Worth the drive to have beautiful nails 💅🏻

WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! I’ve never rated anything before but this experience was so bad that I had to relay it. Do not waste your time or money on this salon. They call themselves a nail salon but don’t have the proper materials or technicians to perform their services. Absolutely a 0 out of 5! I tried giving this 0 stars but it won’t let me post unless I give it at least 1 Star.

Honestly the nail techs arent bad but they definitely are not the best but my big issue here is their timing... Ive made appointments every single time, been on time and every single time Ive had to wait at least 15 minutes. Once i even had to leave because they had me waiting 30 minutes for my appointment and i was going to be late to work.. I wish i could say Im going to be back but its really one of my biggest pet peeves to have to wait after you make an APPOINTMENT, if youre not going to honor them just dont make them.

Love coming here even though I had to wait 25 minutes for my technician Frances. She does a wonderful job with mani/pedi. Only problem I had today was that I wasnt told that if I dont have my feet filed manually, it costs an extra $5 with rotary instrument. :(

I came in for a polish change and i asked how long it would take and the receptionist said just a few mins i said ok and waited for 40 min and still nothing i asked again and they said whenever someone is available they can assist you. I didn’t understand why they would say just a few minutes and i wasted 40 minutes just sitting there. If the 2 receptionist had said we’re busy and don’t have availability then they would have a better image. Very bad service not smart with their clients at all.

Just left this place and unfortunately Im not pleased. Although I love my nails and the guy who did them Peter was great and friendly I felt rushed. It was overpriced. I can go to my usual place (Toi Spa) and pay a bit less and at least get a massage and some lotion. The guy that did my feet seemed like he was forced to step in. I went with a friend and I was not even seated with her after I asked. I was given a lousy excuse so I just kept my mouth shut. I am a quiet customer dont like to complain just so I dont get treated differently or even at a restaurant because I fear anyone spitting in my food. I def will not be going back. Dont listen to what they say on their IG where they say walk ins welcome...SCHEDULE your appointment or else u will get treated poorly. My friend got the girl I wish I wouldve gotten maybe I wouldve left with a better experience.

Used to love coming here but it has gone downhill with the new management. I’ve waited for my nail technician many times but today topped it. The receptionist failed to inform my technician that her appointment arrived. I waited over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. The managers were both extremely inconsiderate. After having to ask they offered a 10% discount on next visit. Ridiculous!

I went there to get my nails done with a design. The guy peter did an amazing job.The other time I got a pedicure and the lady asked me if I wanted some kinda oil or I dont know what.. i couldnt really understand her. When i went to pay she charged me extra for that. I always hear that they add things when you go to a nailsalon. This was the first for me.I would probably go back to get a design on my nails but not for other service

Very clean and great customer service! The salon is well laid out and organized, and its beautiful. To top it off, the pedicure was amazing!!!! Great attention to detail.

I usually come here to get my nails done since its close to my job. As the tech was taking off my dip polish with the machine, he was either not paying attention or had the speed on too fast and it ripped a piece of my flesh from my finger. The pain and throbbing afterwards was HORRIBLE. Not only did it burn, but also BLED. He tried fixing it but there is no EXCUSE for having a piece of finger cut off from this. Even after this happened, he only took 20% off from my bill and I still had to pay. Never coming back here again. I am not a confrontational person and I really didnt want to make a scene but this is unacceptable. Now I have to make sure the wound on my finger doesnt get infected and care for it. This completely ruined my labor day weekend. 👎👎👎👎👎

Loved the decór and the service. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed with a smile. I was offered a beverage while waiting for my appointment time. Nyny was great. I highly recommend her and the Polished Nail Bar to those seeking an exceptional experience during some quality me time.

Customer service is horrible. To begin I called before coming in for myself and three other people the girl on the phone told us to come in they would still be able to see us all. I said perfect we’re on our way. This place closes at 6:00pm on a Saturday I came in at 4:00pm and when I get there the girl at the front desk tells me and the other 3 girls that their is going to be a 30 minute wait since we didn’t make an appointment I said ok I understood because they told me I would still be seen since I came at the time they told me to. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area to then have the same girl at the front tell me that now I can’t can’t be seen because they’re running behind and need to close at 6:00pm. How do you tell someone your going to be able to see them, make then wait almost an hour and then come back and say no never mind because we’re all trying to leave at 6:00pm. They have no customer service skills, the girls are rude, have attitude and they’re just all over the place. The prices are ridiculously over priced I’m sorry but that is so unprofessional. This was my first time coming to this nail salon and will deffinetly be my last.

I absolutely love the nail technician! The only down fall is appointment confirmation and cancellation. Dont try to walk in either you will be waiting forever. Disappointed my appointment was canceled after I was late 10 min ( as a courtesy I wished they would of called or accommodated me). Customer service is key!

No rush just perfect taking their time with the nails. Im a very patient person and I know Im getting the moneys worth. I have nothing to worry about when I get my nails done here. Never need to go any else.

Horrible service and business practices. I paid (overpaid) for gel nails and polish. Within 7 days the polish was peeling! I was out of town and could not get back until the 7th day. The owner Mimi Pham told me they had to charge me $25 for a polish change even though their work did not last as it should have. She gave no consideration to the fact that I had to spend valuable time to have redone what should have been done right the first time. This was my first time there and I told her that. Apparently the $25 was worth more than standing behind your work and gaining a new client. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEIR OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY SERVICE. I wish I could give zero stars.

Overpriced

I had a really amazing experience at Polished! I saw them on instagram and decided to check them out, I can tell you one thing their service is amazing. Very friendly I came on really un busy moment and I was attended right away. They are usually busy but I love coming on my week days. I always come in as a walk in and they always accomodate me . I live so close to this place so its very conviniece. Sandra is GREAT!!!

My sister-in-law referred me to this salon. She gets her mani and pedi here every time she comes down from TN. I tried it for the first time almost two weeks ago and I was extremely pleased. Im super picky about my nails, but I have to say that Maria did a great job. The owner was very attentive and offered me a glass of wine. It was a beautiful place, classy and up-to-date. They even lined the foot bowl before they filled them for your pedicure. I had a pedicure and full mani with gel polish. Almost two weeks later, my nails still look great. I am definitely going back. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

So I have gone to this nail salon twice. I must say that it is very clean and my nails came out beautiful. That being said, I will probably not be returning to this establishment. Both times I have gone my nail technicians spoke not a word of English. This last time I went I told the technician that the water was too hot for my pedicure and she had no idea what I was saying. The technician next to her also didnt speak English so the woman getting her nails done next to me had to translate. If you work in a service industry I believe you should be able to at least speak and understand phrases that are pertinent to your job. In this instant knowing words like cut my nails please and the water is too hot would be awfully helpful. To make matters worse my mani/pedi took over 2 hours!!!! I like attention to detail but my nail tech was sooooo slow. It felt like it was the first time she ever did nails. Overall, if you speak Spanish I would recommend this place. If you dont, find another salon!!!

This was my first time here and I WILL NEVER EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE the best gel mani and pedi I have ever gotten!!! My nail tech is amazing at what she does; she genuinely cares about her customers!!! Not impressed. Got a standard pedi. No massage. 5 people standing behind the counter and not one would acknowledge me standing there trying to pay. Unable to include tip while paying, they instruct you to go outside to some atm to get cash.

This was my third time at polished and it just keeps on getting better they take their time as well.my nail texh os charlene and i love her.
