OBSESSED is an understatement. It’s hard to find someone who actually does a good job with ombré nails so I’m happy I found Jack to do it for me. He always does a super good job and is a complete perfectionist.

Everytime I come here, they put me in a bad mood. The manager is soo ride and condescending. What happened to customer service. He charging alot more than places that a produce better nail results, the wait time is ridiculous and the staffs attitude is horrendous. This is all from someone who never writes reviews!!!

The nail art I got was excellent, and I showed a picture and got exactly what I wanted. These are the best nails Ive gotten. Im thrilled. This place is my new go-to!

The service was great! I came in for a toe nail polish change because I was in a rush, but the nail tech said that she could fit in a full pedicure. She got me out in a timely manner, was friendly and did an awesome job! My only complaint is that she used the callus remover file without even asking me (it causes more damage to your foot that repair)The place is beautiful. Very on brand with the name. This was my second time coming and I love that they keep a good amount of techs working to help minimize wait time. I just couldn’t understand why I had to pay $25 additional for gel nail polish! If that upcharge was a bit more reasonable, I probably would’ve given a 5 star review.

These technicians have talent, and always make sure i leave there with my nails looking their best. Never have issues with my nails popping off, always great quality to include the products they use, and I always get exactly what I ask for. I wont go anywhere else. I have had the same set for over 6 months. I get repairs here and there, but wow! I simply refuse to go ANYWHERE else.

Nice environment to relax. The only bad point I would say was i haven’t been proposed any drink during the 45 min waiting before being taken care of while my neighbor did. But the lady who did my nails was so sweet that she made me forget about it and look after me well.I will definitely go back and recommend it.

Up on entering I was greeted with a friendly young lady at the desk. Then a guy came ask how he could help. And then gave me Q to do my nails I explain to him what happen. And told him I would like something really nice . And oh my God he did the Dan thing I so love my nails. Thank you Q

Very professional staff and beautiful, classy decor. They know what it means to do customer service right. Staff makes you feel like you’re the only customer that matters, full attention and pamper you to your every need. Every salon should be replicating their service style. Good evening,I just wanted to express my recent experience at your location. Although, your facility is very welcoming and beautiful, I wasnt impressed with the service provided by the nail tech, Mimi.For one, she wasnt welcoming at all. I felt rushed in selecting my color. Once, she got started she convinced me to get a gel manicure, which I agreed. During the process she was rough in cutting my cuticles, both hands and toes. I bled from one of my fingers. She made my inner corner toes hurt. When applying the gel polish, she pulled the UV light machine away before the time was up. I received no massage on my feet or hands, despite what the brochure states. I didnt feel relax at all.I was looking forward to being pampered. On several occasions, I passed your store telling myself that one day I will have to come and schedule an appointment. I was really disappointed with my experience. I dont live close by and was looking forward to my appointment. I read the Google reviews, and read that someone else had the same experience. Please take my feedback as away to properly train your staff, in particularly my assigned nail tech.Thank you for your time.

Anna was my nail tech and she was fantastic. She asked me what I wanted how I wanted them to look and even gave an honest opinion. I love how my nails came out I love the quality of work she did and help professional she was I cant wait to go back.

I absolutely love this place. The people here are super nice and friendly & The prices are very reasonable. They serve wine, soda, coffee ... etc and its at no extra charge. I really do feel like Im at a spa when Im here and they make sure to make you feel super comfortable. On top of that my nails come out perfect every time. And if I mess up a nail all I have to do is come back and theyll fix it. I noticed they are always willing to help.For instance, I was getting my nails done one time and this lady walked in and asked for the owner. He walked up to her and she handed him her glasses and he fixed them. I asked him was she a customer he said no she came in one day and asked if I can help her with her glasses... she just needed a quick fix. He didnt ask for no money or anything. I thought that was very nice of him.All in all this place has value, morals, respect and great nail technicians who do awesome work. Ive been coming her for the past 2 years and Ive seen it ALL!I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get there nails done and relax at the same time.

If you want your cuticles to be sore, bloody, and damaged then this is the perfect place for you. My fingers have been in so much pain the past few days. While doing my nails, the tech used the machine over my cuticles and I pulled back my hand because it hurt and told her to be more careful and she still kept running them over with the machine. At the end, a few of my fingers were bleeding and she didnt even say sorry just put some sort of aloe gel on those fingers like this is normal to her. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I really liked this salon. But keep in mind they are BUSY. They will fit you in for basic services with no issue. But I was told if you want anything special (nail designs), youll need to book in advance. On my first visit here, I wanted a design for my birthday vaca. I did not realize it was a difficult design. I opted for a different ombre look and was unfortunately disappointed in how they came out. The customer service was really great and the manager, Nancy, put in the time to help rectify the situation. I will be coming back in the future

Mimi is here so thats what makes this the best nail salon in Broward County. Been coming Mimi since 2003. If you want the best pedi of your LIFE, COME HERE TO MiMi. I cant vouch for anybody else except her. They are also clean, take temperatures, make you wash your hands, use liners in the pedi bath tub, etc. Ritz has an awesome atmosphere and ambiance as well, but go to Mimi and you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Ritz for over 3 years now and I couldn’t be more content with their services. From time to time I get my nails done with my girlfriends at their nail salons and there’s nothing to compare!! The professionalism and great quality as well as service at Ritz is UNMATCHED! You are treated so nicely and are given so much attention from the moment you walk in and everyone there is so talented. They offer you wine, water, and sodas which I think is so nice. Whenever I go I feel so pampered and looked after. I recently started following their instagram and wow!!! I usually just get plain solid colors but their nail art is incredible! They do all kinds of ombres, glitters, designs, shapes, and they have like a million and one different colors for dip, gel, acrylic, and regular polish. My favorite nail tech is Kim because she always takes her time to make your nails however YOU want them and they always come out amazing. They also take more covid precautions than any business I’ve ever been to and i’m LIVING for it. They take your temperature as soon as you walk in and leave a seat of space between you and the person next to you. There’s also those acrylic divider things between you and your nail tech as well as to your sides. The place is so pretty and beautifully decorated and the owner is so nice. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done, this is THE place. 11/10 recommend!!!

First, the salon is beautiful. True (the receptionist) was professional and very helpful.I setup a mani pedi appointment for my mother-in-law. Yvonne was the technician. My mother-in-law was happy with the technician, mani pedi process, and the nail color. Were coming back and would recommend this salon to others.

Lam is extremely rude doesnt know how to treat customers and doesnt even do ANY type of designs. Manager litterly shrugged me off. I was waiting 30 min after my scheduled apt for lam and no one said he couldnt do designs. If that was the case I would have gone else where. So disappointed with this place.

Never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Very Clean, you get temperature check before entry, social distance, no one is seating close to you while your getting your nails done and very clean. So whoever is afraid but at the same time wants to go get their nails done go to Ritz, it’s pretty much the safest nail salon I’ve been too so far! 👌🏽

I walked in he was on the phone, so he started talking to both of us..he asked me what do I need, I started telling him while he was still talking on the phone, then he told the young lady to help me so I ask him if she can do my eyebrows also .. he then finished the phone call and told me no because she have a customer in 15 min. So said to him I was trying to talk to you but you were on the phone. He than got upset and told the young lady to go to the back. I said she was going to do my mani and pedi in 15 minutes? I also express that I would like to work with one person for everything so I dont have to tip 3 different people. He said you can only do one or two things so I said mani and pedi, then he said let me call her client and see what time theyre are coming. He then told the customer to come in 15 mins early and then told me that he cannot take me because the client is coming. I said you just told her to come 15 minutes early. I was socked then I said you know I am a regular customer. He said I know. I then told him thank you and walked out. Thats a perfect example of not valuing your customers. I will never give than my business again. Poor customer service..

I must say being my 1st visit thanks to my cousin will definitely not be my last. Service was on point and the treatment was fantastic. I had an appointment for a pedicure deluxe however I had a nail issue and gel polish and although we got there an hour before closing they treated us without rushing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My friend does her nails here I complemented her and made an appointment. I get there with my 4 yr old and let them know that she too will be painting her nails. I was told “no there is no availability” with an attitude by someone named Nicole I think, started with an N. Mind u, I have an appointment and it literally takes 5 min to paint her tiny nails. Then, they refuse to let my daughter sit next to me because of social distancing & she is expected to sit in the waiting area. The ENTIRE row I was to be seated at was EMPTY!!! This place is ridiculous. So many rules and while I was waiting I noticed the employees weren’t even washing their hands when switching to another customer.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! With everything going on during Covid I’ve been nervous about going out to salons, but they made it a great experience. Everyone is wearing masks, checking temperatures at the door, opening doors for you, making you wash your hands before you touch anything. Very clean environment. Cindy did my pedicure and she was just so sweet! I had been growing out my brows and saw another girl get a brow tint so I had Cindy do a wax and tint for me and wow did she bring my brows back to life! LOL Definitely going to be going to this salon whenever I am in town! Beautiful salon and great services that weren’t overpriced!

My first time getting serviced by Ritz spa . I got my manicure from Nancy she’s very good . Vita did an excellent job with my pedi. I will definitely be back again. I wish they would have specials though My hands was $50 and my feet was $55 sounds a lot but at least you get what you paid for .

I enjoyed having Lam for my mani/pedi! It was clear he pays attention to detail and my nails turned out great. Also, he was friendly and easy to talk! Ritz itself is a well kept and clean establishment.

They are super great. Even when I had a bad nail tech they apologized, redid my nails, and didnt charge. Aside from that one person, which they let go, I always have amazing nails. Just make sure to make an appointment ahead of time since theyre super busy.

This is the second time I’ve gone there where they told me it would be a 45 minute wait and said they would call me when my appointment was ready so I could go to one of the neighboring stores to eat. Neither time did they call me and tell me they were ready for me. I went back after 50 minutes of waiting at the nearby burgerfi for them to tell me I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes to see if an appointment would show up. If not then they could help me. They should have told me that before having me wait 45 minutes. Then when I told the manager I wish they had told me 45 minutes earlier he insinuated I had not been there 45 minutes earlier even though my name and time were clearly written on the sign in sheet. They were not that busy, they are just severely understaffed. Don’t go here, unprofessional and no consideration for their customer’s time.

This place is classy yet comfortable. I have been coming to this salon since they opened and my experience has always been nothing less than pleasant. The staff is always attentive and the reviews that state the owner is rude are simply over-exagerated. I know the owner, True, from the previous salon he was at and I have never witnessed him be rude or inappropriate with any client, walk-in or not! His motto is to think guest/client first and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone leaves happy. If there is an issue, rest assured, he will address it. Even after the client leaves. Give them a try, I guarantee you wont be disappointed. But if you ever are, they will absolutely make it right if you speak up!

I’ve been to Ritz a few times and I’ve always received the best service! It’s always best to book an appointment because they’re always booked. They’re service is amazing. So far, I’ve received service from Billy and Rita. They both were precise and attentive to detail.

I went in yesterday personally was not happy. I came in with a few of my friends and they took other customers that walked in after us with no appointment. After sitting there for 35 minutes and friends were already getting assisted and I was still sitting there waiting. When you go get you nails done your supposed to enjoy the experience by the time I sat down to get what I wanted it was rushed and I was over charged for the service I got. I get my nails done frequently enough to know what I want and I usually only pay $35 at most with color. They charged me $60 for my nails that were poorly done and on top of that they cut all of my fingers. The lady that was taking care of me kept getting up to give change to the front desk. My opinion is to take your money else where and go to another place where they will treat you like a customer. Definitely will never go back!

Its so difficult finding nail spas that pay attention to detail, are sanitary, and offer an AMAZING glass of wine!I came in earlier in the week to get a pedicure and was surprised they were able to get me in same day. I had been hearing great things about this spa but was still stuck in my old ways. Therefore it took me a while to come in and experience a treatment from the very skilled techs here. Needless to say I wasnt disappointed.First off a major plus about this place is them having the waiting area completely separated off from where you will receive services. The plaza they are located in can get busy and it feels nice to decompress from the hustle bustle going on outside. Theres also a ton of seating while your waiting with oversized comfy pillows.When you walk in the white walls and decor put you in the zen mode necessary for relaxation. The chairs are comfy and they have TVs playing travel channels or music for your white noise enjoyment (if your all by yourself theyll give you the remote ).Another point I want to point out is that Ritz will take in any condition and put you in tip top shape by the time you leave. With runners feet my nails break easily and skin falls off. I had one nail completely missing and they were able to mimic a nail to look as if it were there. My tech also shaved off all the excess skin to prevent it from tearing and falling off again.The last key point I want to point out is that each person has a fresh pedicure kit. A few deal breakers for myself, and probably most people, at any business establishment is service, quality, and any signs of being unsanitary. With that being said Ritz hit every single one of these key details out of the park.Again thank you for the incredible services you offer to me and my daughter!

Unprofessional. It is unfortunate yet common in this city for talent to be overshadowed by arrogance and a sense of they are doing you a favor. The glitz its completely fogged by the pedantic and innapropiate attitude of the staff and its owner. To the point where one feels quiet uncomfortable in an environment where one should feel relaxed and pampered. Specially considering the $$.

Chipped my Nexagen dip powder manicure and had it repaired - no cost, no problem! Excellent service. I was helped by Vita today. She also gave me a new topcoat as some of my nails had gotten a bit hazy. Ritz nails is not close to my home as I live in Hollywood, but I am in the area sometimes. Im glad that I received the recommendation to go there. Will go out of my way to keep getting my nails done there.

My manicurist Fernanda always has time for me, I love the way she do my mani and pedi, very polite smiling and very careful with my hands and feet. Place is beautiful, relaxing and clean. The only problem was the girl that answered the phone to make appointment or cancel,the same girl was at my appointment day and I say: Good morning and no answer, she sas at the phone so I said again: good morning, nothing and finally said to her : excuse me I said twice to you good morning and you didnt answer.. Something I work at the front desk and youre the first impression as a costumer and for the business.

True is the Owner and is an excellent nail technician with years of experience. Never has he been rude to me or any other customer since Ive been going there, which is almost a year now. Place is clean and so many polishes to choose from, it will make your head spin! I have had halographic chrome ombre from True and have gotten a million compliments. I have looked at other nail technicians work and they are all amazing! Same prices as other salons as well. Only downside is the plaza. Lots of traffic in and out. And Beca the receptionist is super sweet to everyone! Other people giving bad reviews need to stop being so damn sensitive!! Give me a break! That place is like a family. They all love and respect one another and it shows in the way they treat their clients. Top Notch place. Beautifully decorated too.

Indira gets an B for effort but the whole place is overrated and expensive for no reason.I saw the advertisement on Instagram and made an appointment with Kim. At 3:55 I was told shes running late and shell be able to take me at 4:30. I got there and someone else had to take me bc she was still busy. That was fine. I waited patiently and indira did my dipped nails. I expected her to soak my nails, clean up my cuticles or something but a simple manicure was extra $$. Someone offered me wine for the first time an hour into my appointment 😒 it was $65 dollars for a good pedicure but not the best manicure. I drove 30 minutes to get there and was extremely disappointed. I think they use filters when they take their Instagram photos bc my nails dont look that great. Not at all like the ones I see online. Maybe its my hands? All I know is I wish I could undo my nails and go to my regular place..
