Ive had 2 bad experiences with your company. 1st one waited over 2hrs after appt. With 2children for them not to be able to do taxes and then had to drive to other location to get done. This year I made appt again at Brady st location for me to sit outside for 20min and then I called to figure out what was going on for them to tell me location closed and didnt even call to tell me anything.i had to drive to locust location just to be sitting there for 3hrs before getting taxes done and totals did not even come close to last yrs refund and not much had changed from last yrs refund and still payed 900 dollars for them to be done. Very poor customer service and poor service which is causing me to not try again another year
