The initial meeting was great and they got me in quickly back in June of 2017. The manager talked about having great communication throughout the year and tax season. He also let me know about how much it was going to cost me. Come January then February I had not heard a word sice my initial visit in June. I elected to do my taxes online by myself. (Very easy). I finally got a call yesterday, the last week of March, asking to turn my stuff into them. What stuff? I already got my federal and state return back. I would never let a company that blatantly lies to my face handle my money. I will not use or recommend them to anyone!
