I do not recommend this tax service. They did not calculate my taxes property and they had to be redone. I was in the process of buying a home and my lender would not accept their work because it was not correct. I almost lost the home. I never knew how important competent tax preparation can be. They also charged me nearly twice the cost I was quoted. They would not release my taxes unless I paid. I filed a complain with the IRS and the Iowa attorney general. I am a Soldier stationed at Rock Island Arsenal. I also spoke with an attorney on the installation because of the situation with my pending home purchase. These guys are not professionals in my view. Be very carefully. They would not take debit or credit card. I was told to pay in cash.
