Do NOT use their services. Poor attention to detail. They asked if I received any stimulus checks and i told them yes and the amount I received. They did not record it correctly and to my surprise my actual refund was significantly less than what they calculated. They made a significant error. JIM, Yes, you are correct I received what I was owed based on what I received from the stimulus. JIM, in response to my review, you are missing the issue. At the Davenport office, I informed the tax preparer of the amount of the stimulus I received. I trusted your calculations and had promised to use my refund to pay a bill based on your calculation. Yes, you are correct I received what I was owed. I paid your company for an accurate filing and that did not happen. I will never do business with this company nor do I recommend anyone having tbeir taxes done here.

Terrible terrible service. My boyfriend brought his paperwork here, they price quoted $75. They called him back, with his earnings, and told him they had to double the price. He questioned it, and they advised they would honor the $75 he was quoted, and hung up the phone. They then called back within a few minutes and were very rude, just to tell him he had to pay double after telling him they would honor the previous quote. He said no thank you and that he would take it somewhere else. they told him to come get his paperwork, but when he arrived they would not give him his paperwork back without payment. Would not recommend.
