This salon really cares about nail health, and it shows! This is the only salon that I have been able to get dip manicures repetitively at without my nails becoming thin and brittle. I always call ahead to make an appointment or to check availability. They are so sweet!

Im not great at taking photos, but the cat eye polish is amazing. It reminds me of blown glass. Nick did my shape and color, and hes just great!

I absolutely love love thus place. Amazing staff and they always work with my busy schedule. I was in today for nails and a pedi and they went above and beyond like always on thus busy Sunday. ♥️♥️♥️

I called at 1:19 and made a 2 appointment. When I get there at 2 they said they don’t have me down. I even showed the lady in my phone where I called. Said it will be a 30 minute wait. No thank you. I will not go back there again. That made no sense in me calling.

Staff was very friendly, did a great job on my nails, and good prices. However, when they were doing my cuticles, it seemed to be very careless. Multiple cuts on my fingers, even got pretty bad infections and had to go to the doctor to be put on medication and it’s still not getting better :( I would recommend this place, but ask them to be gentle when it comes to cuticles.

I have been going here for years and Lynn always does my pedicure. Ishe is fantastic and I have been greeted warmly when ever I go in. I highly recommend Pretty Nails. Yes they are hard to understand, try listening more

They were rude to more than one person( me included) they laughed at the nails I was wearing before I came in to take them off. And was making fun of a woman that was only trying to help them in the long run. I get my nails done pretty often and they are out right rude. Definitely do not recommend coming here.KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Nails look pretty but after waiting an hour (was told a half hour) I felt rushed through and I still have rough feet. To be fair I do walk everywhere but salons usually fix my feet thoroughly.

I have loved this place for years. Love the message chairs. They always do a perfect job on the toes and fingers.Very clean place. Love the new floors and chairs.Sometimes the language barrier makes it hard to communicate but they do all just fine.

Had a manicure & pedicure done today. It was the most wonderful experience Ive had in a long time. They were so sweet & kind. I am an elderly person who needs help maneuvering around. They took their time. I will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for a lovely day of pampering.

I dont go very often so I always forget the prices but I dont think they do that bad of a job. The only thing is I can hardly understand them when they ask me questions I think they are still talking to each other.

Best pedicure ever. Sue was so patient and thorough removing my ingrown nails and it was almost perfectly pain free. Good prices and great service 👍

After I left there you couldnt even tell I got a pedicure! Water was cold, didnt do anything to my feet besides take my polish of, clip nails done and repolish, workers were rude. I recently moved to Davenport and am trying to find a pedicure place, definitely not here.

I called in this morning to see if I could do a walk in Mani and they said come on in and they did my nails exactly how I wanted they where very nice and sanitized items properly! I’m def going to keep comming back!

I will never bring my $$ here again or refer anyone here. I asked for a fill and they charged me a for a full set, because I wanted regular paint instead of gel. Then laughed directly in my face, spoke badly the whole time and called family members to tell the story. Made me feel 100 percent uncomfortable and unwanted. HORRIBLE costumer service.

It took over 3 hours to get fills and 3 different people to get it done!! New people lately and no one seems to know whats going on.. I will not go back and I have been going there for 10 years!!!

Sorry I never had my nose done here but we did pick up a gift card as a Christmas present for somebody. The people working here seem real nice

Only place I have ever got my nails done at. Super cheap! I only have one lady there do my nails... not too fond of the other ones. Her name is Mihm. Vivian is also great.

Love this place! I have been to many others, this one is the best I have found. People are great. This is my new love, never going anywhere else.

Ive gone to this nail salon for years. I like the way the owner shapes my nails so I always ask for her when I come in. I went in this evening and was told she will not be in until September 12th (almost two weeks away) and was actually asked to come back then. Crazy! There were two other nail technicians in the salon at the time (not a single customer). One tech is on his phone texting and the other tech is watching tv. Neither of them even looked up. I said I was fine with one of the other technicians doing my nails. I was actually told NO and I should come back when the owner is back in the salon!!! WTF! I will never go back to this place again!! They obviously were more interested in their phone and tv rather than take care of the customers! Unbelievably unprofessional and extremely RUDE!

I have been coming here for 20 years, great prices and wonderful service, Ive tried a couple other places when friends invite me but ALWAYS come back to Pretty Nails. I highly recommend!!!

Not happy at all! Costumer service was so bad after the 4th time I was done, the last visit was ridiculous, my nail tech on the 4th visit was extremely rude and decided to look through my wallet and demand more tip! Who does that?? I tipped her well other times and plus if im not satisfied your lucky enough to get anything at all!!!! really rude nail tech, they must think we are stupid cause we dont know the language they speak but I know they were saying rude things. So for those of you wondering about this place, the first time they are nice but then after they just want the money and quality of work not good so I recommend not coming here!!!
