Here you have a supposedly not for profit organization that cares about kids and families however they exclude members from two Rivers YMCA over a Moline to use their membership at the Davenport ymca.

Why is this still in google map and potentialy miss guide people? It has moved somewhere else a while ago.

Ive noticed that masks arent being enforced and shields arent being used during lessons....seems youre more concerned with money than safety....yikes

Beth Blys classes are the best here. Wish they would do some updating and bring back more activities for children over 7 like they used too. I am not able to have my daughter go anywhere but follow me around. Needs some updates. My kids love running around in the upstairs kids gym.

Poor customer service. Took full amount of money out of bank account while plan was on hold. No notices. Also took money out while closed during pandemic. I disagree with that. Shouldn’t have to pay for something you can’t use. Very unhappy with this and customer service argues

I had tried calling for a week and a half about child care/preschool for my daughter. There is only one person who can give you any information about the child care program. I called and called and never actually got to speak to him. I left voicemails asking him to call me back. He would call me back, about 4:30 every day and leave a voicemail. His last message stated he only had one opening left for my daughters age group. I responded to say I was very interested. I never got a call back or another reach out. A week and a half later I finally got to speak with him just to find the opening had been filled. Horrible customer service. After this experience I would never actually trust YWCA with my child. Totally disappointed with the YWCA of Scott County.

Equipment is really not that bad, a little worn but perfectly functional. Always get a great workout here.

I dont have anything against the center, but this place is pretty depressing.

I was very disappointed with their customer service. I called them to ask if they had CPR classes at the Y, and the lady that I spoke with was extremely rude and snappy with me. My family and I will no longer use their services until their customer service improves.

I found the front desk staff to be very helpful, going the extra mile in orienting me to the building layout. The instructors in the two classes were equally helpful, giving me individualized attention when I struggled.

Its hit or miss. Facilties are a bit outdated and frequently dirty. Management is beyond incompetent which makes getting assistance impossible. But, the members are great and the location makes it worth taking your workout outdoors to enjoy the scenic views of the river.

This is my favorite Y, I love the running track and the cardio rooms and the racquetball too!! It does have dated equipment but that doesnt interfere with my workouts!!

I’m back home on leave and went to the downtown YMCA because it’s close to my families home. I asked if they do a Military discount and they seemed rude and offended that I asked. They proceeded to charge me full price while being caddy about it. The gym has rust everywhere and is extremely hot.

This place is dirty/smelly and run down. The staff are not very friendly.

Love it, ...Yes, it equipment is updated but You can still get a good workout. Great place to spend early mornings :-). Stop by and get ur workout done.

I like this YMCA, but truthfully... It needs torn down and rebuilt. It is simply behind the times.

Its located in the Heart of Downtown Davenport. My favorite YMCA in the area.
