If you are looking for a gym with little communication and want to risk your program getting cut, Triad is the place for you! Any gym that can cut a program, leaving 30-40 young athletes to scramble as seasons are getting ready to start deserves 0 stars. Unfortunately that is not an option. We have been part of several gyms due to relocating, and have never had an experience like this. In the 2 months we have participated in tumbling classes, my 3 year old has had teacher changes at least 3 times, and my 8 year old has had 2. I’m sure someone will respond that “Not everyone is meant for their program”, so if you are looking for little communication, a small gym, constantly rotating coaches, and poor management, Triad might be a good fit for you.
Operating under the business mindset of “if you don’t like how we do things, you can leave,” just goes to prove how little Triad cares about the development and progress of its clients. So, we did just that. We left.
If I could — I’d select no stars.I have never in my experience as a past athlete myself and mother, experienced the level of unprofessionalism that I have witnessed and first-hand experienced with Triad Gym of Davenport. The manager is deceitful and discourteous. I would not recommend anyone to enroll their children at Triad. Worst experience I have ever had—anywhere in the QCA. I had high hopes for this gym and program, I was mistaken.UPDATED TO SHOW RESPONSE TO TRIAD KIDS CAMPUS 7/1/21:It is apparent this is a management issue, however in all responses on social and personal email threads that instead of taking ownership of miscommunication, internal staffing issues, and blantant disrespect to members, your program continues to place blame on others. Be accountable for poor management and communication. The complaints are not cheer program specific. Girls participating on your gymnastics teams were alienated and dropped due to parents being too involved with their athletes. I stand by my review. I have no doubt your company took advanatge of a nearby gym closing, recruited their staff, coaches and members, then pulled this stunt. Shameful and bad business.
