I always take my Hyundai SUV to the dealer for oil changes in case they find anything that needs repair its under warranty, but they had a 2 week wait! So I took it to Express Oil Change in Daphne & they did a fantastic, thorough, and quick job. I really liked that i could drive right up and stay in my car. I was very impressed and pleased that they checked all my lights. They found that the light Illuminating my license plate was out and quickly replaced it. My service technicians name was Ian and he did a great job. I will definitely go back.

Had a wheel bearing going out and didnt know which one. Took it to these guys and Josh there got me squared away with two front Wheel Bearings and a CV Axle service for under $800. Good quality parts and people. Talked to me about the whole thing and was upfront and honest. Would highly recommend these people.

Everywhere else I called about an oil change today and days before needed me to leave my car and come back in a minimum of 3 hours! For an oil change and tire rotation. And no the guys at Express dont get me in and out as fast as normal but only because they were busy, but still I spent an hour or maybe a little less there. They have low prices compared to most of the others as well. Been going for many years and have no reason to not continue for many more. Thanks guys!!

Picked up worse than before $190. I had no limit to fix it. Just fix it. Took it back for additional $300. Wanted me to bring it back for additional $600. JUST WANTED IT FIXED RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH. This is how they treat the elderly. In addition, left it 2 days for their convenience. Had me waiting in the office to pay them 30 minutes until I said I didnt want to wait any longer just to pay them. No excuses.

It took me one hour and 10 minutes to get the oil change. The employees were very nice but only one person was doing the job.

I live in Fairhope but work in Tuscaloosa. These guys made a mistake. They forgot to tighten the drain plug well. I knew it was leaking and intended to call, I did not. When home from work almost two weeks later I stopped by to address my issue.,No problem sir! They took care of it and was overly friendly and apologetic. I wish I would have gotten the man’s name because he was super respectful and professional. A+ group over there! Got my business and referrals for life!Thanks men, well done! Made my day better to check one thing off without a problem.

Not a bad deal for the money either, actually spending the money on all materials that are needed for a oil change adds up to be a little bit under there price here but with adding the time spent doing it yourself it comes out even. Saw the high doors and pulled my Class C (Ford E450) motorhome in for an oil change. No problem! The staff are knowledgeable and work as a team. Wouldnt have known my trans fluid was low or that my air filter was filthy had they not checked for me. Amazingly awesome service.

Went in for an oil change and fluid top off before a road trip up north. After the washer fluid was filled, Michael Mulligan told me that the window washing fluid they use will freeze, they only use all season fluid when a cold snap is predicted in the area. When I explained that this was a significant safety concern for me and asked for the fluid to be replaced, Mr. Mike said no, he refused. I insisted that they at least drain the fluid. Another gentleman stepped in and he had the fluid drained, sent someone across the street to purchase all season fluid and made sure that Mr. Mike filled the car with fluid that would not freeze on my windows. If you plan on possibly taking your car out of the Deep South, make sure you ask for all season washer fluid. And if Mr. Mike says no, insist and wait for Mr. Good Customer Service Man....I did not get his name.

Great service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many of the quick oil change places are not familiar with my older Mercedes (or any Benz or BMW), but these guys knew what they were doing and had the right products in stock!

Quick in and out! They have a crew lead overseeing all service and repairs, and seems knowledgeable. They appreciate their customers. The price is high for oil change, but your paying for convenience.

Great service as always. Asked them to replace my tires but one of the four had been replaced due to a blowout the year earlier. Rather than taking the easy money to replace all 4 tires as I requested they called me to tell me they could get the same brand tires and only replace 3 since the 4th was so new. Can’t beat honesty.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Being a female and going to get work done on your car is hard. Someone is always saying you need something you really don’t. I have never felt that way here. Very professional and kind. And they do the work in a timely manner. And a big shout out to Barry for all of your help! I will definitely be back.

The customer service would be enough for the high rating, but the efficiency and quality of their work is impressive and they do it with a quickness. Very impressed. I highly recommend. So, I went in today to get an oil change in a 2014 Dodge Journey. While the technician was making his checks it turns out I need a new air filter. I see the old one and it’s in rough shape so sure, replace that bad boy. $60 and I’m out without a complaint. As I round the corner I notice the front AC isnt blowing but the back is. I pull back around and explain this to the technician. He pulls me around to a mechanic. They pull it in to check it out while I wait in the waiting area. I’m standing at the door watching and waiting, but no one looks at my car. A mechanic comes out and says my blower motor went out. This seems fishy. I politely say I don’t have time for that today. He retrieves an estimate too the tune of $554. The motor alone is $330+. Also, my AC is mysteriously working now. I call the dealership to get a part price, and the most expensive motor they have is $109. All of this seems a bit shady and I won’t be returning. Oil change was great though... it’s changed, so there’s that.

Literally getting my oil changed as we speak. I thought they were great and I was going to leave a review, like, 5 minutes ago, but I talked myself out of it. Then the guy gave me a water and it pushed me over the edge. First, you don’t even have to get out of your car while they do it. They change oil fast...literally 10 minutes fast, clean your windshield, add air to your tires, check your lights and blinkers and all other fluids and they check the tread on your tires...and give you a bottle of water. Dude...guys...ladies...children...get your oil changed here. I’m for real...you will not regret it. They’re great.

Very knowledgeable staff. I had a ton of questions and the employee took his time to explain things to me. I was nervous that a lot of stuff was going to be needed to get my 2006 Honda Accord up to good condition. I have not kept my car up well.He gave me peace of mind and let me know exactly what needed done. It was not as much as I thought and price was a lot less than I thought! Great experience!!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Express Oil Change. I needed an oil change, my tires rotated, an air filter replaced and I also had a leak in one of my tires. They were able to do all this in a timely manner. After they changed my oil and air filter they moved my truck to a different area to work on my tires. This prevented the person behind from having to wait too long for their oil change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I always always always come here to get my oil changed. As a woman in my 20s, pretty much every other place Ive ever gone to get my oil changed tries to sell me all this unnecessary stuff. My favorite thing about this place is that they JUST give me an oil change. They dont harass me into buying other things or paying for unnecessary services, or try to trick me into getting synthetic oil I dont need. The guys here are so nice and so polite and they make me feel comfortable coming here. I live out of state and so every time I come home I make a point to come here and get my oil changed by these guys. Theyre incredibly quick and I highly recommend this place.

Robert and Mike were the two managers on board when I went in today, and they were spectacular. All I needed was a headlight replaced. They were able to replace it in about 5 minutes and I didnt even leave my car. Mike explained the problem was actually the wiring in the bulb and it would eventually need repair. He said to expect the bulb to go out again soon and when it does, he told me the parts to get and an estimated time and price on the installation; he even said I could just bring in the parts for them to install. This was a great experience considering the last mechanic I brought this same issue to wanted me to replace the entire headlight for $800 and I knew that wasnt the issue; they just wanted a sleazy moneygrab. Ill take the honest, cheap repair every time. These guys have my business for life!

Have used these guys for over 10 years. Do 90% of my cars oil changes. Prices arent the best but the service and staff are great, and typically in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Rip off! So my wife went there in her Audi. They said it was $125 plus tax for a oil change!! She asked for justification for the price. The kid said because of the European oil filter and laughed... so the filter and oil is easily purchased for $30 at any auto parts store without specials Or discounts. Figured we would give it a try but I dont give my money to people that lie. Go to your local parts store first before going here. You could use the money your wasting here on a vacation or a boat with how much they are skimming.

They are wonderful. I had an oil change on my diesel at another business and they used the wrong oil which created problems on a road trip. I brought my car here and they told me that the wrong oil can be disastrous on a car. They changed it again for me and used the recommended oil and filter. I will definitely use them for future maintenance on my car because they believe in doing it right.
