I was thrilled with the actual process of buying my truck, but the service center did me wrong. I had a 7 a.m. appt for a key to be made. At 9 I asked the desk if they knew about how long it would take to finish the key. No one gave me any help. 1015 a.m. the gentleman handed me my key. I had to walk the lot to find my truck. I left a message for the service manager and they did not return my call. I hope I dont need any warranty work because I was not impressed with it. Sorry I had to make this post. I feel like this normally wouldnt happen.
They did what I asked and I like that. I didnt have to come back. Service writer was top notch. Very compassionate he cared about my problem. Smiles look good on faces
Awesome Service. Jason Stanton ( Assistant Service Manager) is Top Notch. Every time I bring in one of our vehicles I look forward to working with Jason. He is a Professional and deserves to be recognized for his customer service! Thanks for all you do and Keep up the Good Work! He has made lifetime customers of my wife and I. That’s what it ALL about Eastern Shore Toyota.
The sign for enter was lit up green. We went in that line and got passed by 5 other cars in the other lane. The people working there didnt care.
Cant ever get anyone on the phone when calling and the call backs never happen when a message is left. Ive been trying to schedule service and get the running boards they owe me since November. Horrible customer service once you purchase the vehicle.
They get it done. 5 stars
Very happy with my experience with these folks
Great, no problems.
I want to say thank you for you whole service department. My parents were in town and their tundra was acting up. They said that they have never had a dealership treat them so well and efficiently. Other dealerships could take a few lessons from how this dealership treats their customers and out of town Toyota owners.
