Never been to a more professional and knowledgeable mechanic EVER!!! I strongly recommend this place!!

I called them today for towing service and they wasted no time getting to me. I waited no longer than 15 minutes. The guy was very helpful and professional.

While driving across county to move, my moms car started leaking oil, due to negligence by an oil changing shop previously. Adrian, went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and my aunt were safe and taken care of. As a fellow tow operator, this means the world to me. Thank you. Great food but a little pricey

Tore up a mercedes blamed it on another company.

I had a problem with the starter & they got it done pronto. Good price, nice people.

I cannot express in words how good these guys are. I had an issue come up with my Volkswagen Rabbit with shaking in the steering the day I needed to travel 5 hours north. Within 2 or so hours they had the car all put back together and completely resolved the issue. After only explaining what the problem was with the car, Robert the owner knew exactly what to look for. These guys are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.Highly Recommend.

These people are amazing!! I have never dealt with such awesome people. My daughters car broke down right outside of Mobile. My daughters roommates dad called Goens to tow her car in. Not only did they tow it but they also fixed it and communicated with me every step of the way. Being several hundred miles away, I thought what have I gotten my self into but when they gave me the total, it was several hundred dollars less than I expected. (Her car is a BMW). Robert and Pete are awesome and believe me you can trust them with all your mechanical needs. Thanks again so much for your great service and professionalism.

We were stuck at a gas station an hour away from Goens at 11 PM at night and we needed a tow 4 hours away. Not only was Dave, the tow driver, punctual, but he was professional, honest & kind. In addition, Goens had the best rate offered for such a long tow. Ill be forever grateful for their service!

Goens Automotive deserves a 10 star rating. The dealership tried to swindle me out of $2000, but I knew they were lying to me. I took the car to Goens, and they knew way more about the issue than the guys at the dealership, fixed everything in a day and saved me $1700. They are as honest as the day is long, and Id highly recommend Goens to everyone in need of a mechanic.
