Ive been living here for 3.5 years and I love it. The staff and residents are friendly. Maintenance has solved every maintenance issue that I have ever had in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and helpful and love my dogs. Ive never had a problem with any of the residents, but then again, I mind my own business. I dont bother people and they dont bother me. I love living here and plan on living here a long time.

I have lived here since 2018 and It is one of the best community in this area! I would highly recommend this community to my friends and family! Maintenance is always professional and timely whenever I need something! Looking forward to re signing my lease in a few months!

For those of you who are looking for a home not an apartment.The Colonnade at Eastern Shore is the GREATEST HOME youll Never want to leave.... Why you ask? The complex is simply Beautiful. The pool area looks like a beach resort!!!!!🥰 and the staff is family.....I give the entire staff 5 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞s

Rebecca is the absolute sweetest . From the moment I walked into the leasing office, she has been so helpful and accommodating with my move to the area. The property feels really safe to me and my apartment is a delight. The other staffs seems to be just as awesome . Can’t wait to continue to see how this unfolds .

The Colonnade is a beautiful community! Always looks nice! The staff is amazing! Shaelah has always gone above and beyond for me! My apartment truly feels like a home! So peaceful and I have a beautiful view! I would highly recommend the Colonnade!

I don’t recommend living here if you have young kids. Especially on the first floor. After 3 weeks living here we are moving because of the bug and noise problem. Roaches (massive), silverfish, and spiders are everywhere. You can hear even the slightest movement from the people above you... so if they have pets you can hear them running around all hours of the night. We knew we wouldn’t be able to live here for our entire lease because we planned on building a home but we were told we’d just pay the next month’s rent to get out of the contract, now we are told there is a $2,000 buy out fee on top of paying 60 days rent. Very unfortunate because the interior of the apartments are beautiful & have nice finishes! They also don’t have a military/disabled veteran discount unless currently active duty which is strange, every other apartment complex we’ve lived in Baldwin county does! Those complexes were booked, now I see why the colonnade was not.

Resident here for about 1 year, went in to talk about possibly renewing my lease. Shaelah was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I am really happy with the experience. The apartment complex is safe, well kept and maintenance are done without delay. I wouldnt hesitate to live here contrary to what some reviews have said ive never had a bad experience.

This is a brand new community and theres nothing like being the first person to live in a beautifully designed space. From the moment I walked into the office I just knew this was the place I was going to call home. JoHannah and Shaelah warmly welcomed me, listened to my needs and showed me around the property. There was no hard sell, and really one wasnt needed. Theyve really got a stunning property to show off. The interiors are gorgeous. Beautiful, plank like, wood look flooring throughout except in the bedroom and office (in the one bedroom) where there is plush carpeting. State of the art appliances, included washer and dryer. It really changes your quality of life. Thats before you take in the external amenities, like the above average fitness center, the dog park, the business center/internet cafe/ conference room, saltwater pool with sun shelf, outdoor room with Uverse, gas grill area, gas fire pit and oh did I mention, available FIBER internet access?! Thats 1000 mbps for those that count. (I do!) I found out about that after signing on the dotted line, heck I would have moved here for the Internet speed alone. They are pet friendly, with a small dog park that is about to get some seating and agility equipment. Ive lived here almost a month now and I have to be honest, it feels like being on vacation. Its just gorgeous. Ive included some pictures I snapped, a couple from my balcony at night. It is exactly as good as it looks.

We lived here for one year up until September of this year, and we LOVED it! The only reason we didn’t stay is because we had to relocate closer to Mobile. The maintenance team is incredible, there were times that they came in to fix issues we had within 10 minutes of putting in a request. By maintenance issues, I mean very minimal things, there was nothing serious that needed fixing. I can’t speak on the newer office staff, but when we moved in Cassie, Lorrie, and Shaelah were amazing. They were all very professional, and worked really fast with us. I’m sure the new staff is amazing as well, as we had no problems moving out. As far as pricing, I think it’s completely reasonable for everything you get. The only minor cons that a few other people have mentioned are the thin walls (we thankfully lived on the third floor, but still heard our neighbors), there were problems with ants and silver fish, and we had consistent minor problems with our A/C; However, the A/C issues were always addressed very quickly. There are always going to be some of kind of issues where you live, but I’m just glad they were so minor here, and the staff always helped with these things. Overall, it’s an amazing complex, and I highly recommend living here!!

I lived here for 2 years and I absolutely loved it. You can’t beat the price for all the amenities, the beautiful interiors, the state of the art appliances, the kind office staff and the maintenance crew was always quick to resolve any maintenance issues. The property is very well kept. It was always very peaceful. I always felt safe. I do believe we had the best internet in Daphne! Especially after Sally, it was up and running very quickly. I should also mention the location couldn’t be beat. It was so convenient to everything. I will truly miss living here and should I ever need an apartment again, I would definitely choose Colonnade at Eastern Shore. I appreciate Shealah, Trista and Rebecca for how well they manage these apartments. You won’t regret choosing this complex as home.

Run, I lived there for 3 years and thought the staff was nice only to find out they are nice as long as you live there. I was shocked to see the management being very rude and very unprofessional. Once you move out even though the apartment was extremely clean No stains on the carpet they pull up the carpet up trying to find a tiny stain on the padding and makes you pay for a whole new carpet . Over $600.00. I am not the only one saying this. My suggestion to you is to do your homework before moving anywhere.

The staff at Colonade was extremely courteous and professional assisting a family member with information on her new residence. The property was super nice and clean. Trista and Shayla were both instrumental in taking care of all our needs. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to reside in Baldwin county!

While living at The Colonnade at Eastern Shore I was treated very well by the front office staff and maintenance crew. They addressed any issues I may have needed within 24-48 hours and routinely would ask if they could do anything for me. The semi gated property was a little added security for me that was appreciated. Along with the front office accepting and holding packages on my behalf. There was an issue with bugs, however take that with a grain of salt. It is the deep South were insects ans snakes live. And on behalf of the complex they would routinely have someone come in and spray. The only other negative is the dog park in the back of the complex where nothing grows. So when it rains its pure mud! My overall experience was a pleasant one and I would certainly recommend living here.

Recommend the Colonnade....IN A HEARTBEAT!!! I never write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I had to. I have lived here since 2017 and I must be blessed to live in a wonderful unit! Yes, Ive heard the people above me and sometimes they are really loud yet when I owned a two story home there were times when I could hear my children upstairs too. My complaint would be something the staff cant control. Not enough parking and the pool being closed on Mondays. My husbands truck was even stolen from our apartment last year. So were around 10 other vehicles in Daphne that night. The police were able to capture pictures from the security cameras here. I have never had a problem with bugs, if something is broken are seems to be working poorly all I do is email or call the office and within minutes or hours (according to the need) someone is there. My granddaughter had just gotten out of the hospital when we noticed our water heater busted. Withing minutes, maintenance was there. The best part, he had compassion and he stayed there until he knew it was safe for her. That meant the world to me! The current staff at Colonnade deserves 5 stars and above. Thank you for your hard work in keeping our grounds clean and maintained.

I had the pleasure of touring this facility. It is truly beautiful. I loved the floor plans they offer and the amenities are fabulous. The kitchens are beautiful with the white counter tops. They also have amazing staff. So pleasant and very knowledgeable. Willing to go the extra mile to answer any and all my questions. Just a great living environment.

The Best Apartment Complex in Baldwin County......When they said, the Colonnade at Eastern Shore is one of a kind apartment community with distinct amenities they werent kidding. The wonderful experience starts with the top notch staff down to the maintenance manager and grounds crew. You couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of people who bend over backwards to accommodate the tenant. The apartments are gorgeous with the light wood floors to the beautiful stainless steel appliances. The pool has cabanas and the work out gym has everything you need for a efficient work out. I am extremely happy and lucky to live here.

At first I loved it here! But I soon realized it was because my building wasn’t quite full yet.Living on the bottom floor was the worst. The walls are so thin and the person above me sounds like they are constantly working out and dragging stuff around at 5am in the morning when I’m trying to sleep. ( I get that people have to go to work but when I say loud it’s like obnoxiously loud.. like the person has lead feet)I can hear the people that live next to me as well, the bedrooms back up to each other.. I’ve had them bang on our bedroom wall intentionally because I suppose our talking was too loud for them at 8pm on a weekend. Not our fault.Their damn dog they own, they let out on their porch every morning around 7am and he barks for about an hour straight.. once again hindering our sleep.Not everyone works in the morning.. some people have evening shifts.. and I think it should always be recognized.Maybe they need better placement of people and families in certain buildings.. instead of trying to constantly stuff people in the apartments.If the pool is closed you can’t use anything within the vicinity.. aka the grill and fire pit area. Which is a major rip off because well, I wouldn’t be paying as high as I am if it weren’t for those amenities!Gate has been broken 75% of the time I’ve lived here and there has been car break ins.As far as other people’s post about bugs.. I’ve had zero! But that may be just my building.Overall I wouldn’t recommend to someone who needs their sleep or wants to use the amenities they pay for... the apartment as a whole is pretty quiet but individually each building it’s different I’m sure.

I dont understand the negative reviews for this place. Aside from a roach issue that was VERY quickly addressed and a mail issue that was the USPS fault, not the apartments, Ive never lived in a better apartment complex (among man I have lived in around the USA). The maintenance staff is SO nice and quick to respond to issues, the grounds are amazingly clean, the pool beautiful, as is the outdoor kitchen and sitting area. Parking has never been an issue at all which it often is, and there is plenty for all tenants to even have more than one car. The front desk staff is amazing, and I cant say enough positive things about the 13 months I lived here. Highly recommend.

Very new and nice updated apartment homes. Wonderful workout room, pool, & appliances. The office staff and the other workers are amazing ! The pet fee is pretty expensive ($450) for one dog . The walls are very thin so if you plan on having sex...... expect a noise complaint!

Walls are thin and cheap. Maintenance lady told us that there were electrical issues that when you turn on a light switch sometimes lights in another apartment come on. Poorly insulated. The bedrooms and closets get cold but the living room/dining/kitchen are warm. They will offer a promotional offer but then say they didnt say that. Very rigid and stiff employees.

The community is just beautiful with so many places to relax. An amazing property with an amazing staff!

I absolutely love this place!!!!! There’s not another apartment complex that gives you this much luxury for the price. I had a maintainence issue after hours and they literally came to fix the problem that night. I expected it to be fixed within the next few days but it wasn’t an hour later Michael ( the service manager) came to fix the problem. Just awesome, thanks guy!!!

I lived in the Colonnade apartments in Daphne from 2018 to 2019. It is managed by Heritage Properties of Madison, MS.The apartments are beautiful and it is a relatively peaceful property. I liked my apartment because it had lots of windows and a nice floor plan but my 1 bedroom was more expensive than my home mortgage.The manager and maintenance staff were very friendly....the leasing agents not so much. The pool is nice but it was usually closed on Mondays (or at least it was the 1st few months after moving in...never experienced that with an apartment). The walls are thin and you can hear people talking in other apartments. Its an AT&T/DirectTV-only community with NO other options.Most importantly - be prepared to pay a lot of money when you have pets. They charged $600 for my 2 animals upon move in and another $500+ at move out to replace the carpet. IMO the carpet only needed to be cleaned (no damage!). But, to preserve my credit score, I have paid them nearly $1,200 for pre and post move pet related fees for essentially approximately 400 sf of carpet. In my opinion the fees are unconscionable and I feel like I was literally robbed!!! I have lived in other apartments with the same pets and never been charged. So, proceed with EXTREME caution and deep pockets!Finally, they have a growing homeless cat population (4+) and are pretty unsympathetic about the situation. I would hope and recommend they contact the local animal organizations to get them humanely trapped. No one likes to see animals uncared for and hungry!!I CANNOT and WILL NOT recommend this apartment community!!

Clean nice area private community but the gates always broken and never get fixed. Then broken again... if us want to stay locked in and be late to work move in here. They will get you fired and expect their rent still. Im going to get out of this jail but other than that absolutely love this place.

Where do I even begin. We moved in with the intention to stay a year-- this very QUICKLY changed thanks to the absolutely horrible property management. If you like dog poop EVERYWHERE, this place is for you. Im talking side walks, stairs, grass, parking lot- EVERYWHERE. When we signed on they claimed they will fine people who do not pick up after their dogs. Well, clearly this is a joke because they clearly did not fine anyone or ever email about the issue. If you like aggressive dog breeds or dogs off leash, this is the place for you. Again, when we signed on there was a list of aggressive dog breeds not allowed on the property...hmmm, so why where their pit bulls,great danes, etc. living there? And why were there dogs running around without leashes? One dog even ran towards us and jumped all over our car causing paint damage to our brand new vehicle and couldve very easily hurt us. SILENCE from management. If you like a non-functioning entrance gate, this place is you for. It was pretty much broken or out of use every other week. The only thing they care about is cashing your check, so dont be fooled by the pretty appearance, there are PLENTY of better options on the eastern shore who will actually put time and care into their properties. Somehow we are expected to not break our contract, even though Colonnade FAILED to uphold any of the things listed on said contract. Im Disgusted.

If you like spiders, ants and roaches this is place for you. If you adore poor construction and craftsmanship, you will love this place. If you enjoy a management staff that prioritizes your issues, wait they dont, you will love it here. We have lived here for 8 months. We have reported numerous issues to the staff. We were given a glorified tour of false promises and information. We were told they installed sound proofing material, what a joke. I can hear everything behind, above and to the side of us. I feel like we are living in a tree house we have seen so many bugs INSIDE OF OUR APARTMENT. Spiders have been insane since day 1....not to mention the day we moved in our apartment was not clean it was covered in construction dust and red clay. Although we moved in 830AM that day NO ONE could be contacted at the office after we got our keys and started moving. I sat in front of the office for two hours waiting for someone. We finally gave in and cleaned while we moved in. Back to the bugs...spiders, roaches and now fire ants. I called this morning to report the issue to the property manager and she said she would call me right back. The ants are in my 7 week old childs room. I never received a call back, I called back several times and even emailed them!!! I spent hours cleaning up ants and vacuuming and they are still coming in. My husband found where they are getting in but they did not even take the time today to look into this. Please note we have spoke to the office every time we had an issue here. There are always excuses and fake apologies. The last thing I want to do is move with an infant but we cannot wait for our lease to be up this fall. Oh by the way, the pool is gorgeous...you will enjoy it being full of children and people that do not live here.

Roaches. Bugs. Dogs constantly barking. Noise (I wake up to other peoples alarms going off at different times because the walls are so thin). Kitchen sink fell through. Staff is nice but seems completely out of the loop with policies and gives different information depending on who you talk to.

IMPROPER SOUND PROOFING - 1ST OR 2ND FLOOR - LOOKOUT !A review that stated employees had left reviews is correct - maybe they love the place or are trying to up the ratings !Location is excellent - Pool is resort style and weight room is nice too. I have not had bug issues, even with no spraying at my choice. The dog poop issue has improved due to DNA poop testing now. Dog park is about the size of a very small backyard. Good for tiny dogs.Maintenance staff is excellent from my experiences. Laminate flooring and improper sound proofing, look out.You can hear every foot step from above over your TV. The lady below me can hear my dog chewing on a bone and he is on an area rug and on a beach towel. If someone walks through the halls talking, its like they are inside with you. If you like to grill, forget it, they have two grills at pool area and after spending $350 on an electric grill which they said was okay, they banned them too. Grounds use to look great, but they put in some cheap died mulch and now it blows and washes all over the place. On the plus side, the appliances are nice and washer & dryer is included. One bedrooms are larger than average and have a bonus office. Ceiling fans work well. On the minus side, sloppy paint, sheet rock work and mis-cut carpeting and no assigned parking per building, so everybodys BF and GF and relatives will take up the front spots. This has not been a big issue lately cause they have so many vacant apartments but still is on weekends somewhat.Gated community: Front gate damaged, took over 3 months to replace, was up for a couple days, and damaged again, so it;s been out around 4 or 5 months now.Good neighbors in my building. If it hadnt of been for the improper sound proofing, I probably would have renewed. Go for a third floor and you should be good on the noise problem.

Its a shame, I got hit with a late payment today, after having appeared to pay with a money order last week. They couldve been courteous enough to accept responsibility and waive the late fee, but NOOOOO.Renters BEWARE!!!!! Its a scam, and the amenities arent so great. No variety in TV/Internet services available....NO CABLE! They dont even deserve a star.

Its so sad that I have to write another Review . My son went to grill today some food and they saw the pool was closed. So they were not intending to swim just wanted to use the grill. No sign saying you cant use grill. They went thru another entrance and proceeded to use the grill . The office worker came out and said to the guys what are you doing . They said we are using the grill only. She said the pool is closed. My son said to her we are not swimming just only wanting to use the grill. She said to them you need to leave NOW in a very RUDE manner, and then ask my son do youIve here whats your apartment number. So he told her . I understand the pool is closed and Im sure my son should have just came back when the pool was open . Its the attitude these people have . Wow they are so rude. The maintenance guy is awesome I dont wanna include him in this review.whats bad is the other guy with my son was interested in possibly getting a one bedroom unit here, but obviously not now .. the owner needs to really focus on customer service here. Its not good .No offense to the maintenance guy he works hard . Our guest bathroom ceiling was cut out over a month ago from a leak in the ceiling . Its yet to be repaired ..YOU should seek other complexes before signing on here @ THE COLONADES .. its been Ceiling Leaks, Pest control Spider issues, and Rude staff ... its sad we pay a lot of money to live here and we have to go thru this .They will respond contact office if we can better serve you . I wont waist my time your words are no good ....I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE :

Front gate didnt work and garbage area was inoperable. Other than that, the place is lovely. Maybe add a childrens playground.

Best apartment complex in the area, and its not even close.

SPIDERS -BUGS - LEAKS. Well where do I begin. I hate to put this review on here but its truth. First of all let me say there is some good employees At this complex, but the only problem is there word is no good . If you bring up a issue with the office staff they will tell you they will take care of it and it never gets taken care of. First the bugs, black widow spiders building webs along the side walk at night, my wife almost stepped right into it a few months back and we have video to prove. The brown widow spiders nested under the pool patio furniture chairs and we have video to prove. The ant issues are horrible. The sweet lady behind me child got bit by ants, not good. The nice guy a few apartments up from me brought his daughter down thinking the child may have gotten spider bit, but and I went down and it was ants all inside the apartment crawling along the counter tops and base inside the home. The Colonades did have a challenged pest company that did not perform a good job, that is not out fault as tentants we pay a lot of money to live here and we should not have to live with these pest issues. I can go on and on .the most talked at the BBQ grills while we are cooking as tentants are the spiders and ant issues. Its embarrassing to have guest over and have spiders active and the webs right over the door as well as inside the home and the pool area . Its un organization on the manager to not be on top of the pest control company they hire. I got fined today because my son left one garbage bag out by the door $25.00 back in July and the bugs were here Way before that one incident and this is August and there is no garbage out and the bugs are still a problem. My neighbor is afraid to sit outside due to the spiders .Its just been going on for too long. I was told when they switched to the new pest company that they would be out to spray, its been 3-weeks ago and they never showed. Once again un organized management . The word is no good . So one other issue is the power bill has been up to $160.00 range past 3-months . I spoke with the office person about it and they said that that sounds high . It was due to A/C leaks for about 3 months . I was told that they would look up what the average bill was and credit me the difference because the office manager knew there were leaks. Once again I still havent heard a word in regards to the adjustment . So again I could go on and on . They need to keep their word. When they say or promise something to us they should keep their word.( I will issue a you tube video soon on the spiders that I had to treat myself around my unit ) COLONADE EASTERN SHORE SPIDERS 2017 video one / breezeway area it will provide the proof of what we had to put up with concerning the spiders. One thing good is the maintenance guy is the best you could ask for . He is always respectful and professional and we appreciate his hard work We also have had a second leak in our bathroom and so tonight we get to listen to a big blue fan to blow out to dry the ceiling. Its not Colonades Fault but it still is another issue that we are dealing with . Not happy . Thanks for reading .
