Really beautiful place to live. I’ve lived in several apartments and this is by far my favorite. Melanie made the application and moving process very smooth and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Melanie and Casey (Cassie)? in the leasing office are the BOMB! They got me approved and moved in within a few days. They really busted butt for us. The apartments and the complex are beautiful and definitely the most value for the money on the Eastern Shore. I will say- when I went for a tour I was not shown anything other than the apartment itself. I saw another review with a similar experience on the initial tour. So i had to sell myself on the amenities and provide myself with extra info. But I am glad we looked past that and moved forward! So far we definitely recommend this complex!

I recently toured this complex and WOW! They have truly thought of everything! So many much wanted amenities, the layout of the complex is really inviting aesthetically and easy to get around. The apartment layout is very spacious yet homey. Loaded with storage and closet spaces the functionality makes it easy to have an inviting space and not look crowded. Granite in the kitchen with decorator cabinetry is a really nice feature. The living area overlooks the screened in patio and provides lots of light in the rooms. Whether you get a 1,2,3 bedroom the price for what ALL you get is a great deal!

I have lived in apartments before but the staff here have been nothing but helpful and accommodating from day one. The amenities are amazing, the neighbors are wonderful and this place is the cleanest I have ever lived.

The upgrades like the granite and crown molding are the finishing touch to beautiful villas. All the outdoor spaces and amenities make it easy to enjoy the entire property! Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place to call home!!

This friday my boyfriend and I went to look at apartments among those apartments we went to Belforest Villas in Daphne, Al. When we arrived to the leasing office for a tour. The lady in the office immediately told us only one person can be in the clubhouse at a time due to COVID, which was fine I understand and wasn’t a problem. So my bf went back in the car. Then me and the lady sat down to ask me questions before the tour. Then we began the tour. She told me Jairon can come back in the club house and I’m like I thought you just said he couldn’t be in here? But I just shrugged it off. So we all began the tour, the lady only showed us the apartment and that’s it. We were not shown the other amenities like the mailboxes, gym, pool, garages, the dog amenities (even though I told her I had a puppy). I felt so discriminated like I would never live here or be comfortable living here. I can only speak for myself not everyone’s experience.

Extraordinary place and management personnel were so friendly, professional, and helpful!

I’m moving in in September and I can’t wait!
