I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arbors By The Bay Apartments. I have been a resident here for a year and the office staff Janna, Tammy and maintenance workers are always polite and efficient. The apartment has been great. I’ve only experienced one A/C issue and it was fixed within the hour I called. That has never happened anywhere else I have lived. I highly recommend this complex :)Thank you so much Arbors By The Bay :)

I have lived here for going on 8 years. This is a wonderful place to live and the staff is very nice and goes out of their way to take care of everything. During COVID they have worked hard to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance guy Brandon works tirelessly to keep the property clean and it would be great if those that are littering would stop. He’s too busy to keep picking up trash behind grown people and kids. The ladies in the office have gone above and beyond keeping us informed and taking care of us and have even brought food trucks for us which is nice and reasonably priced.

Sandra and George Moody though it appropriate to advertise for business on a news story of two Air Force members dying in a plane crash outside of Montgomery AL. Today.After Sending them prayers They included all their business info of Arbors by the Bay..address and all! Such poor taste! Very unprofessional!

This is my second time living here. Im not understanding all the complaints. The office and maintenance staff are both professional and polite. My neighbors keep t0 themselves but speak when passing. Im not sure what more you could ask for? I hardly hear any noise except for whatever small bit i might make occasionally. I feel like there is mutual respect in this community and I also appreciate the office and maintenance staff for addressing my concerns in a timely manner. If this type of environment sounds appealing to you and you would like to contribute to a great community I highly recommend you give this place a shot.

If it was possible to give no stars I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! There was no one present in the office for our move out inspection and upon leaving the apartment we received an email with almost $1,500 due. It’s nearly impossible to contact anyone and the “customer service” they offer is lacking to say the least. Had holes in our apartment ceiling for almost 4 weeks before any repairs were made. Would highly discourage anyone from living here.

I have lived here for over 6 yrs. Even worked here for 2 yrs. Great place for me and my family. Just recently I had a kitchen appliance go out. Zack, maint. man, came by and said I needed a new one. Well, the very next day I came home from work and they were putting it in! Thats service. Ms. Tammy, the Mgr., ordered and got it here quick. Fantastic. Thanks folks

Being notified 3 days before my move in date that I no longer was approved for the apartment after putting down my deposit and my notice at my other place to move was the most stressful thing me and my kids had to endure. I felt mislead and it cost me alot of money trying to find a last minute place for my family! Very unprofessional!

My boyfriend and I love it here. Its clean, not that noisy (typical public area noise), close to everything you need, the maintenance is quick and efficient, and in a good area. This place was my first choice when moving out, and its a blessing that we got it.

About to sign my 4th lease at Arbors. Apartments are clean and new. Maintenance staff is friendly and quick to solve any issue. Office staff is friendly and always helpful. Love the location and the set up of the apartments. Complex is very well maintained and managed.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 5 years now, and although their have been lots of mean comments about this place it is overall a good place to stay It is kid friendly, and they keep the apartments clean. Maintnence service is quick and friendly, and their are rarely any, big issues here. Take it from me arbors is a great place to stay.

Nice apartments, affordable rent, convenient location, too bad the apartments manager Katie Herrin treated me like I didnt deserve to be there. Im a single mom on food stamps but she refused to show me any units until I proved my income was low enough, turning me away in tears. How embarrassing! I later found out she isnt even a resident, she resides in a huge house elsewhere!? Seems like Ive seen this girl dancing in feathers on stage before too. Hopefully the owners response will be replacing her with someone more suitable and less snobby. She is killing Arbors by the Bay.Stacy T.

I do not recommend moving here. Management ladies are completely fake. Maintenance will just come on in and search your apartment with no notice. Ive tried many times to let them know of all the ridiculous noise around the clock, teenagers just hanging out in parking lot at all hours. Neighbors being loud and leaving a trail of trash behind. Kids playing loudly in breezeway. Not a very safe place to live.

This is definitely a con operation. They tack on completely ridiculous fees and keep them coming. Maintenance staff is rude and totally useless! Not to mention management are all complete liars. I am really surprised they have not had a law-suit against them yet. I think they prey on low income families that dont know their rights. Bottom line, HORRIBLE!

Not a bad place. The office ladies have horrible attitudes and really need to tone down how they treat my autistic daughter. So not really a good place either. Seems like the office ladies ruin this place for a lot of people. Not surprising, what do you expect when you have two people that are certain that they are perfect managing an apartment complex. Plus they have no idea how discriminatory they are, especially towards the disabled. I really need to get ahold of that property management company.

I loved living at Arbors By the Bay..Except when I lived below the lady Crystal that wrote the review above. I moved out of the 3 bedroom below her into a 2 bedroom in another building. I was not moved out, I moved out because I couldnt get any peace living below her. She stayed on the balcony on the phone all the time while leaving her 4 small children alone inside the apartment. They would ride scooters, bounce balls, bang on the walls, scream and fight all the time. She stomped around her bedroom, right above the master bedroom, during all hours of the night. At one point we exchanged phone numbers, and I attempted to have a civil relationship with her, but that didnt work. One night it was midnight and she was stomping around and I wasnt feeling well and had to work the next day. I texted her to ask her to please walk softly. She responded by saying that she was tired of me texting her..when I had only done so once before. From what I heard, the person who moved in after me had the same problems with Crystal. Besides this issue, Arbors By the Bay was a great place to live as a single mom. I have looked all over Pensacola for something comparable and you really cannot beat the quality or the price. They do a great job keeping up with the grounds and maintenance requests are fulfilled immediately. All of the employees were great and they did their best to accommodate any and all of my needs as a tenant.

The single worst place to live in Daphne for more reasons than Id like to sit here explaining.

Wished I would have seen these reviews when I moved in. They have a terrible staff. My experience there was quite hellish.

It has gone down hill people hanging in parking lots and buildings loud rowdy noise sad it was a nice place 2 years ago fearful of going to visit alone !!
