Was going when Jessica was there not sure if she quit but the one lady I had twice didnt do a good job I gave her a second chance and now I wont be going back nails to wide left one of my nails pregnant meaning a bump just a bad experience with her. Went to top nails they did a good job

The workers here are very professional, kind, and cooperative. This is the only place I will get my nails done. I leave this place satisfied every time I come here. I highly recommend!

Best nail salon in Danville, they always take their time on doing my nails. They treat each customer with special care.. ask for Jason hes sweet and polite.

I usually have a positive experience here, but never had a manicure done. I normally only get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. The lady who done my nails was agitated by another customers complaints. I am only giving two stars because Jason is so sweet and he tried to fix them the next day, but two days later I was at another salon having to get a full gel set removed and replaced.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a while and lately the service is not the same! I paid $45 for a full set (one nail was crooked and he wanted to say it was my finger even though I don’t have that problem at any other salon). I had a nail break 2 days later over the weekend, not doing anything outside of my usual routine. I returned to repair the nails on Monday and was charged $5 for a nail that isn’t even the same length or shape as the rest... $50 and not a job well done.

Nails not shaped good, the acrylic was to thick, then when polished it really looked terrible. They rushed service on me. Very disappointed!!!!

I’ve lived in Danville all my life and I’ve never been to this Salon and I’m upset I haven’t tried them sooner. Everyone was so friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. My lashes are beautiful and light and my nails are GORGEOUS! Definitely found my new nail salon!

I love this place. My girlfriend and I randomly decided at 7:30 to go get pedicures. We called Pro Nail, and they stayed open an hour and 30 minutes later than their closing time just to do our pedicures. Everyone was so friendly and the shop was super cool! HIGHLY recommend! 😊

Called today (5/26/20) and made an appt for 5pm. The person I spoke with on the phone never said we needed to wear a mask but instead tried to hustle us when we got there and told us we could buy a mask for $3 each. This was in addition to every chair already being occupied so they clearly were not ready for us at 5. The nerve of them thinking they were going to hustle us AND make us wait!!! Extremely poor customer service-DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!

I am currently living in Florida but visiting family in Chatham. I needed a fill-in BAD. I didnt want my nail-tech in Florida to have to deal with a mess of nails when returning home. I decided to go to Pro Nail. I am pleasantly surprised especially since no one in this area is really wearing shaped nails. My whole fill-in PLUS the cateye gel polish was ONLY $35!!! OMG 😂 I would pay at least $10 more for a speciality gel polish like cateye or metallic back home. People in this area need to appreciate how cheap the prices are because I pay on a regular $50 or more a pop for my digits in Florida. I dont remember her name but the older Asian woman did my nails. She was efficient and a sweetheart.

Ladies be aware!!!My friend and I went to Pro nails to have manicures and pedicures. We expected to have a relaxing time, but we were mocked and rushed.I had a lady working on my toenails, the water was way too hot, she started cutting my toenails and she cut my ingrown toenail to close that it made me want to cry. I said that hurt but she kept going. While talking to my friend in the chair beside me I was interrupted by another lady who started doing my fingernails while I was in the chair, she said: this is all of your cuticles. I got the message that she thought I didnt take care of nails. The lady doing my toes put way too much oil on my legs I didnt notice it until we got in the car now oily they were. My friend had this African American lady who was said we were Extra. When asked by my friend to do something the lady became defensive and said: I have 18 yrs exp and I know what Im doing. I was moved to a table where the lady continued on my nails jerking my hands to her.My friends French tips were uneven, her feet were dry and rough, my toe and finger have a cut on them.I would not visit this salon again.

Wonderful, friendly service. I dont need to go home and straighten the edges of my nails for a change. The shellac looks very even on my nails & they did a good job matching the shellac to a polish for my toes. They also do acrylic nails, nail art & waxing. This is the 5th nail salon Ive tried in Danville and it will be the last one. I look forward to my next visit.

The daughter is AMAZING at nails.. everyone is super nice but the reason im giving a 3 star instead of a 5 is because they wouldnt take my diamond nails off to make them match. They didnt even touch them up.. so im a little dissapointed that I have to figure out how to make those two nails match..

I took my daughter to get a full set of nails done by Jason on Saturday. He charged her $45 and her nails came off on Monday. She went back to get him to fix her nails and he said she would have to pay to get another full set. He was very rude and will not be getting any more of our business.

I have been there twice, first time was for full set. Two days after I had them done they started to fall off on my right hand. By the fourth day all were gone. I glued these back on myself. Went in to get filled and fixed, told lady they fell off. However they put no new nails on and that very same day lost two nails. Plus not to mention in one appt I had three different ladies working on my nails. Never again. Waste of mine
