This was my first time at Paradise Nails & Spa. I was very pleased with the service and I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t get name of the guy that did my pedicure but he was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back.

I love this place!! They always take care of me. Will is so professional and did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. He is my go to guy. The owner is awesome and the manager of the place he takes care of business and ensures all the customers are taken care of. Go check them out.

It was very disheartening to waste my gas to go over to the salon and be told that I am unable to get my nails done.This is not the first time I’ve received an horrible experience by this salon. To request the person who normally does your nails only to be pushed off on another manicurist time and time again is unacceptable. The last visit resulted in my nails been redone twice! I most likely won’t be back.

Went there for the 1st time 1 week ago. My nails looked horrible after they did them. I got acrylic set done. They were so uneven lots of indents humps. They werent filed down at the cuticle so they didnt look like my real nails. I went back and they fixed them they were nice about it. But they kept telling me it was because I got matte polish and not shiny. So basically I feel like they try and hide their bad work under shiny polish. Lets fast forward 1 week and 2 nails broke already. The 1st one I was pulling apart paper plates and it broke. The 2nd one I went to scratch and itch on my arm and another one broke. I paid 65 for my nails and my neice got hers painted. Now I have to go get them fixed and will not go back there. Disappointed!!!

I found there customer service to be outstanding. I had just come from another establishment and had received bad customer service. I walked in was greeted and was being seated for my pedicure within 5 minutes.

This is BY FAR my favorite nail salon. I know some people complain about the pricing but my thing is you get what you pay for and QT is the BEST...he’s very pleasant and always makes sure I’m satisfied with my nails ❤️

Awesome experience! First time truly having my nails done and I honestly didnt know the terminology to ask for what I wanted. I was warmly welcomed and G. I. Joe did my nails! He took the time to explain, demonstrate, and give prices for different shapes of nails, different styles of doing them, etc. He did a wonderful job and I am so so happy with the end result. Aside from the actual skill he had, he was also wonderfully pleasant to speak to and I look forward to coming back again.

Hannale is amazing! She is always so helpful and cheerful and really takes her time doing quality work and getting to know the customers. I have been coming here for many years and all of the staff are cheerful and they always do a great job! I highly recommend this salon. Make an appointment and take some time to really enjoy their services when you can.

Had to wait around a hour but well l worth the wait next time I need their service I am willing to go back even if I have to wait they even give you a free glass of wine or a beer or water soda free of charge with full service

I have gone to 3 salons before arriving to paradise Salon.. they screwed my nails but Paradise Salon fixed them.. they are very kind and patient.. love this place. Paradise will be my permanent nail salon 💅

I visited this location yesterday for a pedicure. I was in from out of town and very short on time. I was taken back almost immediately and they were very understanding that I had to be done by a certain time. My nail tech, I really wish I had gotten her name, was super sweet and personable. The decor is beautiful and inviting. Very different from nail salons in my home town. I would highly recommend this place. Hands down best nail experience I have ever received. My toes turned out beautifully :)

Too bad I even have to give one star to leave a review...very pushy in trying to upsell...I told the tech I dont like SNS b/c its too thick and was told whoever done SNS for me b4 didnt know what they were doing..Ill make it look good..ummmm I have a black spot in the powder and instead of him redoing it he just layers on more and ends up messing up the one beside it...two nails now look horrible and not to mention he cut me with his tool twice.he gave me a whopping $5 off

Both Phillip & Superman are great. The only thing that annoys me is their choice of loud music. When youre getting a mani/pedi, it should be a relaxing environment & the boom, boom, boom type music does not promote a calm atmosphere. Smooth jazz would be better.😉

I visit this salon about every 2 weeks and I love them! I have my favorite person who does my nails each time! I get SNS and I think they do a great job.

I visited this salon several years ago and left bc of a long wait. I tried them again today and there was a 30 minute wait, so I stuck it out. Finally had an appointed person to help me and they were rough and actually cut my skin while trimming my toenail for a pedicure. He did not even tell me until there was a stinging sensation and saw a drop of blood because I was cut so deep. NEVER AGAIN....SKIP.....THIS.... ONE!!!

You would think if you came on a day they werent busy you would get the BEST of service but today I went to get a nail repaired and its like they let someone experience on my nail. It hurts and looks terrible. Uneven slanted just sloppy with a bubble at the tip

Just left there about 30 minutes ago. Literally the worst service and French I have ever gotten. My French tip is crooked on almost every finger the guy rushed so fast to do my nails. He was very rude throughout the whole time I was sitting there. Knowing that I am going on vacation, he still rushed and did not care how my nails looked. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

I went in to get gel nails. Simple enough...They looked so bad I asked to speak with the main guy and he looked at them and said “oh no”. He didn’t offer to redo them but did give me my money back. I will not ever be back.

Usually get good treatments but this time by gel only lasted 4 days....should last 2 weeks

I love when Phillip does my nails. However, I was disappointed during my most recent visit because they dont enforce the sign on their door that says you must wear a mask. Several customers didnt have one on. Make no mistake about it, COVID-19 is real & deadly! I understand that the employees want to make money, especially after being out of work for so long, but by allowing ppl into your establishment w/o masks not only endangers your staff, but also customers, many of whom, like myself, who have underlying health conditions. And it is for this reason that if I dont see changes, I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere. Id like to thank Q for listening to my concerns today. Stay safe!

Tried to go for a relaxing pedicure and was constantly trying to be sold on additional services that I did not want or need. The staff was rude when I declined services and I wouldnt recommend if you want to enjoy your pedicure.

Do not go here been trying to get a hold of a manager and nothing !
