Have been going here for close to 10 years. Ladies are professional, accommodating and warm, even with clients who are unnecessarily demanding. My nail tech is 5 stars and awesome. I am a dedicated client, because my nail tech is that good. These ladies work hard and truly are the reason why clients return. 4 stars to owners for.thenreasons below.My wish is for owners to be more focused on materials used for clients...1. Repace towels!They are in desperate need of being replaced as they have seen better days. They are rough, faded, and some shredded. For the prices we pay, youd think clients would get better towels.2. Buy more heating lamps!How can your staff operate on only a few lamps?? Its sad watching your staff looking for available lamps to used between clients. Do not make them pay for their own lamps. These should be supplied by the owner, not the staff.

Unless you want to be treated like TRASH, don’t waste your time going here. My mom and I made and appointment and when we showed up they ignored us. Stared at us multiple times and would not say “Hello” or “Welcome in” or even “Do you have an appointment?” Nope instead we stood there for five minutes as they would constantly glare over at us. So rude. Glad I didn’t spend a penny here and I never will
