I’ve been going here for years & it’s been getting worse every time. Went here to get a fill in & got charged 47 dollars for this basic fill in. Then was told I could not get my nails shaped even a basic square without a ten dollar up charge if you look at my nails their all different widths and shapes then was rude when I didn’t tip after overcharging me & not giving me what I asked for. Shape. Update, I’ve had these for a week & they’re already lifting ab to rip my nails off

Everyone here is awesome, and they are always very kind!! They do a wonderful job, and make sure I am happy with my nails before I leave. 💅💙🤗

I don’t make google reviews but I signed in JUST to warn people how I was disrespected. Not a nice business and will tell you they will take you but made me and other customers sit for over an hour and a half. I told him very very kindly I was gonna be late to work…. He said GO LEAVE. Go to to work!! We don’t have time.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was there yesterday and when initially sat down I explained what I wanted with a picture and stated I would be okay with adding extensions to my nails to achieve this. He proceeded to file my natural nails in the shape I wanted, they weren’t all the same length. Why would I want uneven nails? He then shortens them and continues with the SNS. Towards the end I notice they aren’t the shape I asked for and he starts to ARGUE with me. I said it’s okay and politely asked him to finish my nails. He CONTINUED to argue with me. This was a regular place for me to go but I will not be back.

I got my nails and toes done 2 weeks ago.. came back this Friday got a new set and got my daughters nails filled.. they didn’t match nail color to my toe color that was already done from 2 weeks ago and when I was upset because they didn’t match each other, they took it upon themselves to take a fukn tip out!!! A fukn 15% tip for a horrible job!!!! I have the fukn receipt and never put a tip on there!! They did it after I signed the customer copy and left!!!

Great salon, large with 2 pedi chairs for little girls! I was in from New Jersey and after my long travels, Horns pedicure was very relaxing. The owner, Nor, gave me a very pretty manicure, & her daughter was a great help translating. Will return!

My wife called first and priced a fill in, showed up same day and tried to charge more after fill in .she wasnt exactly pleased

This was my first time getting my nails done and I’m really disappointed. While the shape is good the quality of my nails is not. So I got gel nails literally yesterday and the nail has broke. They are also not where they should be making them look like they need filled already. The color is also not the one I picked. I picked almost a metallic purple and got brown/black. The male who also did my nails I couldn’t understand nor did it seem he could me. In all honest probably won’t be back.

Great work however, be better and more comfortable atmosphere if they talked more to their customers instead of each other 🤷‍♀️

I used to love this place until.. they started over charging on horrible work. Theyve gotten lazy since the original owners left. I was a customer for about 10 years and those left in charge and the new employees are rude even to those who have been loyal and tip well. The work done isnt done well .. and they dont want to listen to what the customer want. They get upset if you even try asking for anything they dont think you should get.

They did a pretty good job on my pedicure. They didnt cut my nails as short as I would like or work on the cuticles like they do at other places though.

I was here yrs ago, never went BK my nails looked so bad, this time I was given a gift certificate so I felt obligated to go. Na Rilh did my nails, I was very pleased. He also took his time, & was very friendly.

My experience with this nail salon was below average, in fact it was not professional or relaxing at all. The nail tech (male) one did not use gloves. I asked if he used gloves and I really don’t think he understood what I was saying. That should have been my first clue.Second, he buffed my toenails so hard that he took the skin off of at least two of my toes...I should have stopped then...I asked if he had any antiseptic for my now skinned toes and again...he did not understand.Third, I wanted some nail art and what I got was a Valentines Day nightmare.My girlfriend had a wonderful experience with the female...she took her time, asked her what she wanted and had a marvelous massage.If you go to this nail salon do not use the male tech. I will never go back and pray I do not catch a fungus now that I have open wounds.

Horrible place ! I’ve never been so unhappy with a nail job in my life. They are uneven and they don’t use real shellac. My nail polish was all peeling the next day.

I didnt get my nails done the way i wanted them to. The guy put color where i wanted gitter then barely put any glitter on top of the color.

Service is wonderful. Getting a pedi with my eldery mom is a treat in itself but, seeing how gracious, respectful and extremely helpful everyone is towards here is a huge plus in my book!

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they’re cheap- and they should be. My acrylics always come out crooked, there’s nail dust and chunks of acrylic all over the booths and on top of that anytime I come in here there’s only 1 or 2 people working. Entire staff is very lazy and complacent no matter how much you tip them. Wouldn’t even consider this place unless I was to get my eyebrows done, even then it may take 10-20 for them to take you back.

First time here and I am very happy with the results!
